Excellent place for the price!

The hotel was a highlight of my first trip overseas and an excellent spot to regroup every night after a day of exploring and sightseeing.

Great place to stay, not too far from the city centre

Clean, convenient

A well priced modern apartment hotel with minimal furnishings and a large but poorly designed bathroom. Well equipped kitchenette. Key disappointments with the property include ineffective and restricted heating system - the room never reaches target maximum ‘permitted’ temperature, yet the corridors and public spaces were all heated to a noticeably warmer temperature. The stairs to the loft style bedroom are incredibly steep and a high accident risk! Walk in shower is narrow and poorly screened. No vanity counter space means all toiletries must be unpacked into mirror cabinet with narrow shelves. Sofa lacked cushions. Bed pillows were very small and only two in total are provided for the queen size bed.

Great studio room with all the necessities. TV and WiFi werea great bonus for a solo traveller. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located with plenty of shops and restaurants close, there is a tram station outside which takes you straight to the city quickly.

Everyone was warm and welcoming! The property was great, and I felt close to everything we wanted to see in Helsinki. If we ever come back, we will likely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel twice, at different times of the holiday and both times it was great.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Wonderfully quiet. I got to the room and immediately thought, "I could live here." So well designed. And I love the neighborhood. Unity will be my default hotel for Helsinki.

Almost brand new, great attention to detail, tram stop across the road, definitely recommend it. Would have liked an english tv channel though!

Tolles Apartmenthotel, das auch für längere Aufenthalte gut ist. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt nicht ganz so viel Auswahl, aber reicht aus. Die Lage ist gut. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.As we arrived early, we were able to enter our room early as it was already ready.

食洗機の使い方がわからなかった。わかりやすい説明書きがあれば助かった。 洗濯物のアプリもうまくダウンロードできず、使えなかったのが残念。 お部屋はきれいで、トラム駅も近く、タリン行きのフェリー乗り場もアクセスしやすく便利でした。 フロントの方も明るくて親切でした。

Close to the town in Helsinki

Excellent stay in Helsinki

UNITY is an excellent apartment hotel in one of the new residential areas in Helsinki, close to the Ferries' West Terminal, which makes it convenient for cruisers to stay overnight. It is easy to find and has a nice location with tram stops, cafes and shops around. It is only 10 minutes by tram away from central Helsinki. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and is exceptionally clean. The rooms are very cosy and clean, and boast of all one needs for a stay. The bathroom has excellent-quality towels and toiletries.

Majoitus oli hyvällä sijainnilla ja kulkuyhteydet loistavat. Tarvittavat palvelutkin löytyi lähietäisyydeltä.

Riktigt grymt boende för det rimliga priset. Bra service från personalen mitt i natten när min rumsnyckel slutat fungera.

Juste une nuit de passage avant de prendre le ferry. Accueil ouvert 24h24 et tres professionel. Petit appartement avec cuisine. Je reviendrai

Exactly what I needed!!

A super place. Excellent transport connection to the city. Amazing environment, luxurious but functional. A perfect space for a little 'me time'.

Rauhallinen majoitus

Hyvä sijainti suht lähellä ratikkapysäkkiä. Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä majoitus. Kuntosali oli pieni, mutta laadukas. Salilla erikseen suihku ja numerokooodilla säilytyslokero. Äänentoisto salilla laadukas (Genelec), mutta musiikkia ei voinut itse valita. Aamupala niukahko (sämpylä, croissant, mehu, kahvi ja jugurtti), mutta maittava.

Modernes Hotel. Sauber und komfortabel. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Abit unclear if there is an breakfast area. Othervise very nice!

Väldigt rent och fräscht, vi bodde här med våran 6 månaders bebis och det funkade väldigt bra. Lagom frukost där bla smörgås, juice, kaffe, fruktsallad alt. Yougurt ingick! Skulle definitivt bo här igen om man har en längre vistelse! Nackdel är parkeringen då Rokkipark kostar en skjorta och att stå på gatan endast är tillåtet i 4h mellan 8-20 men nattetid är det gratis!

総じてすばらしい。中央駅から離れてるので、静かで治安もいい。逆に住宅街なため、住んでる感覚を得られる。 欠点は日本人には家電の使い方がよくわからず、使いこなせないことが残念、あとランドリーが非常に高い。。

Lämmin suositus

Todella mahtava paikka pidempiaikaiseenkin majoittumiseen. Todella rauhallista, palvelu loistavaa ja kaikki tarvittavat puitteet löytyy. Sijainti erinoimainen.

Siistiä asuntomainen hotellielämys

Tosi hieno huone kahdessa kerroksessa ja siistiä oli kyllä. Miinusta tulee ettei parisängyssä ollut kuin yksi peitto ja kaksi tyynyä. Yleensä peittoja kun on kaksi ja tyynyjä neljä. Toinen peitto löytyi lipulta kaapista muttei pussilakanaa. Vessassa / suihkussa haisi viemäri aika voimakkaasti, muuten siisti ja paljon tilaa. Helppo kuvitella että olisi Ihanteellinen huone pidemmälle työmatkalle kun on niin asuntomainen omine keittiöineen ja yleisten tilojen työskentelypuitteineen. Hotellina kokemus vähän keskinkertainen, aamiainenkin kun oli vaatimaton mutta edelleen ihan toimiva varmaan toisenlaisella tarkoituksella yöpyvälle.

Sujuva käynti

Siisti hotelli. Hyvä sijainti, raitiovaunupysäkki lähes hotellin ovella. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ainoa miinus ettei hotellilla ole omaa parkkipaikkaa.

Hyvä kokemus

Siistit uudet huoneet. Saunaosasto upealla maisemalle plussaa! Aamupala oli hyvä kokoonsa nähden. Ainut miinus tulee sängyn kovuudesta.

Fantastic room with double ceiling height and really cool sauna and lounge space.

Hotellikokemus oli kokonaisuudessaan erinomainen. Huone oli siisti, moderni ja erityisenä plussana mainittakoon hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

Fordi det er såkalt studio leiligheter er soverommet i andre etasje. Varmen går gjerne opp, så det ble for varmt til å sove. Alt annet var topp.
