You need to know

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

Special Instructions

This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Dinner is not included in half board rates for children 3-6 years old, and dinner can be requested for JPY 1,900. Guests who wish to have dinner must contact the property 1 day prior to arrival. A scheduled power outage will take place on March 4, 2026 from 1-4 AM. All facilities that use power, including elevators and bathrooms will not be available during this time. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. Dinner is served from 5-7 PM.
