Clean and easy

I recommend this property. The hotel is a short walk around a city playfield to get to the bars and restaurants in town. I appreciated the gated, on-site parking and peaceful atmosphere on property . Breakfast was made with care the pool is small but lovely.

Staff were courteous and welcoming and the facility was clean. Water in the shower never got hot and there were noisy animals and music in the neighborhood. Thankfully these disturbances did not continue all night long. Luckily we were only staying one night, and the place was good enough for that.

I reserved two nights for my parents and they liked the clean room and pleasant staff. Proximity to La Parguera was nice too!

Nice little place. Very friendly staff. The check in procedure is way too long. And they try to make you wear wristbands. Second hotel in PR that did that. Never wore them. Nice place to stay. Only minus was the water pressure and temperature. Very low pressure and it took 6-7 minutes for the water to get (luke)warm.

It’s a small hotel with a very small pool, but its very clean, and very convenient for accessing the tours, and the staff is very nice.

Excellent welcome and good remediations near by

Cozy, clean, safe, and lovely. Restaurants and shopping less than 5 min. walk from the hotel. The front desk attendant is very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Small swimming pool unable to use looks like a bathtub no beach close like the advertised beach is close for almost 4 years

The hotel is very well kept and clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Everything was great

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants and to other activity spots. Service and cleanliness is top notch. They don’t advertise their breakfast very well so I have to do it here for them. You should definitely give a try. Their sandwich and even bagel platter is amazing. 2 people at the front desk. Both are really helpful , polite and smiling all the time. I was hesitant to book this hotel due to the room pictures. Furnitures are old dated. If they replace their furnitures, this place can def be the best by far in the area.

Place was very nice and clean, well maintained and staff were very professional. Car lot was secure and very safe. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend that if visiting Lajas and need a place to stay to stay here.

Quiet, convenient to activities and friendly staff

Bonito lugar, tranquilo,acogedor y limpio. Sin embargo no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina porque el agua no estaba en condiciones tenia demasiados químicos al punto ardía la piel y no solucionaron el problema.

The place was absolutely welcoming, the attendant was friendly, kind and went out of her way to make things perfect. The room was simple but beautiful very clean with everything you need. I will definently return to the turtle bay inn!

Who doesn't love a tour of the property and shown to your room? And free gated parking? $10 breakfast? The staff was awesomely accommodating, and helpful with what to do in town. Will definitive stay again!

This stay exceeded my expectations by a lot. This a super cozy, super clean and comfy. The front desk staff, Fabi, was the sweetest and helpful I have ever had. This was an amazing stay. Tuttle bay fully understood the concept of good service. I wish them the best.

The best thing a out this property was the convenience to our tour of the bio bay and restaurants. It also had a gated parking lot.

The staff was excellent and knowledgeable about the area and Inn.

A bit noisy with dogs/rooster and the surrounding area wasn't the best but it is gated/locked for safety. And the Inn itself was very clean & Kristina was super helpful and friendly

Great place to stay

Adorable Inn with friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for our one night stay in La Parguera- could walk to get food at the local restaurants, shops, and activities. The drinks at the bar and the breakfast served were delicious.

This a beautiful place. The staff is marvelous. Highly recommend. Nice pool. And wonderful terrace bar area to relax in.

Dog barking next door early in morning. Super thin windows so not super peaceful. Shower pressure not good. Bed small but comfortable. Very clean. Walking distance to town with restaurants and bars. Half hour drive to beach

It's is clean and in the middle of town. We did have a very noisy dog all night every night right next to our room. We ended up leaving early because of the noise, some may not be bothered by it but it kept us up. Staff did not seem to have the authority to move us to a different room. Staff were friendly and kept the property clean. The Puerto rican people in town were very friendly, approachable, and proud of their area.

It’s a small property but very nice and comfortable. Angel at the front desk greeted us and made us feel welcome, very profesional and concerned about stay. Everything was great We will return back.

Checked into a Junior Suite which had ample room and amenities. Unfortunately, a dog across the parking lot proved unbearable. We moved to an interior room which was clean, but, little natural light. The Staff was extremely competent and it showed. The morning breakfast was a bargain. Overall, the Staff made the difference in what otherwise might have been a less than excellent time. We remain hopeful that something can be done to control the dog across the parking lot. It's not the dog's fault, it is the owner.

We liked the staff friendliness. The place is within walking distance to La parguera town center, and a small beach with a short trail. Also nearby are the beaches of cabo rojo and Guanica. We recommend playa sucia. The unfortunate name is not fair. Angel , the front desk guy , has good information on the area. Don't miss the dry forest.

Exceeded my expectations with A Plus!. The staff service was superv! Quiet, MegaClean. You can feel it was all sanitized and with perfume all around. Pleasant music at lobby and the pool/bar area. They even have an agreement with other hotel to share common areas okus discounts in 4 restaurants. I will definitelly return!

Awesome Place to stay

Choosing and staying at the Turtle Bay Inn was a good decision. It was an awesome and excellent experience from the night I arrived until the very end. All the staff that I met (Elisa, Grifki, Alondra, Marisol) were very nice and always helpful, the place itself was also very nice and clean. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in La Parguera, I strongly recommend this place. It is super close and even in walking distance if you choose to do so from the downtown (poblado) so you can enjoy the activities there and come back to the hotel and enjoy a very peaceful night.

A hidden gem. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, clean property and the friendly staff. We enjoyed breakfast at their lush green patio/bar area. We look forward to our next trip!

Turtle Bay was great! The staff, Angel and Carmen, were amazing. They gave us the lay of the land and recommendations for things in the area when we checked in. The breakfast that Carmen made us each morning was great. She’s such a lovely lady! It’s a very clean place and walkable to all activities and restaurants in the area. It’s such well decorated, cute, accommodating, lovely place and with great staff! We’ll definitely be back.

Turtle Bay Inn was extremely clean and very pleasant to stay. The service was excellent.. love love this place and very walkable to touristy area with things to do. I truly wish there was more places like this one. Oh and breakfast was delicious too. Turn off the one that’s over there for the shower. Turn this one see you.

The hotel is welcoming, cozy and spotlessly clean. Staff, especially Nellys who went out of her way to take care of us, were awesome. The room had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend Turtle Bay Inn.
