Good hotel good staff

House keeping is not clean.

I have an accident and I stay in hotel . Service is very good

Rooom Service and cleaning staff were very nice. Front desk personnel tended to be very short. Property is a bit run down.

It was good but far from all attraction

There was a certain bad smell in the rooms and in the corridor. The breakfast had the worst limited choices on Hot And Cold Drinks. All in all not worth a 5 star.

Staff would not greet as often as you would think like for morning or afternoon. Fitness was not accessible to my kids. We were advised by it was not for the kids.

Everything was perfect and the staff was so nice.

Our room was amazing as was the hotel itself. The staff were very helpful and sweet. What I didn’t like was that we didn’t have the option to select English for the TV so we just kept it off the week we stayed. Kinda boring without tv while your relaxing in room. Big thumbs up for the stay!

I extended my stay so I requested to extend my card. Front office staff said me that staff will do afternoon. Then I came back to afternoon I gave my 3 rooms card. Front office staff Was angry took my cards. I really did not understand why he angry with me, I felt so inconvenient because him. I will never choose this hotel again. Need more training.

Before this hotel i stayed at Days Inn by Taksim so I have something to compare this hotel to. Yes its located in a different area but i wish I stayed here from the beginning as it is not too far from Taksim or other historical locations of Istanbul. Overall very pleased. Clean and spacious with car parking garage in the basement. Front desk employee name Fatih (i think) was the one who checked me in. He was very good and answered all of my questions and even offered me a free upgrade to a suit room. I really appreciated that. Definitely would stay here again when i visit Istanbul in the future.

Nice and clean room

The AC and the air filter consistently makes noise all day. The flooring has damage to the floors. Super dated needs work and far from luxury.

Convenient for overnight transit

Very convenient and comfortable for an overnight transit in Istanbul. Staff the spa do not speak English and it was disappointing not to be able to use the pool as this was the primary reason I chose this hotel.

We stayed here for a night before our early flight out of IST. The gentlemen at check in were both very polite & friendly. The gentleman who brought our luggage up was also very kind & friendly. The woman at the spa/pool area was very rude. Ignored us and continued her conversation while we were told we had to either purchase swim caps or we can’t swim. Which seems like a scam to me, but we purchased the caps &. Then went to the pool down halls that were pitch black. The pool is dimly lit & water is cold. The food at the pub was really some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten, which is such a shame being that Turkish cuisine is so delicious. If I’m ever back in Istanbul I will not be staying here.

Stay was good, out room was upgraded free off charge. Everything was excellent untill check out. I was charged for a box of nuts , which was only £5, which was not a problem paying, but we did not eat any nuts.

Large hotel but in a place far from the historic sites. Breakfast choices are good but quality is average. We stayed here during a group tour. It may be better if one travels by one’s own.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There weren't too many stores or shops within walking distance.

First of all I was familiar with the hotel as they have branches in Canada . Price was with in my budget and as expected staff was very welcoming and helpful. Specially the manager name Dogan , he was curtious, gave us good recommendations and also arranged the tour for us . It was our first time in turkey but we look forward to go back in the near future due to the hospitality.

This venue is brilliant if you are staying in Istanbul but want to get away from the busy side and it’s quite far away from e.g. Hagia Sophia can take about 1 hour with taxi but the hotel is great the gym, pool and spa services are excellent. Mr Fatih was very helpful and excellent customer service. I would happily book with them again. There is not much around the hotel apart from a Shell garage is 24/7 and that’s it so be mindful of your own circumstances.

It is quite isolated. Uphill walk to Mahmutbey Metro. On map near the Mall of Istanbul but can only get there by road. Spa facilities were off so they are good on energy savings like the air con wont run if the window is open but it causes inconvenience. You also need to buy a hair cap for swimming. Only 1 restaurant is open.

Very disappointing. I had to be calling every second about the sauna and steam. They will switch it on. After 5 it's off again. No lunch or dinner apart from group guests. I had to be eating in the attached pub to the hotel. I will never go there again even if it's half price.

More charge during check out

Some of The staff were so helpful specially Mr Fatih. But one of them didnt give me the invoice despit our several request and they charged me more about minibar. The location was not good as you have to get taxi for anywhere you Want to go..

Location not so good. Not panoramic. Service staff was horrible not helpful and very unkempt and lazy. Room cleaning service wasnt done. Basic toiletries water and coffee wasnt replenished. Had to call twice. Towels werent change. 5 star hotel with lousy everything. Even the resturant basic cutleries were empty. Too much group tour check in independent guests are mostly neglected. Not welcoming at all. Worst hotel ever been. Book at your own risk.

Hotel is superb and breakfast also very good. However, I want to highlight about STAFF at reception that they charged 4500 Lira even at hotel.com it was mentioned 3772 Lira. I was stuck with little kids so no option left in my hand except to accept the deal. However, after a long debate they called the manager and he gave me upgraded room by saying consider it FRIDAY DEAL and yes Manager was good because at least he upgraded the room else reception staff even was not willing to upgrade the room. One very very important thing that must be kept in view that at counter reception staff counted 100 lira less and when i demanded in writing receiving of the payment then he said NO issue , I said I want Balance Nill receipt with stamp then he said 100 lira is less and then I ask him count again carefully and then he counted again and then SAID SORRY, IF it was mistake then fine but if he was doing intentionally then all must be aware in advance. ONE more important thing that at check out day it was decided one day before that I can leave at 1.30 pm but in morning when I got prints then Manager told you can stay till 1 pm and I came down at 1 pm but Manager was not at counter and I was waiting for Driver in reception area and driver got late and around 40 minutes later Manager back at reception and demanded EXTRA MONEY FOR LATE CHECK OUT THEN I UPDATED HIM check in cameras that I came down at 1 pm and waiting for driver then he get angry. However, hotel is superb

I chose this hotel because of it's perfect(at least for me) location. It's situated very vlise to the toll roads that go around the city, so you don't have to go to deep and experience Istanbul's traffic and traffic jams. On the other hand, there's a metro station 10-15 min walk from the hotel serving 2 different lines going to the city. Anither big plus of the location is that there's no much noise around and you can have a good rest. Finally it's located very close to the mall of Istanbul, so getting there by car is super easy. The hotel is in the perfect condition. I haven't noticed a singke thing that was wrong with the room. The stuff was friendly and really helpful. They assisted me with the issues that weren't even related to the hotel The price was a little over my budget especially giveb that breakfast wasn't included, by my stay was really pleasant, so I'm really glad I've chosen this hotel.

The stay in this hotel was good, the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the service is excellent as well. The person who took us to the room (Murat) was always cheerful and helpful. Mall 212 is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was quite good, all it lacked was more variety in the dishes served.

Not an actual airport hotel

The hotel itself is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent for the cost. However, there were some inconsistencies with service. The first thing potential guests should know is that this is no longer truly an “airport hotel.” In recent years, Istanbul has constructed a new airport that channels most flight traffic. I didn’t realize (given that it bills itself as an airport hotel) that this hotel is close to the old airport. In addition, the listing on Hotels.com indicates that there is an airport shuttle. This is NOT the case. While I didn’t expect transport to be free, when I checked in, the front desk representative said he could arrange a private car only at a (ridiculous) cost of 250 Lira. Needless to say, I was annoyed. The employee didn’t give me much information after that—it was clear that I was an unsatisfied “inconvenience.” However, the staff member who helped me check out the next day was so kind and friendly that it more than made up for my issues with check-in. Overall, keep the location in mind if what you’re looking for is an actual airport hotel.

Disappointed

Waited more than one hour in the lobby with my elderly parents to be checked inn. I booked a room with 3 beds but we were given only room with 2 beds. We had a connecting flight and we were only staying for few hours.

One of my favorite places to stay in Istanbul so far. I like it and I hope the cleanness and service stay at this level. You guys are doing great job, from car parking, awesome breakfast, and nice rooms with fast internet. Well Done!

location, quite, clean, new, nearby mall, friendly staff

Location is a plus in the middle of Istanbul Europe, easy to access major highways.

I stayed 6 nights and it was really bad choice for the following reasons: 1. The room was freezing and I asked the front desk to check and fixe it and every night I go to my room it was freezing and never been fixed and sleeping in a freezing cold room in 5 star hotel is a horrible feeling. 2. The transportation was another horrible and difficulty and calling a taxi is another story first of all far from everything second of all taxi drivers always choose long roods so they charge more money. The hotel is dealing with the taxi company and when you complain there is nothing they can do !!! Never seen a 5 star hotel with no breakfast included.

The hotel is okay, I don’t consider this hotel as 5 stars hotel, it’s like 3 stars.

Nice building and furniture but service is not as.

The building and furniture and bathroom is very good. But the service is not as good!! There is no do not disturb sign in the room and the house keeping try to open the door every morning. The dont change the beds. They did not have the children room the advertised. There was no shuttle buses to the malls or historic places nor airport. Brekfast was Good, i took it one day.

While the hotel room was decent, the check-in was awful. Even though I had a copy of the booking confirmation, showing the fact that I had paid for the room, and was allowed a late check-in, the man at the desk said that he had no record of my booking. My wife, kids, and I were already tired after arriving at the hotel at 1:30 am, and we were not expecting an hour-long check-in process. After asking us which Orbitz we booked through (There is only one Orbitz), he eventually gave us a room, but I don't think that he ever found our booking. If a customer shows confirmation of a paid booking, check-in should proceed and the clerical issue between Orbitz and the property should be handled later. We have booked many stays both domestic (US) and international and we have never had a bad experience. This was our first. Orbitz should re-evaluate its relationship with this property.

It was very clean and comfortable for good price ,I recommend it . Their Survice is really good , the rooms are always clean. I’m always excited to go back to the hotel , because it’s really clean and comfortable and there are a lot of things to waste some time on in the hotel like working out and swimming in the indoor swimming pool.

Ranzalı ailee odasında kaldık, oda ve otel temiz. Eşyaların döşemeleri yıpranmış durumda. Buzdolabı çevre dostu politikaları nedeniyle boş ancak oda servisini iki kez arayıp su istedim 45 dakika boyunca getirmediler ve kendimiz inip almak zorunda kaldık. Havuz iyi. Otopark sorunu yok. Resepsiyonda kıdemli bir kaç çalışan haricinde çoğu personel genç, öğrenci vs. ve ne havuz hangi katta diye sorsanız bilemiyorlar. Akşam yemeğini burada yemek iyi fikir değil. Kahvaltısı çok güzel.

Herşey güzeldi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşları kutluyorum. Saygılı ve çözüm odaklılar.

Disappointed

The room was superficially cleaned. We found old slippers under the bed and water bottles. No toiletries at the bathroom... Bathroom towels poor quality and worn... They have swimming pool and spa but they don t offer bathrobes in the room. Laminate floor old and in a bad shape. from my point of view this is a 3 star hotel.
