The bathrom was quite bad, dirty! And also the staff were not really friendl but their buffet is good

Staff were great, property was lovely but the light shone in the room during the night.

Overall just a tired place, feels like the staff, grounds and bathrooms/rooms need a cracker under them to liven the place up when calling the place Resort status.

Perfect overall only downside our room was located next to a very noisy group ...

I accidentally booked 2 rooms for the same night while traveling. We stayed there for 3 nights, but they would not credit me back for the accidental booking even though I told them about the error 2 days before arrival. Not good.

Comfortable and Clean

Stayed two nights. Comfortable and clean. They have a quaint hotel rule that if you buy food or drink from somewhere else and bring it back to the hotel, then the hotel has the right to charge the cost of the goods. Crazy. We didn't pay them and brought our drinks back in a shopping bag. Didn't have breakfast and share the one satchel of coffee in the room between the two of us. Restaurant not open in the evening and had to go out. Don't take the hotel's recommended restaurant. I am sure there are better ones around.

Best hotel in town for sure!

We stayed one night as we were passing through Buon Me Thout. The hotel was lovely and intimate with a very beautiful landscaping. The Coffee Museum next door isn't much of a museum, but it is beautiful and has a great coffee bar. Our only problem was this wasn't much of a tourist town so it was a bit harder to forage for food at night. The front desk was very helpful.

A good choice for Ban Me Thuot

A pleasant hotel in quiet area a few kilometers from city center. I did not see the basic rooms but the superior room in which I stayed was quite good by Vietnamese provincial standards, and included a nice breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order.

Clean hotel, good for our purpose, put us on to an excellent tour guide (Mr. Chinh of Happy Travel) Breakfast was good; abit odd perhaps as we were the only customers, it seemed.

Great and friendly staff

The stay was great! Staffs are very friendly and helpful! I actually left my passport in my previous hotel, and the staff was very helpful in getting in contact with the previous hotel and retrieving it back! Thumbs up!

A nice and relaxing retreat

The price was reasonable, the service was good. The wifi was good and usable throughout all coffee tour resort properties. The coffee tour restaurant 100m up the road was excellent overall.

Great Hotel with a Quirky Flavour!

This is a great hotel, with a very quirky looking building in the back for their coffee tour and restaurant. The staff were very helpful in organising a private driver for a day trip at the last minute. Fantastic breakfast which was included in the very cheap price. Close to local restaurants.

朝食のメニューがもう少し種類があると良い。隣のチュグインコーヒーで美味しいコーヒーを飲むことが出来た。

庭が広くて綺麗で朝食を景色を眺めながら食べて気持ち良かったです。

Excellent hotel

En övernattning bara

Vi hade bara bokat en natt. Ett ok hotell, men inte mer. Däremot så var där ett underbart område med restauranger (hade ej öl och vin pga hälsotema) om man följde stigen vid sidanom hotellet in till grannen, alternativt gick ut på stora vägen till grannen.

No volveria

El agua de la bañera se quedaba estancada por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación a una superior. Esa olía a cerrado y a humedad, cuando entramos y lo hicimos notar, se limitaron a echar ambientador. El desayuno muy pobre.
