They. I should not use the name Hilton! Rooms luck any comfort, no room service, unfriendly staff. Never again!!!

This hotel was beautiful! The service at the front desk was not good at all. Starting with the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before it showed up. The person at the front desk did not have a good attitude.

Average over priced airport hotel

Arrived to check in at 5.30pm and was told room was not ready. Went for a bite to eat and came back 45 minutes later and there was still a problem in finding a room. Front desk staff were rushed off their feet in dealing with customers. The room we had was ok. Quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work, after two requests to fix it someone did come to the room and fixed it, but it stopped working again in the morning. Buffet breakfast was ok. Some of the ‘hot’ food was just luke warm. Overall my opinion is that it is over priced for the stay, and didn’t offer good value for money

Our check in was smooth and easy . The staff was polite . The building and the room itself was very clean .The room was nice , mine had a beautiful big window with a view . The breakfast area was amazing . I will definitely be coming back and will recommend.

A series of unfortunate events

This experience was a series of unfortunate events. We arrived and checking in with smooth and we were told we were getting a room with the great view. When we got to our room experience was little different. Our air conditioning was not working and hot Florida weather that was less than ideal. Also, the beautiful view we were supposed to have was covered by a lift which was shocking as I was not aware these men were able to look into my room. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Service was great! Really helpful and just nice. Shuttle service from the airport was on point. One of the best stays yet

IS A WELL LOCATED PLACE, CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL AREA ON THE 10 TH FLOOR FOR BREAKFAST (WHICH IT WAS INCLUDED), NIGHT BAR AND EXCELLENT GYM. PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP. IF YOU GO BY CAR, PLENTY OF SPACE IN AND OUT FOR PARKING, LOVE THIS PLACE, WILL GO BACK SOON....

Nice property-pay to park

The hotel itself was great, but I didn’t like having to pay for parking. Also, they couldn’t find my reservation at first, which I suspect was a Hotels.com issue more than the fault of the hotel.

Front desk agent was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for the airport.

We had to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready.

All staff were top notch from the receptionist to the breakfast staff lady I tipped her she definitely deserved a tip and hopefully a raise in the near future! Our room flooded and the manager was nice about getting us a different room and kept me calm as this was stressful due to my suitcase getting wet.

Property was located near restaurants within walking distance. It was also a short drive to lots of places to visit. The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean. We loved the bright and quiet rooms and would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite calling to confirm reservations and informing staff we would have a late arrival and one of our party had already checked in online, when we arrived at 1:30 am we were told our reservations were cancelled because Expedia tried to put a $1 transaction on my friend's card which was locked!!! The clerk had no idea what to do and spent the next 1.5 hours discussing the situation on the phone. He finallly got a room for me and told my 2 friends he had no more. We all had to use 1 room and did got get into it until 3:13 AM.

They gave away our reserved room

I had reservations for a room for one night. I called to let them know we were arriving very late (around 11pm ish) they said no problem. I even went on the Hilton app and checked in but unfortunately they gave away our room.

Staff was incredibly friendly and hotel was clean. 10th floor bar and balcony had an incredible view of the lagoon.

Reception was caos! Check in wrong room. After noticing by me I complained and hotel compensated issue. Good approach by reception manager.

Disappointed in Miami

I was disappointed. It was an overnight stay after a trip to St.. Maarten with an early morning flight the next day. There was no coffee maker in the room! The lighting was so dim that we had trouble early the next morning getting ready to leave. When we asked the desk clerk if there was coffee in the lobby he said that it was old and not good. An airport hotel with NO possibility of coffee? Really?! The staff was nice though.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We only stayed there for a night so didn't really get to see much.

Promised but not delivered

I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle that was promised. When I got there- not only could they not provide a shuttle, the car that the clerk called for me up charged me. I ended up paying $40 for a 5 minute ride to the airport when it should have been free.

Unfortunately, I will not stay at Hilton ever again. Not only was the AC broken and had to call maintenance twice to fix it, the room remained humid/inconsistent. Upon check in, I had my two ESA animals with me. I asked if there's anything I needed to do and was told everything was okay to wait for check out. This was a missed opportunity to inform me this "pet friendly" hotel would charge me $160.50 for my animals upon check out. Upon check out, the front desk staff informed me they cannot do anything about the fee they weren't transparent about. I do commend the front desk staff for being kind at least. I called customer service and spoke with "Helen" and she also informed me there is nothing she can do. They won't accept the paperwork signed for my licensed psychologist. I had all the proper paperwork for both ESA and vaccination records. I'd like to point out to those who are seeking a "pet friendly hotel" that they have one spot of grass in the front and they do not refill their pet waste station. When I spoke to the customer service agent to let them know the bags were not filled on their property, she said it is not their responsibility to maintain the station. I did take a photo. Also, for a "pet friendly" hotel, they did not ask for proof of vaccination. The location is convenient to the airport and they provide shuttles who seemed fairly consistent/on schedule. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience whatsoever.

With a shopping mall within 2 miles of the hotel and this hoyel providi g a shuttle to a from made it so easy especially because of all the rain...best hotel ever!

I really don’t have anything bad to say. It was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the complimentary breakfast. I ended up eating breakfast outside but overall I would definitely stay here again

It was overall a 3/10 stay. The staff were friendly hotel was clean. My only complaint is the fire alarm going off for what seemed like forever. We received no explanation regarding what occurred. We o ly knew it was an accident when the fire truck pulled off.

Nice Hotel! Good Area!

I had a good stay at this hotel. My room was clean, breakfast included every morning was definitely a plus! The only thing that I did not like was the fact that I had reserved a room with a single KING size bed and they gave me a room with 2 double beds! Not a big deal; however, I prefer to get what I reserve and pay for!

Check in was nicely greet by front desk, super niece and welcoming and Walkable to close all good restaurants and close to stores and miami port

We loved the property. A modern airport hotel. We loved the breakfast and staff. On your website it states parking is free but it isn’t free it is 15 dollars. Not much I know but we didn’t expect it and not nice to discover at check in.

Nice hotel

The property itself was fine. However, after a 9 hour flight when I called for the airport shuttle, I was told the driver was on his "dinner break" and there was no ETA. Mind you, Not only was I a guest at the hotel, but paid extra to park my vehicle for extended period of time and the airport shuttle was an important and included feature. $30 cab fare later I made it to the hotel.

My stay was pleasant only issue I had was paying for parking.

The front desk staff talk very quietly. They are very nice, but the tiled room is loud making it nearly impossible to hear them. No coffee maker or safe in the room. Toilet seat was nearly falling off. This room was like a Yugo car; bare bones but serviceable. We really appreciated the courtesy shuttle from and to the airport.

Great airport hotel

Great place to stay near Miami airport! It had everything we needed for a layover. Nice gym, restaurant with a bar and a very nice breakfast bar. I would definitely stay here again while traveling.

Very clean and excellent ammenities.

Very happy with the amenities provided but the hotel. The complementary washing and drying in the guest laundry was brilliant. The atmosphere and view on the 10th floor was awesome. So much space to relax. Happy hour 5-7 upstairs was great too. Big room, lots of space and nice area downstairs to relax too. Staff were very busy but mostly helpful. Don’t get caught by double tipping… the bar staff are a bit cheeky with that. Also…. Parking it NOT FREE. Hotels.com has this wrong. The hotel will Charge you extra and then our card didn’t work and we couldn’t park but they still charged us every day. Overall great hotel, clean and nice

Very near airport and offers a free shuttle service. My room was very big but sadly the shower had long dark hairs in tray (not mine) Staff really nice and breakfast was also very nice

Better than I expected for a 2 1/2 stars hotel, I have seen some 3 stars not this good.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room with the lagoon view was beautiful. The self laundry facilities that are clean and well kept was very much appreciated. Proximity to the airport is convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel- especially if your stay is short.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived at 1:30am…and the check in was smooth. The hotel had a shuttle to the PortMiami.

They had a no charge laundry area open 24hrs. The room was clean and easy to get to Miami Intl airport.

Nice hotel. But was advertised free parking and had to pay $15.

Having the dining room/buffet on the top floor is very nice and offers a nice view. I found the building to have a bit of a musty smell, and the floor in my room was dirty, which I learned when I went to put my socks on. Not ideal.
