Sevice Great but Food Improvement required a lot.

Overall service was great and prompt. Everything is neat and clean. The staff was great and courteous. But the alot of improvement is required for food in both saffron and cilantro restaurant. We ate dinner in saffron which isn't good at all except tomato shorba. In cilantro we got breakfast - the bedmi poori and aloo subzi was great, dosa was good but all the other things weren't good.

The hotel staff are over the top amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They seamlessly helped me navigate a tricky situation with my bags and the airport. Truly top notch service from every single member. Trident has my loyalty for a lifetime!

A hidden gem

We booked trident as we had to stay in gurgaon. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a special treat for our little one. They have 5 star standard staff indoors. Very clean with nice views. The chef made a mickey pancake just to surprise our child during breakfast. They have skilled chefs and the breakfast is awesome. The indoor staff is like the staff of Taj. They are willing to help and make your stay as comfy as could be. Staff outside at the parking is kind of judgy, unwilling to help and often mocks guests who are leaving. The other problem is connectivity. It's far from main Delhi and other commercial areas. This is a great pick for events, weddings with great views.

The property felt like a resort with view of water from every single POV. Architecture and decor was fantastic. Service excellent. Ourdoor bar is a place I didn't want to leave ever. Water bodies and green everywhere. 10/10

Paint on some wall of the room was getting off. Television was old and not working properly. Screen of the television had bad picture quality. Room was small.

Only regret, the room had no view due to on going renovations, however as usual I love my stay at this property

I have been to multiple Trident and Oberoi properties and have always had a very good experience but the experience was not good at all.

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Warm, efficient and eager service

Trident is a real five star hotel. We really like the individual attention where a hotel staff member actually guided us to the room and introduced himself to us for any further assistance. Their biggest strength is their warm, efficient and eager service. The hotel looks very clean and even smells fresh and clean. Food and restaurant staff were great, special mention to Naman that was amazing, he provide a great service at the restaurant. Every meal, including breakfast was delicious and our room was very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool with loungers under beautiful Frangipani trees which provide a natural shade from the sun. we spend an entire afternoon by the pool which was great before our return flight to Europe, definitely to try. The checking staff is amazing allow us to use the facilities after the check out. Also the outdoor bar is a must, the food and the welcoming are unbeatable. It was our first time staying at Trident hotel but I think I have found my favorite and will be looking to book around India. Will definitely stay in the hotel again in the future and tell friends about it as well.

This is a great oasis is a sea of chaos. I have tried all the Delhi hotels and I always come back to this one. Feels like home. The staff is wonderful and care for your every need, I love the restaurants and their new outdoor bar is amazing! And it’s next door to Oberoi so it’s easy to enjoy both properties But… it is 45 min to 1 hr out of the city. To me it’s worth it to come back and have tranquility after a long day of running around in Delhi. You just have to time your adventures to avoid too much traffic. Otherwise everything is perfection. Oh and the pillows are amazing!

My husband and i stayed a night before we jumped onto our next flight the next morning. It was just an overnight stay after we landed in Delhi but the experience was excellent with a little cake and balloons in our room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The breakfast buffet was elaborate and mixed with Indian and international dishes. We dined at the Indian restaurant the previous night with live instrumental music. While the costs matched the exceptional experience, i only wanted to raise the price for a one way airport transfer which was over the top compared to the rest of the options i found out later. I would most definitely return to the Trident.

This is easily one of the best properties one can stay in any large city anywhere in the world. An oasis in the middle of a bustling city.

A Lovely Stay at the Trident, Gurgaon!

Terrific outdoor and indoor spaces, pool area, and the room with a lovely garden view! I loved my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was super courteous, attentive, and helpful right from the time I arrived through the stay, and till my departure. Loved the turndown service! (Side note: the food was not the best and could be improved.)

An Oasis on the border of Delhi and Gurgaon. A beautiful property with attentive staff and excellent dining options, close to CyberHub (5 minutes) and the Airport (15 minutes)

This is a palace for sure. We found the price an absolute bargain and it was a shame we did not stay here longer. You can walk over to Cyberhub for shopping, bars and restaurants with ease. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, and made our stay such a pleasure.

This is an oasis in the middle of greater Delhi. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel property is beautiful with a secluded swimming pool and water features over the entire property.

We had only a short-stay in Delhi (in order to catch a train to view the Taj Mahal), but staying at the Trident was one of the highlights of our trip. It is a truly remarkable facility--both museum-like in scope and a true oasis with close proximity to the airport. We recommend this place to others enthusiastically!

It was amazing. Staff was very courteous and hospitality was also good. Rooms were clean. Quiet and very nice ambience in otherwise noisy Gurgaon.

Everythig is great. Though the mattress and pillows need to be more comfortable, curtains don't shut completely so you are up with the first rays of light.

Gorgeous property

The tub had a broken stopper. The water would pool up while taking shower. The in room dining the food was served cold and the papadums were not crispy.

Great property for staying right at the centre of Ggn, however after adding additional child bed the space was very restricted, should plan to provide spacious rooms where extra bed request is included in the booking.

Great place to stay. The lighting in the room is too bright and the frames in lieu of curtains do not do well in keeping the room dark. My disrupted sleep is reason for a rate down.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel right in the middle of the city. The sounds of horns and chaotic traffic seem to disappear as you enter the beautifully landscaped gardens of the Trident Hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff available at all times of the day. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and well maintained and the bed is comfortable too. Highly recommend especially for business travel.

The food is very good and the chefs are eager to accommodate different levels of spice in the dishes. Rooms are clean and the pool rooms have amazing views of the raised pool that is the centerpiece of the property design. In every department the staff at Trident are VERY helpful and quick to offer suggestions. Highly recommend the Trident in Gurgaon.

The Best Service ever!

I stayed here with my kids and wife. It was a pleasant stay. Ghe staff was extremely helpful and some that i remember are Ikbal, Sakshsm, Pooja, Ehtesham etc. Over breakfast my kid asked for a Chicken Dosa and the Head Chef was extremely sensitive to a child wish. He prepared the strange but a tasty dish. Overall i and my family had a sweet time.

The hotel is fantastic and the staff go the extra step to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I was impressed with the breakfast options available as well as the fitness centre and swimming pool. All in all a fantastic hotel.

It was an amazing property to stay near Delhi. Property was very well maintained and looks like a palace. Once you are inside the property you will feel disconnected from the city and will be at peace. Hospitality was outstanding too.

Good very poor quality. Spacious room , but poor standards in everything bed , sofa every thing . Bath tub when u turn shower water is going very slow taps everything is too old . Not good at all . Never come back to Oberio group or recommend .
