Comfortable Stay

Really comfortable bed. Great breakfasts, good value buffet. Very central for most tube lines and Canary wharf is clean, modern and buzzing. Plenty of eateries.

Great place to stay if going to a concert at the O2

A lovely modern hotel, perfect for a night in the city. We visited for a concert at the O2 and the location was great, just one stop away on the tube! The only downside to our stay was the lack of fresh air we had as there was no way of opening our window in the room, but the air con came in handy. Would recommend!

Very easy to find. Quick and easy check in. Rooms are small, although always very clean.

The welcome from the staff, especially Linda, was wonderful. Room was a perfect for our trip to the O2, great air conditioning kept room cool and bed was really comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This was a really nice hotel, close to all amenities in Canary Wharf and perfect for an evening at the O2.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We arrived early to drop our bags off and the staff facilitated an early check in, which was greatly appreciated.

Weekend break!

Ideal location for O2 & getting in to central London. Short walking distance from the tube station to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, the room was quite small but it’s fine as a base. Would definitely recommend it & will certainly use it again!

The staff were rude and impatient. The hotel has a confusing layout and the rooms are tiny.

Excellent stay

Great stay. Excellent location, smooth check in, early access and free upgrade to city view! Compact room but perfect for us as out all day and evening. Comfortable beds and pillows and soooo quiet, thank you all at Tribe see you in June !

Always a 10/10 stay

My second time staying at The Tribe! I love it here, they are always welcoming! The hallways always smell lovely, the location is perfect!!! Just a fantastic get away! One thing i may add, the shower gel is tooo GOOD!

Excellent staff and very clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing!

Lovely area , hotel was clean and nicely laid out. But the beds were not very comfortable . Toilet only worked on the highest setting and shower nearly svolded me when first turned on. Ideafor people visiting canary wharf .

4th stay here

Lovely stay as always. This is my 4th stay at this hotel. Great location. Rooms are cute, beds are comfy, staff are friendly and helpful. Cute bar and café on-site and great location on the heart of Canary Wharf.

Beautiful area. Hotel was very clean and close to tube links. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was a little small but spotless. Enough for a couple overnight. Will definately be returning.

Convenient location for getting the tube over to the O2, great staff on check-in at reception. Comfy room, nice breakfast choices (although seemed short staffed), good cocktails in the bar :) We had a great night's stay!

Amazing location near the Jubilee line, lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was very clean, quite small, very modern. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were wonderful, would definitely stay again.

Comfy bed!

Very comfortable bed, I slept so well! The room was very small but it had a nice vibe!

Within walking distance of Canary Wharf Underground station entrance, which means you can board the Underground at Heathrow and go straight there with only one change. Unlike a lot of other London hotels, this one doesn't have the "use card key to turn on electric power" card thingy. Breakfast buffet is pretty good; if you're used to US hotel breakfasts you may find the eggs more runny than you're used to, but otherwise there's a very good selection.

Loved it super location

Overall stay was good. But the king bed is small for a king. It’s nowhere near a king.

The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location and price are good compared to similar options in Canary Wharf. We had a fire alarm in the building on my most recent stay, and I thought the staff handled everything well (explained why we couldn't go back in to people trying to reenter the hotel, guiding people to the outdoor heaters, giving updates, etc.). They don't seem to accept one-day reservations but this has become my go-to when I'm visiting London on weekends.

Need more staff at check in time. Long queues and a lot of information to be taken which is why it takes so long.

Amazing stay the Tribe Canary Wharf. The room has everything you need, very elegant and finished to the highest spec. The breakfast buffet was lovely and staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff are extremely good, very friendly and gentle. The room was tiny bit otherwise very clean and comfy. Only a hung was the ceiling looked awful, we think it was being repaired maybe?

Size of rooms were very small, apparently it mainly caters to business people wiyh average stay of 1 to 3 days, no room around the bed, bathrooms i could touch both wall at the same time with my hands. Because we were staying for 3 weeks they were able to give us a wheelchair accessible room which provided more space. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your stay do not exceed 5 days

Brilliant location for the tube to get to most areas of London. All staff very helpful and lovely. The only thing missing is a drawer for underwear! Love the hanging but I need somewhere to put my pants!

Great spot for a night in the city. Especially for the Elizabeth line.

A great hotel in a good area .

Great location in Docklands. Compact but comfortable room. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

I really wasn't impressed about the size of the room, for £270 for one night. I was expected the room to be a little bigger, no chair to sit, no shelf to put your clothes or accessories. For my experience staying in a different hotels, I felt that ibwas robbed. Yes it is clean, and nice area.

Room is a bit small but other than that everything else was great!

The rooms are little small but comfortable. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the Elizabeth line station. Location is great

Amazing stay. It was my husband's birthday, so we were upgraded to a room with a view, which was nice. The staff is really polite, the hotel is clean and modern, and within walking distance to the underground and restaurants/bars.

Very glib reception not any welcome .

Really nice staff were lovely. They upgraded my room as it was my birthday. Lovely but on the small side and was cosy and comfortable. Very clean. Great shower. One thing though you can only hang up your clothes no other storage or drawers. No phone to call reception you have to use your mobile to call. I would definitely go there again. Beautiful hotel & modern. Breakfast buffet really nice and large selection. Continental, English, pastries different types of bread, cereals, yoghurt & fruits.

Great stay.

It was a lovely stay, really enjoyed it. The view of the building site however was a little sad, but this wasn’t to be helped. Had a great weekend and the bed was comfy, room service was good.

Room & bed size

The room did not have king size bed as was stated in the room type. The room at best had a small double bed which was a great disappointment. The size of the room was extremely small which again was a disappointment due to price and the location of the hotel.

Surely this isnt a 4*?

It said this was a 4* hotel on the advert. Its the price of a 4* Was told parking was a 5 minute walk, if your power walking maybe! The location the hotel is in is lovely, we felt safe and it was very clean and pretty. The hotel lobby is lovely, smart and clean looking. The staff were lovely. Got into our room and it was very small, bathroom was small but on initial look seemed smart, modern and clean. I led on the bed because i was exhausted from our event. The headboard was covered in white stains (i dread to think what they are) marks on the walls, the mirror was dirty, no bedside cabinet on my side so couldnt put a drink next to me, the bathroom wasnt the cleanest either with some build up of limescale around the outside of the shower, dented bin and hair stuck on the tiles. We didnt bother to get a member of staff because we wrre both exhausted from our long drive and event. We just used our room to sleep and then left at around 9.30am. Its ok but its not a 4* in my opinion, we've stayed in 3 stars much cleaner than this and half the price. Think your just paying for the location really. As stated. Staff were lovely, location lovely (apart from walking distance to car park for me with accessible needs) lobby lovely, room was bog standard and should have been cleaner. We wont be back in a hurry for the price.

Nice location, nice and clean room. We wouldn't mind though having a cupboard or maybe some more hooks in the wall for our coats and jackets

A very welcoming check in. Very chic and tranquil. Room was very well presented, clean, plenty of sockets, good tv. Very comfy bed and pillows. On 8th floor with brilliant view.

A well run hotel. My only negative is that rooms -- even upgraded rooms -- are extremely compact in size. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Another awesome stay at Tribe. Friendly staff and great rooms. Not enormous but clean and comfy with an industrial chic vibe. It’s a great place to stay.

Canary Wharf Hotel

Lovely hotel in Canary Wharf area of London, right on the jubilee line for easy access to the city and Wembley stadium. We loved the area which had so many cool eateries and bars. Really nice to explore a different part of the city too

I have stayed here 4 times and honestly everything is always so perfect!

Great place for London because of the restaurants and the indoor shopping malls during the rain. The room reminded me of being on a ship. You have to be careful and organized. I’m not sure if we stayed in the same rooms that others reviewed, but there is no space to leave a suitcase open or anything.

I liked the bed. It was so soft and comfortable. Location of the hotel was also great close to the tube station. The room was pretty small however and had little space to open my suitcase.

Brilliant stay. Just what we needed for a night in London. Close to tube and comfy beds. Rooms are on the smaller size but still very well equipped.

Very comfortable and modern and accessible, easy transport and ideal for the O2. We enjoyed our time there.

Overall, the property was clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly. We just had one issue when taking a lift. It seemed to gather a life of its own, stopping suddenly before our floor, then descending two floor before jerking to a halt and flying two floors passed our floor and the doors opening. This was quite a terrify experience and did not do well for my wife’s anxiety. When reported to the front desk, nothing really seemed to happen. If you don’t like lifts you may want to avoid!

Absolutely loved my stay!!! Wish I remembered the overnight staffs name but you guys were amazing!!!!! Then entire staff was but they were my fav! 10/10 recommend this hotel for your stay in canary wharf!

Very modern and clean. Staff was great and friendly.

Quiet check in however inefficient, staff should have specific jobs which stops needless faffing. Took us about 10 minutes when only 2 bookings in front of us. Kept our bags which was useful. Room was basic but fine, clean. Steamer and hairdryer made our lives easier. It’s not worth the £232 for one night. Do not expect a 5* experience. If on a good deal would be worth staying but just a bed for the night.

friendly staff the location is great as you can take Elizabeth Line directly from Heathrow Airport or you can take Jubilee Line to go to London Bridge Underground for Borough Market

I stayed for almost two weeks. In my very small room There was no refrigerator nor microwave. (Should have checked before booking). It made the trip very uncomfortable. Also no dresser or drawers for clothing.
