The service was great the room was very clean and comfy including bed and pillows.

Convenient & Comfy

It was the first time we stayed on property at Treasure Bay. It was so convenient to just go upstairs to the room when we were tired or gambling (or out of money!). Nice room. A little noisy outside at night.

Very modern and nice comfortable rooms.

Absolutely loved my stay! Had a fantastic birthday and spent time with my lovely girlfriend. Had a fantastic view of the gulf and everyone was so incredibly nice and friendly!

The rooms were very nice for how cheap the fee was, but there was some type of booger substance on our curtains and our small decorative pillows were yellowish, so you could imagine my disgust. My first time staying in an adult only hotel at 25 and I will not be staying at this one again. I look very young for my age and because it was a casino as well, I was ID’d every single time I walked in or out. I even had the head of security come and identify me, do not recommend staying here if you look remotely young. I understand the law and not wanting to lose any licensing and it’s not a problem for most, but I had terrible time with the security staff besides maybe two guys. Lastly, because it was adult only casino/hotel, there is a ton of smoking and drinking especially on the casino floors. If you walked into the elevator you could smell the cigarette/weed smoke anytime the doors opened. If you were actually in the casino you would be absolutely covered in it even after a few minutes. I had multiple people vape/pen right next to me and blow it towards me. Probably the worst experience of all. At night, you could smell anything someone smoked from the rooms next to you and unsurprisingly my neighbor had to smoke weed every night before bed out on the balcony and it would flood my room even with the door closed. Also at night, you could hear every siren imaginable because people were setting off their smoke alarms in the room while smoking. Only good part was the beach.

Beware!

Front rooms have great view of gulf, however lots of car noise and yelling from valet/parking area. Street in front of hotel is a noisy drag strip for motorcycles and corvettes. Room was newly remodeled but hallway carpets are torn and tattered.

The person at the front desk was so kind to us her name was India I think a great person to have at the front desk

Everyone is helpful and pleasant. The Buffet is a little pricey, but was good. The rooms are clean, beds are soft, and have lots if space. Bathrooms are nice as well. Room had a balcony to enjoy. Really enjoyed my stay. Will defiantly return. Thank for a pleasant time. Would go more often if recliners were available in some rooms. Sounds silly but my husband can no longer sleep in a regular bed.

Property wasn’t bad at all, staff was very pleasant . Just a couple of hiccups but housekeeper took care of it. When we checked in there was a used wash cloth in our refrigerator , folded towels for use were dirty, looked like they had been used to clean. Also, I forgot to report the shower flooded bathroom and lil mold in the shower stall growing between tiles. Other than those things, the property was great. Things happen. Enjoyed our stay.

Just what I needed.relaxed ,ate crap legs every night….just what I needed. Wished I lived closer.

I did not get the the handicap room nor the request i made prior to me coming to their property.I am not a happy camper. MY waitress at buffet sucks. I had to ask her for a refill twice.The check in clerk it wasnt her fault i didnt get my request. IT is the manager fault period.

Snowstorm? No problem for Treasure Bay

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient Thank you for the extra attention during the snowstorm.

Better than expected

The hotel was nice

The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The casino is a little dated but it was clean and well kept. The crab legs on the buffet were good but the rest of the food left something to be desired. I would not get the buffet again. The Blu Bar on the 9th floor is a nice getaway and the drinks are not overly expensive. It is a smoking casino so take that in to consideration. It did not bother us as it was not overly smoky, but it probably bother some people. Overall we had a good time.

I did like the Friendly staff and the casino, but I didn't like that the sheets on the bed was dirty and also the floor wasn't vacuumed. The casino did switch us to another room and it was a little better, but in the bathroom the floor wasn't really clean, there's was trash behind the door.

They happily let us check in at 1pm which was nice. The casino area seemed slightly dated but our actual room was very modern, clean and comfortable. This hotel would be really nice minus the cigarette smoke that is overwhelming.

Great location and easy accessibility.

We requested a 2 queen beds, was given a king bed, my daughter and son in law had to rent an additional room. we request ADA close to elevator, yes we got the ADA but at the other end of the hall, my husband is in a wheel chair and i walk with a walker. it was rough.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, bathrooms were great, overall a great place to stay. Only negative was smoking everywhere.

I liked most everything except the food, just wasn't good, but was cold, no flavor.

Nice hotel! Our two-queen room was well kept and the bathtub was AWESOME! We enjoyed our 2-night stay and would DEFINITELY come back. Be careful in the casino, though. Slots aren't very loose.

Overall, a dingy and smelly facility. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the rug in the room was filthy. No housekeeping over the two days I was there and the hot water in the bathroom was tepid at best. Treasure Bay is dark, dank and the gaming areas were nasty. Would not recommend.

Ghetto

The property is as pictured so please don’t go by those. The property has different types of rooms to book, but that isn’t listed in booking. The rooms on the back of the property look as if you may rent them hourly. The type of atmosphere and environment the property promotes with these types of rooms made us feel so uncomfortable. People are able to come and go throughout the premises even onto the hotel floors. This casino felt as if I was staying in the ghetto without doors and windows.

There were only two, slow working elevators for the entire resort. The casino begins almost at the front door so any fresh indoor air is nonexistent. The shower never warmed up to a comfortable temperature. The balcony was very nice with a gorgeous view of the sun rise.

Very nice well kept room

I have stayed at treasure bay a few times and always when in town make reservations there. The rooms are clean, comfy and quiet especially since it is a casino too. My only complaint is the shower. The water wasn't hot enough and there weren't shelves in the shower to put the soap, my own shampoo and cream rinse.

Valet & Bellman we’re exceptional

Not worth what we paid for!

We came to Treasure 27 years ago for our honeymoon & came this time. Both trips were equally terrible. This time it was more modern, but not any better. Beds were horrible, pillows were hard. Each service worker we ask a question of looked at us as if we were bothering them. The only ones that were pleasent was the lady the checked us in & the young lady taking our order for buffet dinner. Whoever was the idiot that chose the water faucets in every sink, is an idiot. Turn it on to much and it looks like you took a shower in your clothes. Upon leaving our room to check out both elevators smelled of smoke. We were also woke up by a couple arguing on the balcony. Also, we booked through Expedia. When we asked about senior discount, Expedia said to get it when we checked in. When we checked in the workers said we had to get it through Expedia. So much for the discount. Also, nowhere could a vending machine be found to get a drink or snack. Wont be going back for sure!

The casino/hotel combo was new for me but the buffet was cheap but very good. Environment was friendly, staff was great. Loved it

Thank you Dian at front desk, who gave us a room with fabulous view. Ivan (waiter at the Den and Devon (server) at Blu were great, very friendly…. Our main reason for going to Treasure Bay was the infinity pool and adults only…. While the pool area was huge and pools looked great… we feel it’s missing that “WOW” factor.. Not a lot of people using the pool/area for Labor Day weekend.. and…what disappointed me the most is that my hubby observed a guest literally spitting in the pool.. not once… but twice. SO … there went my chance of going back in the infinity pool. Room was nice and updated, but our room smelled musty. Shower and bed was just okay. I can honestly say I probably won’t be going back (since there are many choices of places to stay on the coast), unless it’s to visit Blu or The Den restaurants…….for me only….. I can check off this place and say “been there,done that” but try another place next time on the coast.

Room was spacious, clean and updated. No carpet in the room ...yay! The only issue I had was the cool water. I was on a work trip, and really would have loved a hot shower.

Enjoyed it

I love you can leave the smoke filled casino and when you get off the elevator going to your room it smells so good. Room was clean. We did have a problem when we returned from eating water was all over the floor, we called and the immediately sent maintenance. Simple fix housekeeping had turned the refrigerator off and it had defrosted all over the floor they forgot to turn it back on. Housekeeping came and cleaned everything up. We enjoyed our stay. The Infinity restaurant was awesome best dungeness crabs ever. I highly recommend.

Great first visit, Dian was very helpful at the front desk, a real asset to your company. The room was more than expected, balcony was definitely a plus, will be back in October!

The pool was nasty and the outside bar was closed when it said it would be open. We went here just to hang at the pool and get drinks outside.

Gross! Not as advertised

Nice stay. Rooms have been redone since last time I was there. Clean and spacious. My only complaint is the tv programs now. We are old school and had trouble figuring out the Roku streaming type channels. Breakfast buffet was really good!

Everything was great from check in, to the pool, the prices on drinks were fair. Just getting care for the smoking everywhere in the facility. The room was comfortable, enjoyed the balcony, beds were a little firm but comfortable. And the AC worked well! The stopper in the tub did not work. Could only take a shower.

Great place to stay on the Gulf Coast

Really enjoyed our visit to Treasure Bay....checkin was great Dian was very friendly and professional. The room was nice, clean n spacious. The Infinity Buffet was delicious, just a little crowded. Can't wait to plan my next visit to the Gulf Coast...

The snow crabs are great but expensive with the buffet. $60 a person If you are not a smoker this is not the place for you. We booked for 3 nights and only stayed one night. We are not smokers and the casino and hallways are very Smokey. We couldn’t breathe. The bed was mushy. The shower has a half glass door so when you take a shower water goes everywhere on the floor. We had to place our towels on the outside of the shower so we would not slip. Our room did have a balcony that had a view of the ocean but however based on the people walking around this casino it did not seem safe to sit on the balcony. The air conditioner worked great and the room was dark but because the parking lot was outside of the room we heard car alarms going off all night. After 1 night we left. We won’t go back.

Rooms were clean but, the property is older. When you walked into the building it was incredibly smoky from people smoking cigarettes.

Staff was nice

Building, elevator, hallways, carpet, rooms, showers all seem tired. Not like the pics. Staff was friendly and helpful. Upstairs bar and staff were highlight.

Property was nice and clean but it took forever to get checked in! Also the rooms or property does not have microwave so we could not warm our food up! They charge $22 just to get a microwave and that was ridiculous Waste of food! I was mad about that! But Staff was friendly and helpful

Staff was exemplary. Valet parking, front desk, housekeeping, and Belhop? Services were amazing! I wasn't sure what you call the service that helped us take our bags to our room. Everyone was so helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. THANK YOU!

Other than the smoky casino, which wasn’t as bad as I thought, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome, the view of the gulf was great! We will be back

The lady that checked me in was rude af to me but nice af to the old people before me I didn’t understand I just kept my mouth shut best I could so I didn’t ruin my trip other than that it was awaime

Not bad an adults only casino. Very smokey but we were aware that would be possible. Nice staff. Great food. Clean comfortable rooms and price was good. We would stay again except the smoke overwhelmed us. If you don’t mind it- it’s a nice break from kids since it is an adult only property. The pool area was beautiful!

The Gulf view is what we were looking for. You could get better, but it’s a lot more expensive.

The staff at the buffet was rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money also food tasted like it had been cooked many hours before I got it. The tv remote was very complicated had to ask a housekeeper to operate it. Tv remote in bathroom didn’t have battery in it Overall my stay was not very enjoyable!

wish they would have had information available in the room about the swimming pool and restaurants in the hotel. Casino floor smoking was allowed but heir smoke eaters really did not work well.

They have several dining options at the property along with casino games. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms are beautiful and the gulf view is absolutely gorgeous from the balcony.

I truly like the new renovation of the rooms and facility. Looks great!!
