Strategic location near town ,spacious, big room a hidden gem ,comfortable,and cleanliness.

Could Do Better For Improvements

The stay was pretty much alright. But I do like to point out that the walls are very thin and I could hear people making noises from other rooms or the outside of my room. Furthermore, the bed and pillows are quite rough around the edges and we find it difficult to sleep on. So far what I could say, the place is easy to find and the location is great as there are many shops around the corner. But for now, this place is suitable if you are staying for one night only.

Receptionist is well rounded, the accomodation is excellent, especially Ma'am Rose she had made our trip easy..

Thank you for the good service! The room was really nice and make me more comfortable. Its really suitable for people who come as backpacker or solo traveling 🙌 i'll come back soon to stay more than one night!

A Home Away from Home

The place was very clean! The sheets and pillows smelled fresh. It was like staying in a 3-4 star hotels minus the frills. It was like being home away from home and the staff was very friendly, especially the Filipina staff who was so gracious to us. Will definitely be staying there again when i get back to KL!

Property is really clean . Staff behavior was good especially the guy at the reception Rashid , he helped me with me luggage and air conditioner.

only located at the centre of city

Smoking smelly in room and also shoes smelly in room too! It was so dirty clothes in room ☹️

I don’t like who put the shoes in room while sleeping thats bad smell, so please move inside the door not in room! Thanks.

Great place

Great place to stay cuz it’s near everything you need. Room is cozy and though it’s lively outside, you can still sleep peacefully

the longstayer guest at travelogue are very friendly, the receptionist woman and man also super, they help what we need at hotel.

+ Value for money + Superb for the location (exactly very near to bukit bintang monorel and jalan alor aka food heaven is just behind!) + Clean room - Poor wifi connection ;( - Small toilet *barely manage to move around inside the toilet only ;( - No lift -but ok lah, luckly i didnt bring my lugage

Strategy location to tourist point but...

Near to Pavillion, however downstairs of hotel is quite complex with a lot of beggars and homeless people. The hotel is clean but the facilities in the room is not quite completed as few important things are missing, e.g. mirror, cloth hanger, wardrobe and etc. The wireless connection cannot be used in the room, have to go common area only can receive the signal.

Location is great. Only need to walk further due toRTconstruction right in front of the hostel (be ready by July 2017 where the MRT station will connect to One Utama/IKEA etc).

Overall stay is good but the only worst part is that the room's sound proofing was bad, as I can often heard people walking outside my room's corridor accessing the shared bathroom (in and out) and it disrupts my sleeps for continuously 3 nights for my stay.

All is good just except it was hard to locate, I took uber but the location pinned was one street away from the actual location. It would be great if a more specific direction was given on the description since the signboard of travelogue is totally blocked by the Macdonald's sign. Other than that, the rest, overall this is quite a decent place for backpackers

Cigarrete smell, unexpected fares.

Terrible experience, after booking with a "special price" offered by Expedia because I purchased a Flight to Kuala Lumpur, I got to Travelogue KL. I showed my reservation by Expedia at the counter and the receptionist started the check-in process, by the moment I got to pay I handed my credit card, when I got the voucher to sign the price was way more expensive than what I booked for. The receptionist told me there was not such a price for the room I booked with Expedia, because it was their "special" room, after trying to solve this I had no choice but to stay at the already booked place, because it was my first time al KL, when I got to the room there was a profound smell to cigarette. I complaint with the receptionist again, And they told me to start de AC to solve it, the AC was already running when I got to the room, they tried to use deodorant, but without any results. The staff was OK, they are only what they are told to do by the manager, but the Hotel doesn't provide a good service. I would not recommend this Hotel and for sure will never go there again.

Es ist ein für den billigen Preis angemessenes Hostel. Wir waren zu zwiet in einem 6er Zimmer. Klimaanlage war vorhanden und hat funktioniert, Bettwäsche war sauber und die duschen war auch verhältnismäßig sauber. Für den Preis kann ich nichts negatives sagen

숙소 위치는 최상이다. 하지만 시설이 별로이다. 오래는 자기 힘든 곳이다. 그리고 2층까지 직접 케리어 들어야함

Highly Recommended for budget travelers

Excellent service, clean, nice public rest area and perfect location! (Night markets, shopping malls, public transportations, twin towers all walking distance!) Also it's quite cheap so definitely recommended to everyone. I travel to KL for business every month and I've stayed in over 5 different hostels, this is the best so far. Single females can feel safe here too.

隔音不好

房間是木板隔間所以隔音很差，都可以聽到隔壁房間的講話.打呼的聲音...

Nöjd besökare

Jättebra läge med nära till restauranger, pubar, shoppingcenter, tåg och den kända food courten. Enda minus va att ingen hiss fanns, tungt med mycket bagage, och att kaffet va slut ;). Mycket tevlig och hjälpsam personal.

위치 가성비만족

위치랑 가성비는 짱입니다만 첫날밤 숙소찾는데 어려움이 부킷빈탕 사거리의 스타벅스위층입니다 간판이 조그만해서 헤매었네요. 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자기에는 위치상 최고가 아닐까합니다.

Lumayan buat hemat

Kondisi kamar baik, masuk hotel naik tangga agak rempong, backpack saya tertinggal sudah di telp tapi belum ada penyelesaian, email sudah dikirim juga.

Saya senang karena lokasinya strategis namun saya kecewa krn kamar tdk di bersihkan setiap hari dan saat saya cek in saya baru tahu kalau tidak ada fasilitas toilet maka saya up grade lagi untuk mendapatkan toilet , trimakasih

Excllent location

Best point is location.few minutes walks form Alor street. Bukit Bintang is just center of KL,there are lots of shopping malls,restaurants and super markets.

Rigtigt fint hostel med en fantastisk placering midt i centrum. Fin betjening og mulighed for fri genopfyldning af vand og kaffe. Ganske udemærket.

Kamar dan pelayanannya bagus.. Tapi wifinya kurang lancar waktu di kamar hrs di ruang makan yg bisa digunakan. Toiletnya berbagi antara perempuan dan laki2 sehingga kurang nyaman. Tangganya terlalu panjang, gak ada lift. So far so goodla
