Great room. Close to everything.
Travelodge is the best budget option very close to the falls. With 2 small kids, this was crucial for us as kids get tired of walking otherwise. This is right in the middle of the Clifton hill with all the fun places at 2 min walking distance. The room was clean - had a tv, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Parking was provided at $15 a day. Bathroom interiors are dated but it is well maintained. They provided $5 coupons for each person for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. There are plenty of food options around. Would go again!
Great location and very good price
The rooms were clean, quiet and safe. I liked it a lot. I will stay here if I come back to visit the Falls, and likely yes. Staff were kind and very helpful. Thank you.
Nice place and walking distance to all the attractions. Food is never a problem. It would have been nice if we have free bottles of water in the fridge.
We loved the room. It is clean, warm and big
Had water pressure and no hot water issues on the 1st morning of our stay. Made it very difficult to shower and wash soap/shampoo off. We were trying to get to a funeral and this was a huge inconvenience. It was corrected and we got an "apology" but that was it. The rest of the stay was uneventful. This is just an average hotel. No frills here.
Very affordable for the area (with parking)and close to many attractions.
Na
Close to a lot of Clifton Hill attractions
Will stay again
Great place!
It was great.
Really easy to find and park.beds are SUPER comfy, great nights sleep
Walking distance to falls and casino
Check in was quick and easy. The location couldn't be any better for us and our little one. Would definitely recommend and return.
Close to attractions and for viewing falls. Very touristy area. Room clean. No elevator.
Room was clean and well supplied. Check in was friendly and efficient. We got 3 double beds. The third bed was in an attached room with a door. Which was perfect. If you want convenience and low cost, This place delivers. Its pretty thread bare right now. Carpets and furniture are worn out. Locks on door did not inspire a lot of confidence. they are in the process of completely rebuilding 1/4 of the rooms. You cant stay any closer to the activities at clifton hill than this. Attached ruby tuesday was closed while we were here, but they have us coupons to the great family restaurant just up the hill. Bed was too hard for me to get a good nights sleep. But thats a preference. Parking is extra but no more than other lots in the area.
Doesn't usually happen but
Bedbugs, switched room in middle of night, tv didnt work, coffee maker didnt work.Staff on duty at night not compassionate to situation, didnt offer to assist with move. There's more negativity but im waiting to see what management does to help on this situation first.
not what is on the picture.
Carpets were not very clean
Great location
Clean, close to Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons and staff was efficient and friendly.
Holiday
It’s in walking distance for what we wanted to do
Love the location
We love staying at the Travelodge. It’s right in the center of everything!
We have stayed here a few times. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they offer parking to non-staying people. It is sometimes difficult to find a spot after returning to the property. Great location. Very nice staff.
Friendly staff
Good stay
Great to feel closely by fun, water falls, restaurants and walk around! Motel needs to repair lots which is hiding like dust and battery died from tv remote, etc..
Property is okay, is all about the location. The price is not worth it because is old and needs to be updated. The staff was very nice and everything was clean but is so old that makes you question everything.
The staff was amazing!! We had a sick child and they helped us find meds, kept a close parking spot for us, and kept checking in. Very friendly, would definitely recommend. Very close to everything: falls, shopping, activities.
Its in the middle of everyone at Niagara. Nice staff and decent place to stay close to the falls n activities
Great location. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. Check in was fast and easy.
The staffs are all so nice!!!! They were really nice people and so lovely!! ◡̈ the area is very good too as it is walkable and lots of fun to do anytime. The security is there 24/7 and the staff are always there in the front desk, so lovely! I would recommend this 100/10 for the service, the hotel and the area! ^^
We love the location in the middle of the fun activities
Close to the attractions and areas to walk.
convenient
Nice location, clean and staff are nice
Just only like the bed for sleep and the others things in the room like a bathroom so so bad conditions the air conditioner work good but not too much so for my experience they charge too much money too expensive for night for the room conditions!!
Perfect for what it is. Central location clean rooms helpful and courteous Staff
Both nights we stayed here there was people screaming and banging in both the room above us and the room beside us. This was brought to front desk’s attention but didnt stop. The police showed up at one point for other people but nothing ever came of our situation. Our room was dirty with unknown short hairs on the front and back of the toilet seat. We were given one dirty towel with a brown streak on it and one semi clean towel. The pillows were sub par so we asked for a couple more and were given more which was one of the only good parts of the stay. Over all really disappointed in the quality of our visit and how ignorant the people around us were. We stayed here last year and it was a lovely place to be with clean everything and a great environment. Sad to see its went so far downhill. We wont be staying here again next trip to niagara.
The room had a bad smell, the bathtub was dirty, the surroundings were shabby. The "hotel" is not like the photos, it is the first time that something like this has happened to me. I do not recommend it, much less for families.
Lugar tranquilo, con los servicios correspondientes, bien ubicado, cómodo
Great location, clean room. Would stay again.
Affordable hotel at the center of everything
Room is pretty decent, considering that the building is inclined on the 'older' side and rate is very affordable. It sits at the center where everything is at a walking distance. I'm glad we chose to stay in this hotel.
Right on Clifton Hill, this property was in a great location to all the attractions and a 5 minute walk to the Falls. We arrived closer to 9pm as this was a last minute trip and there was only one room left available. I wanted something close to everything in Niagara, so this hotel was perfect. It's not anything fancy by any means. If anything, it was pretty expensive for what it was, but I suppose that has to do with how close it is to all the attractions. We've stayed in other hotels/motels in the area before and this was probably the closest we've been to the strip. The room was clean, a bit old fashioned and outdated but it worked for the one night we were staying. Beds were quite uncomfortable though as they were creaky and we could feel the springs underneath us. The curtains take a bit of maneuvering to make sure they fully close for privacy. Parking was $15 extra with stay, $20 otherwise if you're looking for close parking. There were plenty of pillows and towels provided. Shower could use a plastic liner to prevent water from getting outside the tub. Overall, decent stay.
It’s close to all attractions in the area
Rooms were a little outdated, but over all we will return!
Friendly staff upon check in and great location!
Good location
The location is great only a couple of minutes walk to all attractions
Rooms are terrible
Very nice location Kids had lots of fun walking down the street Right in the enter of cliff hill
is ok
No access for strollers or wheelchairs
Perfect and convenient
Reasonable price for a Niagara hotel. Great location - accessible to restaurants and bus stop. we were able to view a bit of the fireworks from our room. Room is dated but clean and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff are awesome. We asked if we could stay extra 30mins and front desk was very nice to accommodate us. She didn’t ask but we were running late because my baby got sick so I appreciate that a lot!
Proximity to the Falls and attractions. Reasonable price
Made reservation thinking parking was free. It was NOT free. There is no Free breakfast. They give you a coupon for 5 dollars off for only 1 person
Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
This hotel had a wonderful location right in the centre of Clifton Hill. Since they didn’t have their own restaurant, they gave us a coupon to go towards breakfast at one, just a few yards away. Great value for the money.
Loved the location, staff were helpful. Room was dated but very clean.
Convenient location
Location and service were great, the hotel desperately needs some updating.
Great location!!!
It was good , walking distance to everything.
Great place. Manage your expectations, and be pleasantly surprised. It is a well-maintained and beautifully landscaped place with incredibly friendly staff. Yes, it’s a motel. You’re crashing there for sleep. You’re not moving in. Comfy bed in a clean room, car parked on site and close to everything? That’s a win for me.
Good price and Great location, sits on Clifton Hill Street. Very convenient. Need to be aware, the hotel is a bit old and without elevator.
My grandson wanted the Clifton Hill experience, so this was a great location. Great staff, clean premises. Good 2 star motel
I like the property because it is right on Clifton Hill.
Dated rooms but comfortable
This hotel is in a great location. The front desk and all staff that I came across were top notch. The rooms are dated and because of this they appear dirty and dingy, but the beds were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
The location and price were great. The rooms are a little dated and slightly aged (cracked and patchy ceiling, etc) but for the price point it’s acceptable. The shower head sprayed the entire bathroom and the TVs picture was grainy. All in all we would come back as these few cons are minor and inconvenient but not uncomfortable
Amazing
Nonr
The hotel was in a great spot for doing everything on Clifton Hill!
An excellent location. Close to all attractions and many restaurants and the casino. The hotel while clean is somewhat dated and if updated would be an excellent place.
Near all tourist destination
Convenient. Close to the falls for walking.
Room smelled really bad, staff was nice and changed the room right after we told them about the problem. The second room was better but still smelled funny and had dirty carpet, bathroom was tiny, water didn’t drain fast enough in the bathtub so we had to stand in a puddle in the shower, furnitures were outdated, people are allowed to smoke right outside of the room, whenever we opened the door we smelled very strong cigarette smoke. I paid over $330 for a night and it was the worst room I’ve ever been in. We will not return.
Right in the heart of everything
Location was where we wanted to be. Staff accommodating, and the price reasonable.
I like this hotel because of the location. Its right on Clifton hill. The rooms are a little dated but its clean. You are not in your room that much any ways. Staff was very friendly. Parking is convenient but it is additional cost but its easy and you can't bet the location. We stay here every time we come to Clifton hill!
This property is in a great spot. But it’s old and a bit rundown. Beds are ok.
The property is dated but cleaning is done well. Front desk staff were excellent Location is perfect for visiting attractions Would return
Very close to all attractions
Was exactly what I expected - I would stay here again.
It’s a little dated, needs some room freshener in the hall. With all the action going on it never interfered with sleeping. Nice that it has a microwave and refrigerator. Thanks for the great visit
Furio and dirty
Looking forward to next visit!
I do not have any major complains other than for the location of the room that was allocated to me. I was given a room which is located directly above the parking lots and next to a staff room. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof. Late at night, I was woken up by loud engine rev from a car directly below the bedroom. At around 7.30am, I was woken up again, this time by the staff, likely starting work in the staff room next door.
The staff were the highlight - very friendly and helpful at checkin. The room was old and tired, could be cleaned better. Bad smell coming out of the A/C. Beds were also old - not too comfortable. Location was convenient, parking was good with e-vehicle charger.
Very convenient, could walk to everything we wanted! A warning though, it’s in the middle of complete chaos so if that’s not your thing I’d avoid it. (I was there with teenagers)
Not very clean for the price.
.
Clean. Very helpful staff but dated.
I stayed for only one night, and the experience was excellent. Both check-in and check-out were very quick. The suite was clean and comfortable.
Overall the hotel had a lot of hidden fees.
The hotel was nice and in a excellent location. However, you have to pay to park $20 per and the hotel did not honor the price on hotel.com. Also you have to pay a $150 deposit to stay.
All good
Right in the heart of the action

We enjoyed staying here! It is close to everything but once in our room we couldn’t hear all the noise on Clifton Hill which was surprising but great. We would stay again!
