Very kind staff and clean hotel. Wish there was a space for the luggages but we figured it out. Extended our stay because we enjoyed it. Breakfast is nice and peaceful.

The reception staff (林さん) is very friendly. He recommended me to join the toyoko Inn member when I frequently travel to Japan. I feel that he is very considerate of me! The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is simple and delicious.

Avoid weekends.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and it was very crowded with rude, noisy, non-Japanese tour groups. They filled the rubbish bins to overflowing with fast food wrappings and wet instant noodle bowls. There was a fight over the washing machines and driers! On Sunday night it was much less busy and there were no problems. Avoid weekends if you want to have a relaxing stay. Convenient location.

The room is bigger than expected. Though the facilities look a bit old but it's acceptable for a short stay. I think it offers value for money.

Booked a smoking room accidentally, and staff was helpful to change it to a non-smoking room.

It is a "cheap hotel" meaning that it was under $100 per night. It offers Japanese breakfast (which more expensive hotel do not include in the basic fare), but this was entirely Japanese (that is no pastries, cereal etc). It is perfect for a short visit. Very clean (as mostly in Japan). Very good internet. Very close to the train-station.

It was a comfortable stay. <10mins walk from the station. If price difference is minimal, may be better to choose the other branch, that is nearer to the station.

Large room with city view, nice staff, comfortable bed, close to the Toyama train station. It is a great hotel except check-in time is late, 4 pm.

Small room but near to Toyama station

We booked a smoking room coz non-smoking room were full - this is a very popular inn. If you don’t smoke, please don’t try this type of room becoz the room is full of strong smoking smell - the whole floor also. And there is no air- refreshing in the room. Other than that, everything is nice, location, service and the breakfast!

Good base for Tateyama Alpine Route

Nice hotel close to Toyama Station with luggage delivery service so it's a good base for those going to Tateyama Alpine Route. Under one of the biggest business hotel chain in Japan so they really keep up their standard. Room size is bigger than we expected. They also have free breakfast which is very minimal and not much choices.

Room is clean and bigger than expected. Luggage forwarding service is available for the Alpine Tateyama route. Long queue for breakfast at 7am though.

Convenient location

A short stay would suffice, probably not long term stay. Lobby has good seating areas, refreshments and place to chill. Hotel staff does try to assist you any ways they could.

Front desk was so busy they forgot to give us our key and free tram passes. We had to ask. We arrived at 3pm, and was told to wait till 4pm. We saw the cleaner pass the keys to the reception at 3.30pm. but the reception forgot all about us. We had to repeat our check-in details to another receptionist.

This hotel seems to be quite busy. You might need to wait a long while for the lift. Breakfast is simple. It is a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are very few restaurants nearby. You need to go back to the train station for food or shops. But for the price they charge, it is reasonable if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep.

住宿的位置需不及新幹線，但仍2号那麼近JR站和各種交通，但住宿質素，清潔度及服務各方面都令人滿意。唯獨早上的早餐時間太短。但仍可接受。值得推薦入住。

ツインの部屋に安く泊まれて有難かったです。

富山駅から徒歩数分の駅近くです。 朝1番の朝食時間は、多くの利用者で混んでいたので時間の余裕が必要です。

周辺に食べる所が少ないので駅前まで出るのがおすすめです。

総合的に良かったですよ

シングルルームを利用しましたが、思ったより部屋もベッドも広く、バスルームも含め全体に清潔な印象を受けました。 朝食の焼きたてパンが美味しかったです。

団体の旅行客がロビーにたくさん集まっていたのは不便だったが、総合的には綺麗でロケーションもよく快適でした。

駅から近く、スタッフさんの対応も良かった。繁華街も近くにあり美味しいゴハンの店をスタッフさんに教えていただきましたが、その店が残念すぎました。特に食事処の良いお店はしっかりリサーチしておいて欲しかったです。

コスパが本当によいホテルでした。立地も非常によいですし、喫煙ルームを利用しましたがタバコの匂いが全くしませんでした。

飲屋街の裏てにあり静かですが、、他国の人が多いのが、、 けど自分的には飲み屋に近いのがいい感じです

スタッフの方は皆さん穏やかで、親切でした。　 徒歩圏内に美味しい居酒屋もあり土地のものがいただけました。 駐車場もあり、ケースによっては延長で利用できる様で便利だと思いました。　 朝食バイキングはお部屋に持って行けるところが個人的には助かります。 コスパもよく賑わっているホテルだと思いますがゆっくり過ごせました。

テレビやWi-Fiの調子がすこぶる悪く、スタッフに確認したが、最近全部屋が調子が悪いと言われ、解消に至らなかった。 チェックイン前に状況説明もなく、不親切だと感じた。 おそらく2度と利用しない。

良心的な値段なのに綺麗で快適に過ごせました コンビニは駅前まで行かないとなかったけれど歩いて２～３分程度

川の土手を走って見ました　スピードが違うと町並み走るのも変わった視点で見られるように思います。

上の階のイビキやトイレの流れる音、隣のドアの開閉音など聞こえて起こされた。 部屋は無駄に広いがトイレが狭い。 サービスのボトル水はない。 歯ブラシの質もよくはない。

朝食時施設コーヒーを飲む際にミルクやお砂糖を求めたがありませんと不親切な言い方できっぱり断られた。 無料とは言え朝食メニューのバリエーションの少なさに苦笑・・。東横インは各地方に行って大変気に入っておりますがこちらの富山第一へたぶん行きたくないなぁと思いました

朝ご飯は早い時間に行かないと食べられない品が多くあります。備え付けのシャンプーやボディソープは変な匂いがします。

家族で滞在させてもらいましたが、 ベッドのサイズもちょうど良く、朝食付きが大変助かりました！

可もなく不可もなくといったところです。

部屋に入り、トイレをしようとしたら、 髪の毛が湯船と壁に一本づつ発見。 その他は綺麗なだけに残念でした…。 フロントスタッフは皆さん 丁寧で、優しく対応して下さいました。 パーキングはどこにあるか不安でしたが 分かりやすく一泊500円というのも良い。 朝食は、朝6時45分に行くと 沢山お客様がいました。 料理は手の込んだものはありませんが、 無料なら充分！ありがたいです。

Generally great value for money!

The room is quite spacious given the money paid for it. Good free breakfast. Cant fault them anything except it would be better if the staff would advise foreigner customers proactively about the free tram tickets offer from the Toyama government.

フロントスタッフの対応が事務的だった

新幹線口という名称からほとんど駅内かとおもったが、それは違った。でも十分駅から近い。部屋が清潔でつかいよかった。朝食がすごく合理的で感心した。品数も味も満足できる。
