Good access and great staff!

This is one of my favourite hotel chains in Japan. The staff at this hotel was great.

Short stay

Super easy check-in/out, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent service, breakfast was okish

Very thing nice but if you are not a smoker don’t stay in the smoker’s section the smell is very bad specially at night

Breakfast is good, staff are very helpful.

This is the hotel most close to the train station , not too far from Haneda just 15 min . Small room , poor breakfast .Good for stay one night before or after flight . The check-in start at 4pm , very bad if your flight arrive in the early morning .Good for the price , not too far from Shinagawa station .

Very practical accommodation for one night. Good breakfast. Everything very clean. Friendly staff.

Good hotel! Extremely convenient. The bathroom had some smell but other than that it was a great stay.

I booked smoking room, the air regulation not that good. Can’t open the window for fresh air, over all are great. Like the breakfast

Checked in with my family as a day room, to store our luggage and shower before our midnight flight back. Staff was reluctant to let us check in stating the bed type booked is not enough to accommodate 4 people when I clearly state at check in that we are only using it for 2 hours to shower and will check out the same day.

Small room, hard mattress and pillow.

This hotel is small but it’s okay for sleep and rest and good breakfast and very close Train station and A lot of restaurants option and close to haneda airport

The rooms were very small for me. Me and wife are pretty tall and there was limited space for us to move around. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent

The room is cleaned every third day and new towels everyday. That was wonderful and the staffs were so helpful and friendly.

It's a normal business hotel. If you plan to go around Odaiba, this is very convenient because you can get there on a 15-minute bus ride, and it's way cheaper than hotels near Odaiba area. The staff is very friendly

Overall it was excellent stay. One negative point for me was mattress was too hard.

Room is compact but enough. Area is quite convenient and access from train station is very good.

The hotel is an ok business hotel with basic service. The bed and pillow was too hard, I was not able to sleep well.

Great convinient location, but simple amenities. Even though we registered 2 guests for the room, there was only 1 towel and I had to pay 100 yen for the extra towel

Good free breakfast, next to station, many local restaurants. Rooms a little smaller than new Toyoko Inns. But adequate for short stays.

Great stay in downtown Tokyo!

Amazing vacation with a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located hotel as my base of operations. The provided breakfast (local style) was more than sufficient and a nice change of pace. Language barriers were easy to work around.

Non-English speaking staff, approximately 10X10 foot room, smells of toilet or toilet cleaner while sleeping, no space for suitcase so I kept it on my bed while I slept! Sign in hotel elevator warns of frequent robberies and not to leave any valuables in room, unwilling to find local telephone numbers and no collect calls allowed. Other than all this, it was great...but also, I could hear every train at night, not loudly, but audible. Hotel is adjacent to station. Lobby smells like a buddhist shrine.

Good for businesses trip

Room was small and very clean. We had to vacate the room everyday by 10 AM and could not get back in the room until after 3 PM. This was for cleaning.

The service desk staff were welcoming and articulate. The room however smelt of smoke and the mattress was sooooo hard.

シングルは荷物の多い人向けの広さではない

部屋は狭かったですがベッドが広く快適でした。 ただ今回、荷物が少なくボストンバッグ程度だったので問題なかったですが大きい荷物の人は広げられずに苦労しそう

羽田空港に近いのが1番の決め手です。

駅そばで宿泊だけなら最高のロケーションでした。

駅と直結なので雨でも濡れずにチェックインできました。また部屋は綺麗で静かです。 無料朝食も期待以上でメニューも二日間で違うので嬉しかったです。また利用したい。

部屋が窮屈でしたが、慣れ次第。

駅から近くて雨でも濡れず便利でした。 欲を言うと、日本橋など都心の駅に比べ、電車の通過待ちが多いのが残念。 ホテルの施設、設備はとてもよかったです。 朝ごはんも品数が多く、楽しめました。

周辺に飲食店も多くこう

駅直結で非常に利便性が良かったです。 フロントの方も丁寧な対応で好感が持てました。 また機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきます

設備不足

エスカレーターが一つしかない。せめて２機は必要だと思います。

5月は浴槽、洗面台の髪の毛・ 今回はトイレットペーパーが流れておらずそのままでした｡レバーを下げ続けないと水が止まるので原因はわかりました。が気をつけてください。 クレームではなく報告です。 引き続き利用させて頂きます。

可もなく不可もない

京急青物横丁駅に隣接しています。とっても便利です。東横イン、いろいろ宿泊しましたが、基本的な対応はどこでも安定していて、安心でぎます。朝食は、まぁこんなものかなという感じですが、自室に持ち帰り食べられるようにお弁当箱が用意されていて、かなりの方が利用されていました。私も利用しました。また利用したいホテルです。

青物横丁駅降りてすぐの場所で、本当に便利でした。

駅横は大変便利でしたが、駅ナカセブンイレブンが22時閉店にはびっくりしました。コンビニエンスストアじゃないですね。それと、ホテルの朝食、あの程度なら無くてもいいですし、有料にしてもう少しまともな物にして欲しい。また、エアコンの風でくしゃみが止まりませんでした。不衛生？

駅が近いのが一番でした。

駅近くで、土地勘のない私でもすぐに辿り着けました。スタッフの方は親切でした。朝食もありがたいです。又利用したいです。

駅と隣接していてとても便利。部屋の広さもシングルとしては丁度よくきれい。朝食無料サービスでコストパフォーマンス良し。

かなり早めに到着してしまったので荷物のみ預かってもらおうとフロントにお願いに行ったところ部屋の準備が完了しているとのことでそのままチェックインできたのでありがたかったです。

普通です。

交通の便が良く、部屋は少し高い狭いかなと思いましたが、清潔でした。 朝食もジュウジツしていて、部屋に持ち帰る事ができるのが良かったてす。 エレベーターが１つしかないのが残念でしたね。大変混み合う事がありました。

すぐ近くのOKというスーパーが安くて素晴らしい ホテルはエレベーターが一基しかなく小さく朝の食事時はかなり待ちます

駅の隣なので騒音が気になるかな？と思ってましたが、思っていたより静かでした。近辺にコンビニやなどたくさんありました。

Habitació petita. De fumadors. Anavem amb nens i no ens la van voler canviar. Esmorzar limitat i al demanar pa ens deien que no i el tenien guardat. Després de suplicar ens en van treure (el mateix cada matí). Un únic ascensor per 14 plantes.

夜間まで工事しているとは。騒音で大変困りました

初めての利用でしたが、フロントの方が丁寧に案内してくださいました。

駅から路面へ降りてすぐ隣りです。

駅改札抜けて階段を路面まで降りるとすぐ隣りにホテルはあり至極便利です。朝食サービスは利用していないのでわかりません。駅にあるセブンイレブンは22時閉店です。

フードロスの取り組みが良い。コインランドリーの空き具合がテレビで見れると良い。

清潔感はありました アメニティはもう少し充実を期待 寝ているとエアコンの風が直接顔に当たるので改善されるとありがたい

初めての東横INN

フロントの方の対応は、スピーディーでかつ親切でした。お部屋は清潔でしたが、スリッパがいまいちで、清潔？と疑いような状態と感じました。

駅に近いのでとても便利です。 また利用させていただきます。

交通の便がよく、羽田空港往復が非常に楽だった。 駅横なので、天気に左右されない。 朝食のサービスはありがたいが、 目の前の純喫茶も素晴らしい。

朝食がついていてよかった

築年数が経っているのか、部屋の設備自体は可も無く不可もなし（清潔です）ですが、駅に完全に隣接しているため、朝早くの移動などのには大変便利で安心して利用できます。

近隣の飲食店情報をまとめた手作りのファイルが閲覧自由で置いてありました。大変参考になりました。

特に問題は無かったですが、部屋用のスリッパぐらいは部屋にあってもいいかなと思いました

便利で品川駅にも快速で直ぐに出られてフットワークが最高。何より駅を出るとその横にホテルの入口があり、初めて降りる駅でしたがホテルを探す手間もなく地理的に不安な旅行者にはありがたかったです。部屋もコンパクトできれいでした

安くてきれい

It was autolock,the front ladies were nice plus the rooms were excellent and the best thing is the free breakfast because it was so good.

駅の改札を出て1～2分で到着出来るので便利です。

駅近で、羽田にも行きやすい。トイレを流すと下水の臭いがして、それが少し気になりましたが、おおむね、良かったので、また泊まりたいです。

立地の良さとサービスを考えるとコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。 強いて言えば朝食に納豆が欲しかった。白米と味噌汁は美味しかったです。 ありがとうございました。

교통에 편하고 전체적으로 만족스런 비지니스호텔

전체적으로 만족하나 기차역과 붙어 있어 기차소리가 많이 들려서 저충이나 기차역 방향 침실은 소리에 민감하신 분은 피하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

駅横なので、便利な反面、当然始発で目が覚めたり、電車の音は気になる。 繁華街だが人の声でうるさいなどはない。

駅直結で便利。羽田空港に朝早く行く必要があったため利用。部屋は狭いが問題はなかった。また利用したい。
