Great business hotel

Excellent business hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a good size, strong fan in bathroom, clean room, good wifi. Overall a nice business hotel would stay again.

Loved the breakfast! Staff were super helpful and appreciated the hospitality. Cozy rooms that fulfilled our needs. Will definitely be considering staying again on our next trip to Tokyo!

It was our first time in Japan and we had a really good experience in this hotel. Very affordable and close to transit only ~3-5 mins away from bus and ~10 mins away from the trains. Lawson (konbini) was just within 1 min from the hotel. As expected rooms are smaller than Western hotels however it was very clean. The staff were very friendly especially the very lovely and swift moving grannies during breakfast. Not only they served good breakfast but they were very attentive in making sure all the dishes were enough all the time and were very polite when needing to refill the dishes. Also they try to change the dishes everyday, mostly the meat options. I would say their breakfast is Western friendly as well while offering some Japanese style traditional food (grilled mackarel, miso soup etc.). We received new towels in a bag hanged on our door handle everyday too and were told when housekeeping would come and clean. There were free packets of lotions and facial moisturizers, combs, teas and many more goodies in front of the reception. I do hope they would fix the laundry though as it took a while for ours to dry but you would really appreciate having this amenity as some hotels in Japan don't have it at all. Overall highly recommend especially if you are on a budget! The staff made it such a good experience for us though, definitely high praises for them!

Wonderful stay with a great breakfast!

Only 2 towels in the room even i booked for 4 people. When i asked for towel, i have to pay 100 yen for each towel.

It was clean but if the rooms were a little bit bigger then it would have been better. The hallways were little stuffy and muggy because they don't have Airconditioner on compared to other hotels.

The staff are very nice

A receptionist helped us get a dinner reservation. I accidentally left some clothes in a closet; they held for me to pick up at front office.

Professional staff. Free breakfast.

Breakfast items not as good as other Toyoko inns. Pillows are not comfy, and so awkward staff watching when check in.

Stay is very good

We liked that it was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. the Facility was clean, as were the rooms. However, breakfast was mostly miss than hit.

Although the hotel was clean and the staff extremely friendly (like everyone in Japan), it’s only suitable for a one night stay. Poor breakfast, no lounge, tiny but efficient rooms. Dead neighbourhood. Worst were the beds and pillows though; like sleeping on a plank. I would recommend anyone going to Tokyo to take a hotel as close as possible to a subway station. It’s the best and cheapest way to get around.

Great hotel with many amenities and a great location. The breakfast was really good; however, westerners should be made aware that its more Japanese than western - miso, mushroom or corn soup, rice, egg, seaweed, meatballs and steamed salmon.

非常に快適に過ごせました。

We were impressed with the breakfast. The only thing we had trouble with was when booking the room it was unclear if three people could stay in a double room. We learned that three can stay in a double if the child is under 12. If your child is over 12 book two rooms. It's nothing fancy, but we enjoyed our stay.

The location is convenient

Breakfast was very nice.

Check-out time is 10:00. The Expedia.com page says 11:00.

The whole stay was good, but I was not allowed to have bread at breakfast before 7am even though it was written that only coffee and bread is served from 6:30am. 全体とても良かったですが、6:30からパンとコーヒーのみの提供と書いていたのに、7時前にパンを取ろうとしたら怒られました。見間違いでしたら申し訳ありませんが、そうでなければもっと明確に書いてほしいです。

Unacceptable Check-in and Check-out Times

This hotel seemed good value at first until you realize the ridiculous check-in time: 4 PM (yes 4 PM) and Check-out time: 10 AM. Basically you pay more per hour stay than in some hotels with normal check in time of 2 PM and check out time of 12 PM

立体駐車場があるのはたすかりました。 ご飯のエリアが狭いので配膳が苦労しました。

安定のサービスで、お安く泊まれたので満足です。 機会があればまた利用させて頂きます。 どうもありがとうございました。

部屋は少し狭かったですが、泊まるだけなら十分でした。朝食も助かりました。美味しかったです。

good balance with price

立駐が付いていて、そばにコンビニもあるので非常に便利です。

スタッフが常に滞在しているのに安心感がありました。 部屋も清潔感があり、居心地が良かったです。 部屋へ持ち込むアメニティ類にコーヒーがなかったので残念に思いつつ外で買ってきたら、1階のフロアに備え付けのコーヒーマシンがあったことに翌日気付きました…案内にあったのか、聞き漏らしたのか…部屋のどこかに案内があるとよかったです。また箸やスプーンなどのカトラリーも部屋に人数分だけでも置いておいていただけるといいのになぁと思いました。

スタッフさんは皆気さくで親切でした。 朝食も付いていてとても安く泊まれて大満足です。 一点だけ、体を洗うスポンジ？が備えてなかったのが残念でしたが、特に問題なかったです。

翌日キッザニアに行くために宿泊させていただきました。 朝食付きで子どもたちもお腹いっぱい食べられて大満足でした。 クーラーの汚れ？毛羽立ち？みたいな部分が気になってフロントに電話したらすぐにご対応下さり、外出中にきれいにしてくださっていてありがたかったです。

全体に満足。チェックイン時アメニティの案内はあったが、隣に部屋着がボックスに入っている案内はなく目に入らなかった。 部屋に入ってから取りに戻るという面倒な事に。 一言付け加えてくれれば親切。

朝食が混みすぎてゆっくり出来ません。

職場に歩いていけるので、何度か使わせていただいています。今回は広めのお部屋だったのでいつも以上に快適でした。

駅から遠く、近くにお店もあまりない。

夜遅くの到着について連絡したら、返信がありました 到着した時、雨だってのですが、入り口にタオルが用意されていました ありがたかったです

アメニティが部屋に置いてないので、ホテル1階から持っていく必要がある。 寝巻きを持っていかなくて焦った。

清潔で快適なホテルでした。 また、宿泊費も周辺に比べ割安だったので、また泊まりたいです。

隅田川の花火、見ることができました。 朝食も種類が豊富で、美味しくいただきました。

因為沒有房間了，所以只能訂吸煙房，但是，房內完全沒有煙味，且非常乾淨，但是，如果怕煙味的人還是不建議訂吸煙房，因為，在走廊會聞到其他房間正在吸煙的房間飄出的煙味。另外，因為孩子突然發燒，櫃台有中文人員，可以方便溝通，借到體溫計，這點很棒。

遇到一位會講中文的日本服務員，人超級好的，早餐的菜色也都會更新，沒了就會馬上加，物超所值

L hotel è vicino alla metro. Nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e supermarket dove poter acquistare bibite e cibo Noi avevamo compresa la colazione che è tipicamente stile giapponese . Non mi è piaciuta per niente tant'è che mangiavo fuori dall hotel. Un servizio da non sottovalutare è l angolo lavanderia con rispettiva asciugatrice.

駅から徒歩で割と距離があったので、重い荷物を持って移動が少しキツかった。ホテル内では快適に過ごすことができた。チェックインの手続きがちょっと気になるかなと。 周りの環境も悪くないと思うので距離さえ気にしなければ問題ないと思う

場所が分かりづらい

加湿器があってとても良かった。 朝食も無料であれだけ食べられたら嬉しい。 子供用のスプーンなどあると助かる。

Boa localização e preço

今回に限り新人が担当したのか、前の宿泊客の忘れ物が冷蔵庫に入っていたし、窓に使った後のカップが置かれていたし、サニタリーバッグもかかってなかったし、テーブルは濡れていた。

東京観光で一泊利用しました。部屋は綺麗に清掃されており快適に過ごせました。都会の中のホテルとしては騒音もなく静かでした。また利用したいと思います。

朝食がこみ合っていました。スープや飲み物豊富で良かった。

可も無く不可もなく

3連泊で、横浜・新宿・浅草と毎日出かける先が違ったのでいずれの場所にも行きやすい、且つ朝食付きのホテルを探していたので…ピッタリでした！朝食は全く期待していなかったけど…わたし的には充分すぎるくらいでした。予約した時、禁煙の部屋に空きがなかったので仕方なく喫煙の部屋にしたのですが…本当にタバコ臭くて目に染みるくらいでした（笑）ホテル自体は新しくはないようですが、部屋はリフォームされていて綺麗でした。朝食付きでこのお値段は本当に良心的だと思います。

Struttura in buona posizione, comoda e pulita. Avevamo due letti da una piazza e mezza. Dovrebbero prevedere una colazione continentale.

東京駅にも近いが静かで満足

静かで少し駅に向かって歩くと、スカイツリーが見えコンビにも近くに有り、朝食も美味しく汁物が３種類有り、嬉しい悲鳴、喫煙室でしたが、自分はタバコをやめ臭いが気になるが、この部屋は気にならず、美味しいリーズナブルな魚料理やさんも見つけ、次回も必ず泊まりたいと思いました🎵

周りは特に何もありませんが少し歩くと門仲の居酒屋がたくさんあります。朝ごはんはご飯とカレーを入れるところに深めの中皿があればカレー食べやすくてうれしかったですね。

設備が古く、清潔さもイマイチ

無料の朝食も美味しく、お得感がありました。ただ、部屋の洗面所の水の流れが悪く、少し臭いが気になりました。

普通のホテルです

今回小旅行なので、リーズナブルな宿を探していて、お邪魔しました。 朝食が無料サービスなのと、 地下鉄近くでアクセスがいいところに魅力を感じました。 ありがとうございました。

無料でしたから仕方ありませんが ８時過ぎに食事に下りましたが 食べるものがほとんどない状況・・・

研修中の受け付けの方が余裕がないからと思われるが、目を合わせる事がほとんどなく事務的であったのが少し残念だった。

とても良かったです。 朝食も弁当と思ってたらバイキング形式で無料にしては充分過ぎる朝食でした

お手頃価格での宿泊が出来満足しています 駐車場についてもう少し事前に説明があるとありがたいです 車が大きかったので、狭いところへの駐車は心配でした

門前仲町駅から5分ちょっと歩きますが、便利なところです。朝食付きなので、よく利用してます。朝食は6:30〜7:00は席待ちなほど混みます。7:00過ぎならなんとか座れます。また、機会があれば利用します。

チェックアウト時間が迫るとエレベーターがかなり混雑してなかなか乗れず、非常階段で降りました。
