Afordable and easy to get to the airport. They operate free bus to Haneda in eraly morning tll around 10am. Very basic but has everything you need.

The location close to Haneda airport and shuttle bus service made getting to the airport early in the morning easy and stress free. The hotel is almost next door to Otorii train station so it was easy to catch a train back into the city for last minute shopping. The room was small but comfortable enough for our two night stay and staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed however is the only thing we didn’t love…the mattress was rock hard and difficult to sleep in. Worst bed out of all our hotel stays.

This is near a train station for easy travel around Tokyo. Directly across the street was 7-Eleven and a pharmacy store. The staff are accommodating too. The included breakfast was better than any Japanese hotel’s we have stayed in so far.

The location was excellent as it nears Haneda Airport. The shuttle bus service was amazing for those who need to catch the flight in early morning!

I stayed at Toyoko Inn Haneda No. 2 for just one night as I had a late flight arriving in Tokyo and an early morning flight to Osaka. Overall, it was a solid choice for a short stay. The room was clean and spacious, especially by Tokyo standards, which was a nice surprise. The bathroom was also quite roomy, making it comfortable for a quick stay. The main highlight for me was the convenience of the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which runs every 15 minutes and connects you directly to Haneda Airport. This was the main reason I chose the hotel, and it made my travel to the airport much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station—just a 100-meter walk across the street—so it’s easy to explore the city if you have more time. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel near the airport, this is a great option. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-connected, making it ideal for travelers with early flights.

Good Free Breakfast, but room is tiny!

The quality of free breakfast is better than my expectations, but the room size is very tiny.

Good hotel for the price if you don't mind rock hard beds. Also note that they have old fashioned Japanese-style bathtubs that are deep and narrrow, which may be a problem for older or overweight guests. Good breakfast, plenty of space on shuttle bus.

The location of hotel was good and there was shuttle bus service to and from the Haneda airport. Breakfast quality was great. However, the noise insulation can be better as I was waken up by guests' voice and noises in corridor at midnight.

Good location. A few steps from the train station. Shuttle service is only up to 10am. Check-in and out is easy on the computer. Breakfast is more Asian food….Korean. I notice majority are Asian staying in the hotel. A variety of toiletries is offered. The only negative is the slippers are not new.

We had our first night here, just a short train trip from the airport, and 50m from the East exit of the station. As a family of 4 we needed to book 2 rooms, but very well priced and convenient. There is a free shuttle to the airport, and breakfast included. Recommended.

We came in around midnight time for our flight the next early morning and there were plenty of staff on to help us check in, it was really quick to get in our room and very easy to get to the airport. They also offer a shuttle bus to the airport, we didn’t take this but it is a nice extra.

The beds were so incredibly hard that we got sore backs and sides from sleeping on them, and this is even getting two extra blankets to try and soften them. I think the floor would’ve been softer to sleep on.

Overall, a great place to stay if going to Haneda airport early in the morning. It’s a basic amenities kind of place - still providing shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, etc. Check-in/out,L is self service with their machines. Water and ice machines are downstairs in the lobby. BONUS: free shuttle service to Haneda airport. Starts at like 4am (every 10-15mins) but can’t remember when it ends (according to other visitors on google reviews 10am).

This hotel is very convenient to get to Haneda airport as the hotel provides a free shuttle bus which starts around 5:30am. Staff and service was amazing. They also provide a free breakfast which was good. The corridors are noisy and you can hear people very clearly from within your room. Which isn’t good when you have an early flight but people return and are talking loudly in the corridors or even in their rooms. You can hear peoples tv’s. But I slept well

Hotel guests are encouraged to explore the transportation options when hotel shuttle services not available. Pretty much it runs during the morning and evening hours. The pick up time are different between terminal one (domestic) and three (international). Fortunately, hotel is easily accessible via subway (Keikyu line) and cabs. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers have amazing driving and parking skills. Hotel amenities are clean and in decent shape. Morning buffet offers adequate selections. I would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel room is very small. The air is stale. a short layover is ok. The breakfast is no frill.

Worst experience ever - if not Japanese AVOID!!

Worst experience of my travelling life. Been travelling all over the world for 25 years. Never been treated so poorly in my life. Booked and paid for 1 adult and 2 children. Clearly stated on booking. On arrival was told I had only paid for 1 adult and 1 child. Tried to charge extra and refused access to room. Spent an hour dealing with issue before receiving my room as booked. Staff extremely rude and non English speaking. Which is fine, but hotel is advertised as English speaking (false advertising). Hotel clearly does not welcome foreigners. Went to breakfast once on ten day trip. As stated in other reviews, no breakfast for foreigners. As also stated in other reviews - check in is not until 4:00pm and cannot access room before then. Mattresses just okay and pillows are awful - feel like filled with sand. Worst experience - will definitely not recommend and avoid.

I had good experience stayed at Toyoko inn no.2 . Easy transfer to the airport but not 24 hours only their time schedule. Transportation to train station is easy it’s around the conner of the hotel. Breakfast and stuff is excellent service.

The service was amazing, complementary breakfast was so tasty with lots of options, the room was clean ans decent for the price and it was so convenient to have free airport shuttle service.

Easy acces to airport, shuttle bus

It was time to head home. This was a very convenient location to Haneda airport. I found a teppan restaurant nearby and enjoyed dinner, appreciated the breakfast and their accommodation for late check out (1000 yen per hour). I was able to go for a morning walk, return wash up, rest a bit then head to the airport. My husband will be going soon as well and I recommended he use the hotel for his departure as well. I would stay again when I return.

Had one night here for a stopover from London and it was perfect for this purpose! Super easy to get to on the train. Or if your flight times line up with their free shuttle bus time table that’s a great service too. Very clean and surprisingly large room for Tokyo business hotel standards. There are plenty of restaurants close by. All ammenities provided - toothbrush, pyjamas, comb etc. easy check in and check out using the machines at the front desk, but there are also staff there to help if you need.

Our stay at the Toyoko Inn No2 was excellent. Exceptional value for Money and quiet. At the lobby area, near the lifts are things such as combs and toothbrush you can collect as you need it. Although there was construction happening at the building we didnt notice anything at all in terms of noise or vibrations. Beds are soft as well as pillows for great nights sleep. The location is amazing as the train station is like 50 meters away from the east exit of Otoori station. If you are 5”8 or larger, you might find the bathroom a little small but still functional and accommodating. Most reviews here forget to mention that there is locker room and luggage system they have down stairs in the lobby area which are free for guest staying there. They were a life saver for those who want to travel around the city with carry the luggage. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again and recommending to all who stay in Tokyo as a great option ! 😊

This is a no frills self service hotel. Free breakfast from 6am to 9am. Coffee available throughout the day. To check in, you have to use a kiosk and the same for checking out. Shuttle service is only in the during the day. I had 1am flight, I had to take a taxi, cost around 2,000 yen to Haneda. For the price of the room and for the convenience to metro (Ootori), and a lot of convenience stores, it was an alright stay. Walkable to a lot of places. Would recommended, just don’t ask for a lot of amenities.

Bed was really hard like described by others. Not very soundproof can hear neighbors flushing toilet. Wouldn't recommend staying for many days but is convenient if catching an early flight.

The hotel is located beside the train station which was handy. The room was simple but spacious. Just watch out for the check out time which is 10am.

It's a very nice stay for a very reasonable price. Conveniently located. I've stayed at the Toyoko-Inn in Itami Osaka several times. I'll stay at the Toyoko-Inn in Tokyo now too.

This is a great hotel for the price. Breakfast was good for Japanese people but not so good for North American people. Bed was like sleeping on the floor hard as a rock and the pillows were so hard my neck is sore after 1 night. Staff were excellent and very helpful

Room and location were good. However, the staff were not. When I needed transport to the airport via the shuttle, the receptionist pointed me to the side of the building, not the front of the building. They caused me to miss my bus and I had to take a separate taxi to the airport, that I had to pay for. I was very disappointed they did not take accountability missing my bus because of them.
