Clean and comfortable

I have booked non smoking room however they assigned smoking room.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. All staff were really helpful. The free breakfast was so good. Walking distance to station. Felt really safe as a solo female traveler.

We’ve been here several times but this time we could hear noises in the hallway and the people in the room next to us too. The breakfast was okay but several of the dishes were cold, one even being partly frozen. Usually the breakfast is very good.

Our room is next to the elevator, so not exactly the quietest room. But room is clean, and the hotel provides breakfast so more bang for your buck

Would definitely recommend staying here! The staff are super accommodating. Our check out time was early and our check in to our next airbnb was very late (5pm). They were kind enough to store our luggages here until then while we explored more of the city. Room was very clean and honestly I had the best sleeps on this bed. For a Tokyo hotel room, it was very spacious. Overall a great experience!!

Located near to Ikebukoro JR and metro lines. A lot of shops nearby which provide many choices in terms if shopping and dining.

Clean and efficient. Small and not fancy, but quite clean and the size was expected from the description of the room. Came standard with hot breakfast buffet complete with soups and desserts. Excellent value considering its convenient location.

Great location close to Ikebukuro Station, convenience stores and restaurants! Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet, pajamas, amenities which was great. Excellent water pressure it was Hot! Only deducted 1 star as the bed was a little stiff.

Excellent service from all hotel staff.

Their silly policy about not letting you checkin until 4pm unless you are a "member" is a nuisance. The room can be ready and waiting but they won't let you checkin until 4pm. However, of course, if you pay the 1,500 to be a member you can checkin early. I know, they are just being creative with a money making scheme but it seems petty to me. Hotel was nice and clean with no complaints. Just would have rather not had to sit in the lobby for 45 minutes but refuse to pay for a "member card". In my book quality hotels let you check in a bit early if the room is ready. That's my somewhat petty complaint. No problems aside from that. :-)

I tried to enquire on the operating instruction for the safe (old fashioned type) with the front desk but I was given an unpleasant gesture by the front desk staff.

The property is ok. Friendly staff and good location. 4pm check in is a bit late i think. It says 3pm on expedia where i booked it but the lady on the reception insisted that it's 4pm.

The complimentary breakfast was nice, the bed and pillows were a bit harder than I expected.

Amazing location close to the metro, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Free breakfasts were great!

The room is very small but it has the amenities you need. I had diarrhea and felt nauseous during the tour about 2 hours after eating free breakfast at the hotel. The room is clean and functional.

Overall hotel is good for close to subway, lots of restaurant around the area

Toyoko Inn Ikebukuro experience

Room is generally clean except for some stench coming from the toilet sewer outlet. Breakfast is good. Luggage storage allowed for late flight.

Good enough for a bargain

Compared to other Japanese business hotels in different chains, the room was a bit more spacious. The bed was as hard as sleeping on a rock, but at least the pillows were soft (again, compared to other Japanese hotels). The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was quite good. The location is convenient, but the hotel is in a rather seedy (but of course still safe) area of Ikebukuro.

省錢考慮首選！

小而美的房間，乾淨度有，房間該有的都有還有加濕器可以使用，日本的冬天真的太乾燥，有這個機器超棒，但早餐還好沒有很好吃，不過沒差因為總是來旅遊且房間已經便宜了，所以出去吃也可以，整體來說很讚😎

駅から近いし朝食付きで、朝食は部屋に持って行くことができます。部屋にエアコンはありますが、寒かったです。ホテル周辺の治安が悪くて行くまでに怖かった。それを抜けば十分です。

池袋駅から近く、コンビニも近いためとても利便性がよかったです。ただ壁掛け時計の秒針の音や隣室からのいびきに耳栓は必須でした。

今の東京で10000円以下で泊まれるのが非常にありがたい。 安定の東横クオリティで朝食も無料であること考えれば満足できるレベルでした。 駅からの経路は客引きが多い通りを歩く必要があるため、家族連れだとちょっと選びにくいかもです。

Check tardio e check out mais cedo q outros lugares. Camas duras e travesseiros duros tbm, muito desconfortável. O atendimento foi bom até, pudemos deixar as malas lá enquanto passávamos. Internet ruim que caía td hr e a TV N é smart.

チェックインのやり方がわからないのになかなか教えてくれない。他の事は教えてくれたからそれは良かった。チェックアウトの時は全く教えてくれず最悪だった。部屋のバスルームを使用すると水の流れが悪くおかしいと思い排水溝を確認。髪の毛が詰まっててびっくりした。掃除してますか？安いので何も言わずに帰りましたが。

荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。 池袋は複雑過ぎて道に迷い、交番で教えてもらいました。サイトでもう少し詳しく、具体的に道順を説明してほしいと思いました。周辺の治安は良くはないです。

ホテル自体はとても清潔で満足しています。 ただ周辺の治安が悪く、駅からホテルに向かうまでが怖かったです。

池袋駅周辺としては安価で、朝食付きなのが良かった。

清潔感はあったが、バススポンジが無い。 フロントに確認したがバススポンジは取り扱いがないそう。 今まで利用したホテルで、バススポンジが無い所が無かったので、驚いた。 フロントは、女性はまだ親切だったが、男性はこちらが入力に困って居ても、黙って見てただけ。 そういう不親切なフロントも今まで無かったので、それにも不満を感じました。 部屋は新しくは無いが、清潔でそこは良かったです。

第一次使用自助入住，不清楚的部分櫃台會幫忙協助。 這次住的房間可以打開兩個行李箱，格局跟其他間都一樣。隔音不錯，床也舒適。

Tuve problemas con el auto check que es en las máquinas al final tuvo que ayudarme la persona se recepción. Tiene. Dos edificios muy cerca uno del otro primero llegue al que no era y tuve que caminar al correcto.

池袋駅から遠い 周りは繁華街でにぎわっている 食事、遊びには便利なホテルの立地と言える

喫煙タイプ(当方非喫煙者)のお部屋でしたが、臭いも気にならず快適に過ごせました。12階でも水圧はとても良かったです。また利用出来たらと思っています。

朝食、美味しくいただきました。具だくさんの味噌汁は感動でした。 フロントの責任者の方でしょうか？目配り・気配りが素晴らしかったです。 明るい言葉に送り出され、おかげさまでこの日の仕事がうまくいきました。ありがとうございました。

喺池袋西口北20a 或20b 出口行5分鐘左右，位置都算方便。 價錢實惠，房間比一般同價錢嘅商務酒店大少少，清潔都很好。 只係隔音方面比較弱，廁所沖水聲音比較大。

朝食のスペースが狭く、テーブル数も少ないので、空席がでるまで待たなければならなかったのが、残念な感じでした。

悪くわ無いが、会員でないと15時にチェックイン出来なかったのが辛いかな

各地の東横INNを利用しています。安定のサービスでした。東京はホテル代が高騰していますが、お得に利用できました。

朝食の種類が多いしとても美味しかったです。調理スタッフの皆さんは明るく挨拶してくれたりしました。室内も清潔で気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。 ホテルの外は夜はちょっと怖いかな。 部屋のトイレを流す音が大きいのが気になるところでした。 でも全体的に満足です。

他のホテルチェーンのように混んでいるからと言って、料金を吊り上げないところがよいと思います。

It is 10 minutes from Ikebukuro main station from where you can reach almost everything. The Hotel was very clean and the Service was polite and Friendly (the people from the reception speak english). Breakfast was fresh.

良かった点は、池袋駅から遠くなくて部屋の備品も湯沸かし器も清潔で、スリッパも通常のペラペラのものよりしっかりした履きやすい物で懐中電灯もあり、読書灯も角度で光量が暗くした時も眩しすぎない様に調整しやすかったこととアメニティも充実していました。(綿棒がなかった？)朝食がバラエティ豊かで美味しかったです。(おひたしの塩味が強かったけれど。)従業員の方達も皆さんとても礼儀正しく温かく、感じが良かったです。残念な事はシングルルームで窓際にベッドがくっついていたのですが、カーテンの間から冷気が結構忍び込んできて暖房をかなり効かせないと寒かった。禁煙ルームだったけど最初部屋に入った時にうっすらとタバコの匂いがしていて臭かった。

깨끗하고, 조용하고, 룸컨디션 좋았습니다. 조식도 가격대비 굿이었습니다~
