clean rooms and friendly staff

The location is good.

It was good. Very clean, everything works in the room. The surounding is aslo good, it has Casino and entertainment.

Smooth check-in

Place is decent. Bathrooms could use a bit of maintenance around the tiles and showers with re-grouting and silicon. A bit of protectiveness from the bar stuff and more smiles from the reception will also go a long way. But overall, good place and decent stuff!

We really enjoyed our stay on our way south on the N1. The room was comfortable, clean, and refreshing. The grounds were beautiful. Will come again if we are in the area. Thank you.

an amazing experience! I will definitely be back

A lovely stopover on our way to Hoedspruit. Lovely rooms, clean, quiet, tea and coffee facilities, nice toiletries. Lovely pool and breakfast. Exceeded expectations and would happily stay again.

Not so great

Room was ok, TV picture quality very bad, food not good, patty in burger was oily and tasteless.

Plugs in my room won’t working so could not charge my phone and use the bed lamps and the bathroom shower had mould on the walls ,not very hygienic.

Weekend away

Couldn’t find booking on checking. Room booked was not available. Rooms are to small. No elevator so have to walk up 3 floors with bags. Room had no towels, switch board not working, AC manual. Pillows to soft. Hotel ok for 1 night only.

We had a good time though

The trip was ohk and accomodation moderate though it took long for the cleaners to rearrange the bedding and cleaning the room and it was uncalled for and the other disappointing issue is that our rear wiper for our mazda 3 was not has been stolen on the premises.

Person we found on front desk so not welcoming. He made us wait for almost an hour. I booked 1 double bed room but was given twin bed room

A must stay when in Polokwane

The staff was professional, courteous and friendly! The hotel was clean and the decor superb! It had a luxurious feel to it. The bedroom was a little on the small side, but contained everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The shower was large and had great water flow. I relaxed at the outdoor pool which provided a lovely, peaceful setting for reading or relaxing.

My stay was super, excellent and highly comforting. The place is noise free and this helps with a peace of mind, more especially if you want to rest in the afternoon. I DID REGRET MY STAY WITH TOWN LODGE AND I NEVER WILL BE. I plan to make regular visits to this place. More especially the RESTAURANT GIVES the best meals in Town.

Business Trip

Location was convenient and the rooms clean and comfortable. Good place to stay for a short business trip.

Town lodge

Our stay was okay. We were just passing by through Polokwane and needed a place just for the night. The hotel therefore was convenient for our next journey. It was clean and the bar guy was very friendly. The porter was also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The stay was spoiled by the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean when I arrived but was not properly cleaned while I was staying there. They even left dirty towels in my room.

Water spills from ice maching messed up stairways.

The external eating options are limited..............only Nandos can delivery to the hotel and The Harvest is available in the vicinity.

Mosquitoes and no help from hotel

Nothing there were mosquitoes in our room and help from hotel. We had to drive at 12 midnight to get a spray from the garage for us to be able to sleep. Phone in room was not working I hated everything

The hotel staff is very welcoming and patient

I liked that my special requests were granted ..The weather was very bad and the staff fetched us from our cars with umbrellas. ....

Budget hotel. Fine for a short business trip. Affordable but no luxuries. Good tv. Nice bushveld-type view from window. Comfortable bed

WE LOVE TOWN LODGE POLOKWANE...

We enjoyed the stay specifically in the beautiful surroundings and excellent choice in decor.

Town Lodge should rethink airconditioning choice!

Checking in took long because although our reservation was in the system there was no confirmation. Different looking white reception area impressed us. Rooms were of the Town Lodge standard but very clean. The airconditioning was extremely noisy, nearly impossible to leave it on to sleep.

Overall great place to stay, and good value. We stayed as a stop-over on a drive north. We had a lost item that was promptly found when we called, and held for us until our return drive. Great customer service!

comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean rooms, polite staff. Pity there was so much traffic in the passage with neighbouring doors opening and closing all night long. Rather noisy, probably due to the nearby casino.

Great stop over spot

Lovely swim in the pool after a long day travelling, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room with air conditioner and close to a good restaurant at the casino and DSTV. Everything we needed.

Stop Over Polokwane

Booked this Hotel for a one night Stop Over round Trip. Great room, spacious shower and modern. Very friendly Staff. Would stay here again for sure.

Peace and Quiet

Modern clean rooms in a great location out of to town. Breakfast was great and the facilites were super. Service was top notch and staff really friendly.Really calming to sit on the verandah having a cup of coffee watching the sun go down. Only gripe was really poor signal so it is impossible to work on 3G.

I enjoyed my pleasant stay at the hotel. However, the hotel.com didn't indicate whether my online bookings excluded breakfast or not. In future you should indicate upfront ti clients if their booking include or exclude breakfast
