Good stay!

Really nice stay for a good price. The owner is a lovely guy and always happy to help. Good stay overall

Nice and quiet out in the country yet only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would have rated the property higher except there was a used contact lens on top of the sink and the toilet cistern overflowed onto the bathroom floor whenever the toilet flushed.

this inn was very comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. the breakfast was great and clean. the room was comfortable. the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. it was great when you woke up in the morning from the beautiful sounds of birds. it was only a few minutes walk from this rural- like neighborhood to the main street and the beach where you can find a lot of restaurants. I think the room has everything you need in it.

10 mins walk to Cenang Beach, close to local eataries, and grocery store. Staff are very helpfull and friendly.

Mas and Yati are excellent hosts. Best place to stay, and everything is near by (including scooter rental which is literally a 2 min walk). Will stay here again for sure.

Good place to stay

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Location is near the beach (5 min walk). Overall good value for money.

Great Service

We had a great stay. We were there over the Hari Raya long weekend so the owners sister was looking after us and she was superb. She helped us confirmation a dinner booking we had been trying to make, called our tour company for us and then because all the taxis were not contactable, drove us to the airport early in the morning. The room is simple but comfortable, AC works well. There were a few ants about but was otherwise clean.

Tok Man

Fantastic location and service! Yati & her husband were very helpful and helped us in every way we needed. They also helped to book tours which were better deals than what we would have gotten outside! It's slightly off the main strip but is easy and quick to get to pantai cenang. Would recommend tok man inn to travellers ♡ :)

Clean room/toilet, ac worked. Have excellent stay at this place. no problem if u rented a car.

Super friendly relaxed place to stay

The accommodation is an excellent value for money place to stay in Langkawi. Only a few minutes from the superb beach and all amenities but located in a local area away from the noise and bustle. The room was a good size, clean with comfortable beds and all you really need for a few days. What makes this special was the fantastic friendly service from Yati and Mas, you were really made to feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was simple but made with a personal touch and very generous, well worth the price. Really good place for couples or families and thoroughly recommended.

Warm and welcome place to stay!!

This is a hotel as real as it shown in the pictures you get in Expedia, no trick. It´s a humble space to stay but with a magnificent staff that put their 100% to bring whatever ones need to make you feel like if you were at home: Yati, the manager and Sham helped me in any request/doubt I had, making excellent advices on what to do and with whom (The Mangrove tour is a must!!). Many thanks Yati!!! I traveled alone but I felt as if I had traveled accompanied. The room is big, very clean, a/c works smoothly, the bed is very confortable, the little refrigerator good enough to keep your drinks cold. In addition, everyroom has their own little terrace to expend the night looking to the stars! The breakfast at the hotel is also great!

Stay there. Unless you want just by the beach.

The most awesome ppl running this place, they really take care of you, and know what you should do on the island, where to get good food and so on, only negative is thats its a 10 min walk to the beach, but if you can handle that, and not looking for a 5 star resort i will highly recommend it =) O there is no pool, but hey.

little bit far from main street

hotel located little bit far from main street , 13 minutes by walk and in the night there is no light on the load if you want to stay alone then it will be scared you it is normal budget room, think How much you paid for stay don't prefer more than that amount

Very pleasant stay

Greeted by name as I checked in. Very friendly staff. 5/10 minutes or so walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Room was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

Quiet and very comfortable

Set back from the main strip, the Tok Man is a quiet oasis, with a super-comfortable bed and super-friendly proprietor. I was not allowed to leave before sampling some of her cooking. Next time I will stay for longer. It's a no-frills place, but it does have hot running water and each room has a table and chairs outside the front door. What more do you need?

walking distance to the beach

This hotel is sort of homestay nearby the beach and restaurant. Further , the breakfast that prepared by the host Ms Yati is amazing and just cost RM8 per head. The room has few mosquito and just enough to make you feel annoyed when you sleep. I couldn't sleep well for the 2 nights.

A great stay, in a clean room!

My 3 day satay there was really good! The room is basic but clean. The bed is very comfy! The family owning this place is very friendly, they offered me a free tour to some waterfalls etc. which would have been very nice, but I did not have the extra time. They also offer a breakfast there (about 10RM) and the morning I left they said to me that I can have the breakfast free of charge!! A very nice and positively surprising good deed! The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main road, and if you rent a scooter (30rm) the distance is absolutely not a problem. No torch needed in my case either, but the road is dark.

Nice cheap accommodation

Very good simple rooms. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and main area. Hostess is very nice and helpful. They do provide breakfast for an extra charge which is very nice and good for the money.

Nice place, a bit far back from the main strip

Clean, basic rooms and affordable rates. Great little place to stay on a budget for a few days. Only problem is it's a bit far back from the main strip on Cenang beach and walking back in the dark is along an unlit dirt road which isn't ideal.

Okay stay for good price

You essentially get what you pay for, which for us was only a last minute booking for one night. Clean room, okay bed, okay but very small bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Refill water for free. Nothing wrong with this place.

Super til prisen

Alt fint. Vi havde et lækkert værelse med aircon og privat badeværelse. Vi havde også en lille privat terrasse hvor vi kunne sidde i skyggen. Minikøleskab til drikke, elkedel til kaffe og der var meget rent. Søde ejere og god service.

Perfect location and super sweet staff. 10 min from beach and restaurant. Very quiet in the nights. Possible to rent scooters.

Fantastisk service, värden hjälpte oss med allt vi ville göra och upptäcka på ön! Bra frukost för 10rm! Rekommenderas verkligen för budgetresande!

Bra ställe, trevligt folk

Hotellets manager är väldigt trevlig. Bra läge ca 5-10min från huvudgatan längs stranden. Frukostbuffé erbjuds för RM10, ca 20kr. Wifi är inte perfekt men okej.

他の口コミに書いてあるとおり、オーナーとスタッフは最高でした。空港からも近いし、安くて美味しいレストランも徒歩圏内。美しいビーチにも近いし、ビーチに沿いにはオシャレなレストランが多い。そしてホテルの朝食は安くて美味しい。またアイランドホッピンッグ等のツアーもホテルで安く予約できる。周辺は牛が放し飼いされているのどかな場所。宿はシャワーとトイレが一緒であることだけが好き嫌いの別れるところ。優しくて親切なオーナーとスタッフ、寛げる場所、リーズナブルなレストラン、美しくて静かなビーチ。もう一度行きます。

안락하고 분위기 좋은 숙소

공항 도착하는 날 1박만 하는 걸로 예약했었는데 이런 곳인줄 알았다면 4박 내내 했을 것 같아요! 주인 아저씨 아주머니 모두 친절하시고, 배낭 여행 온 서양인들이 많이 묵는 것 같았어요. 객실 상태도 깨끗하고 침대도 적당히 말랑말랑하고, 화장실도 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 매우 깨끗했어요. 대신 샴푸나 바디워시는 따로 없어서 챙겨가시는게 좋을 것 같아요. 지리적으로는 체낭 대로변에서 걸어서 안쪽으로 대략 5분 정도? 들어오는 길은 좀 컴컴하긴 하지만 주변에 다른 숙소들이 다들 다닥다닥 붙어있고 길 입구 즈음에 큰 음식점? 펍? 같은게 있어서 사람들이 많이 돌아다녀 그렇게 위험한 것 같지는 않아요. 목요일에 열리는 체낭 야시장은 이 길 입구 바로 맞은편에 있어서, 도착하자마자 야시장에 갔는데 너무 가까워서 놀랐네요. 야시장에서 이것저것 싸와서 방문 앞에 정원 쪽으로 놓여진 식탁에 앉아 펼쳐놓고 먹었는데 귀뚜라미 소리도 들리고, 조명이며 분위기도 너무 좋았네요. 숙소에 사는 새끼고양이 형제 다섯마리 때문에 심쿵사할 뻔ㅎㅎ아침에는 숙소에 사는 닭이 너무 시끄럽게 울어대서 깼는데 방문을 열어보니 바로 앞에서 울고 있길래 멀리 쫓아버리고 다시 잤네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다음날 체크아웃하면서 보니 톡만인 카페라고 적힌 곳에서 서양인들은 조식도 먹고 하던데, 저희는 신청을 안해서 그냥 나왔네요. 택시를 불러주셔서 타고 나오는 길에 보니 해변 쪽이나 체낭 중심지까지는 꽤 멀어서 만약 이곳에 묵게된다면 차나 오토바이 렌트를 하셔서 돌아다니는게 좋을 것 같아요

Friendly place!

This place is great value for money. It's a little further from the beach than many other hotels in the area but it is only a short 5-10 min walk to get there. What makes this place great are the couple who run it - they are very friendly and inclusive of all the guests. They really add a personal touch to everything they do and even organising dinners in a local restaurant for the guests - (great for solo travellers).

Trevligt, fräscht och nära till strand

Detta var ett mycket bra och trevligt ställe. Ligget bra till, fint rum, otroligt trevliga värdar och frukosten är underbar. Ligger dessutom Precis bredvid torsdagens nattmarknad.

really liked our stay

we stayed here for 2 nights and liked the place alot. aprox 10 minutes walk to the main street, shops, restaurants and the beach. the lady who managed the inn was the sweetest! she mad a really good breakfast, helped us to fix a cab to the air port and got our laundry done. would stay here again

Bra budgethotel

Rymligt rum. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam! Det är en bit att gå till stranden och resturanger men det var inget vi stördes av. Skulle rekommendera det!

Tolles und hilfsbereites Local-Team.

Die Leitern dieser Anlage ist sehr toll. Sie ist extrem hilfsbereit und versucht jedes Problem zu lösen. Sie kennt gute Tipps, die meist nur Locals kennen. Sie hat uns eine kostenlose Tour durch die Insel angeboten, die wir natürlich angenommen haben. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit, die Insel oder andere Strände kennenzulernen. Außerdem hat man da die anderen Hotelgäste kennengelernt, die teilweise bis zu zwei Wochen in dieser Anlage übernachtet haben. Die Anlage selber ist so einige Minuten vom Strand entfern. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht vom Straßen- oder Baulärm gestört (in der nähe des Strandes werden neue Hotel gebaut). Die Zimmer selber waren schlicht aber solide. Das Frühstück war für Frühaufsteher reichhaltig, aber für uns Spätaufsteher eher ungeeignet (Verschwendung wird somit vermieden). Einiges an Früchten war schon weg. Das einzige Manko eigentlich.

Will defenitley come back
