Excellent value! The hot water is hot and the air conditioning cold! You could not ask for a more central location- walkable to all the spectacular sights this city has to offer. I stayed 3 nights and never saw any reason to look elsewhere. Was treated like family.

Centrally located in Sultanahmet, walkable to many major attractions. Metro at walking distance. All kinds of restaurants and shopping, including Grand Bazaar very close. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

They hotel has a good price/place relationship. The walls are tiny so you can hear your neighbors, but just in the morning because at night it's very quite. It's a good place to stay if you want to be in the most touristic area of Istanbul, tramway is really close, lots of restaurants, grand Bazar, blue mosque, and so on. The staff is incredibly attentive. Overall we had a good time and great stay.

The guy at reception Ufuk was very helpful.

Not a safe property, Staff have no access to lock balcony doors making it very unsafe. No laundry was ever done, the towels had a smell in it before it was even used and bed sheets had not been changed either. The staff had a huge language barrier with us except for one man who was not a great host overall and dismissed all our complaints. Avoid

Great location and great budget hotel!

Great location, 24 hour doorman, safe, close to everything. Our room had an outside private terrace with a table and 2 chairs to sit and drelax, eat or whatever.

Crew was so polite. I checked out 3 hours after time and got only a simple reminder to checkout.

Not worth the price

The owner and staff were very nice, but this place is really overpriced for what you get: tiny rooms that fit almost nothing more than the beds and no breakfast. Do not pay extra for the "ocean view" + balcony because the street is quiet enough and the view is a narrow slit of water between run-down concrete buildings nearby. The mattress was sagging on the ends and very uncomfortable for our first night, but they quickly addressed that by giving us a different mattress for the second night. Sadly, the sheets didn't quite fit. They do have an elevator, which was useful and the location is fantastic. Still, you can find places in the same neighborhood that are nicer for less.

Perfect location for tourism

Comfortable room partitioned into bedroom and living room. Balcony (with a nice view) with table and chairs. Bathroom had sink, jacuzzi tub and wall hung toilet. Clean. Complimentary towels, bedroom slippers, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Room had a small fridge, safe, closet space and shelf space. Room had 2 TVs. However there were only 3-4 English channels. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Premium location. Walking distance to most attractions.

I recommend this nice hotel conveniently located in Old Town Sultanahmet. Most of the attractions we love to visit are just a walking distance. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We booked our hotel with the breakfast included. For the price we paid, this is a good deal. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Small hotel near Blue Mosque

Positives: Location (albeit noisy due to 5am prayers), friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast Negatives: Second "bed" wasn't really a bed and extremely uncomfortable. Mum and I ended up sharing the larger bed. Also the lift didn't work, and in the bathroom the showerhead fixture was broken so it was tricky to shower. The bathroom is tiny and smellt terrible (probably due to old plumbing). The pics look better than the room is but I would still recommend this hotel due to the positive aspects mentioned above.

Great location

Great accommodation in a fantastic location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the WiFi in our room was terrible, but otherwise the room was clean and a good size. Just note the shuttle back to the airport took us 70 minutes, we were told it wound take 40 minutes and we would get there in plenty of time. We nearly missed check in for our flight. This was not the hotels fault but it is worth planning ahead and going on an earlier shuttle. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, friendly helpful staff and nice rooms. Had occational WiFi issues but was fabulous other than that. So nice we booked to stay again.

Great location, clean and comfortable

I checked in during the afternoon, in the middle of Ramadan. I was tired and nervous being alone in a new place, but Timeks staff offered me tea and were very welcoming. My room was perfectly comfortable, very clean, and with TV and AC. All that just steps from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Truly hard to beat.

Very nice and clean. The hotel was renovated and it is very close to the main attractions: 2 min to the Blue Mosque, 5 to Hagia Sophia and 15 to the Grand Bazar. The staff is very friendly. They let us use their kichen to was my son's bottles and to heat his milk. I would recomand this hotel to all my friends

Wij zijn heel tevreden over dit hotel. De ligging is perfect in sultan ahmet dichtbij een tramhalte. De kamer was net en schoon. Het hotel heeft een lift wat ideaal is. Het personeel was altijd aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een rustige wijk waardoor je snachts heel goed kan slapen.

Cet hotel est TRÈS TRES bien situé.. A pied de la grande place avec les principaux sites touristiques. Mosquée bleue, st sophie et topkapi. Hotel propre , elle vient changer les serviettes tt les matins. Seul point negatif , mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. ( humidite) . Petit dej turc the crudités charcuterie. Personnel serviable et souriant. Allez y sans hesiter .

Wir haben ein vierbettzimmer Apartment gebucht und wurden zweimal in ein kleines Zweibettzimmer mit Zustellbett abgestellt. Anschließend sind wir in einem anderen Hotel gebracht wurden und man hat uns in ein miserables Apartment gesteckt ohne Fahrstuhl. Zustand war sehr dreckig und renovierungsbedürftig. Personal war unfreundlich. Expedia konnte uns nach mehreren Anrufen nicht helfen. Sehr schlechter Service. Schade das man einen halben Tag mit telefonieren vergeuden muss wenn man uns doch nicht helfen kann. Shuttlebus war zur Abreise nicht erreichbar, Expedia könnte uns auch da nicht helfen. Erst nach dem wir zwecks Zeitdruck ein Taxi mit zusätzlich Kisten bestellt hatten, hieß es das man uns 1,5 Stunden später abholen würde, was für eine pünktlich Ankunft am Flughafen zu spät gewesen wäre.

Excellent experience in the heart of Istanbul!!!!! The location is superb! Very close to Aya Sophia and to the main sightseeing around the old town. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff especially Ismail. Daily cleaning in the room. Highly recommended!!!!!

Prima hotel om te overnachten maar volgende mag de personeel toestemming vragen als ze jou watermeloen in de koelkast opeten. En een zeer chagrijnige jongenman bij de receptie die geen visitiekaartje van het hotel is! Verder prima hotel en centraal gelegen. Ufuk bedankt voor de goede service!
