Good size room, clean and modern bathroom and good size bed. Comfortable and convenient. One point would be the ability to dim or turn of the lights outside the balcony doors or put heavier curtains up as the light is very bright and permiates into the room, which disturbed my sleep. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable accommodation, 7-minute walk to beach & restaurants. Great little spot, we will definitely return to when staying in Terrigal.

We normally stay in the bigger chain hotels. Tiarri was reasonably priced, wasnt expecting much though very pleasantly surprised. Thoughtful touches, friendly service and a short walk (shorter drive) to the beach and shops. Look forward to our next stay.

The facility was missing a coffee maker, which easily could have been remedied with a firer coffee pot

Fantastic stay at Tiari with a very spacious king room. Little touches like chocolates, cereal, coffee/tea and milk were fantastic! Great air con and parking available. Could r not fault it and very comfortable stay

Very nice unit,comfortable and quiet.Well looked after.Frank welcomed us when we arrived explained the best way to walk to our party at the Crowne Plaza.Had to walk back up the hill could have got a Taxi but took it slowly.Were only there for the night but hope to stay longer next time.

Great Place

We were in a garden room. It was very clean, beachy and modern. Bed and pillows comfy. Came with a kitchen: plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, microwave, electric portable stove, air fryer, full size fridge with a freezer, and more. Washing machine and dryer too inside the room. We didn't cook or do laundry, but great bonuses to have whilst away. TV access to Netflix, Stan etc Bathroom - shower pressure is awesome, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc provided. Fan and air con worked well. Frank the owner is very friendly, and helpful. He mentioned they renovated the rooms during covid times, which explains their modern look. Place is about a 7 min walk downhill to Terrigal beach, maybe 10-12 going back up (good work out). Always had parking, and undercover too at this hotel. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Terrigal.

Nice size room. Having a toaster was handy. Comfortable bed. Nice to walk into Terrigal but there is a decent uphill climb. Unfortunately there was hair on the floor in 4 different locations, and when I went to use a spoon it was dirty- had been in someone’s mouth -so not the cleanest. Plus, the outside light was permanently on and the blinds weren’t sufficient to keep out the light so we had to hang up the quilt over the curtain rail in the middle of the night.

The rooms are spacious but our room had very thin white curtains that did not block the outdoor lights, so it was lit up overnight. Construction next door started at 730am on a Saturday. Was just ok.

This property is lovely and in a great spot. Close walking distance to Terrigal main centre. The unit is modern though cleanliness could have been better. I feel for the price it could have been. The bed was an issue for my husband and me and the pillows made it worse..2 nights tossing and turning to get comfortable. Please provide better quality. Other than that the shower was a tad smaller than normal and the spa bath could have been cleaner, though we didnt use it.

Service - you have to ask to have your room serviced and especially if you run out of milk or cereals. Also we found some of the keys did not fit the locks properly and not Once did we meet the manager as everything was done over the phone. Also if you are older or have mobility problems, this may not be for you as it is located on a hill and the driveway is quite steep to walk up or down.

The owner Frank was very friendly & our unit nos 2 was very quiet, clean & comfortable. It is walking distant to town center, about 10 mins walk. Free parking & free Wifi with good reception.

Room was clean and staff friendly, only issues was the shower head would not hold in place, making it difficult to shower. Only a small issue.

Frank made us feel welcome and was able to accommodate us with extra things we needed for the room. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay

Such a quaint and quiet guest house un a leafy setting. Very friendly and obliging staff...

When we booked we were not advised that the property was undergoing renovations. We were told this upon checking in. There was noise until around 4.30pm and from 7am the next morning. Also no hot water!!!!! On the plus side the bed was good and it was quiet at night.

i am really grateful for this property, it provides a sense of well-being, gives rest and comfort to tired travellers... it is at walking and good exercising distance from the beach, cafés and restaurants... it is clean and quiet... the service from its manager is warm and friendly and accommodating... i will go back...

Relaxing short break away

We stayed here for 3 nights for a short break, Frank greeted us very warmly on our arrival. Our room was will presented and inviting. It is situated in a very quiet area and in walking distance to beach & shops, though the walk back is up hill so if a bit on the older side of life you might be better off driving down to the beach area & start from there where is mostly flat. I would highly recommend staying here if you like the idea of a kid free place. (1st time we have stayed in a child free place and lived it ).

Our stay at Tiarri was perfect for us. The owner Frank was very friendly and extremely accomodating, giving us early access to our room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and a continental breakfast was supplied. Each room had its own private courtyard as well as a large communal lounge and outside area. We will definitely stay there again.

We just needed a base for our two nights and the property provided a quiet, comfortable option. The staff were very attentive. Parking was a little hairy, though. Available on the property, we did find there wasn’t enough and we needed to park on the street at one point. It is a nice residential area so is safe and quiet.

Friendly and tucked away but town not far

Owners very friendly, and asked 'are you sure we can't do anything' as we left because we hadn't needed anything (it's a good sign when things are all there and all work!). We parked up our car outside our room and left it there for the duration of our two night stay. Easy enough less than 10 minute walk via shortcut to and from Terrigal (a little bit of hill to navigate) so no need to drive. Room clean and comfy with king size bed. Coffee machine in pics not in lobby (so you may want to check that if you need more than instant coffee), but was some basic breakfast supplies instead that were not mentioned, so a pleasant surprise (toast and cereal). All rooms do have at least a bar fridge (we weren't sure from pics). Ecospa bathroom products. Would happily stay again, and recommend to other adult travellers (no under 18 allowed). Pics shared courtyard off lobby and Terrigal waterfront a 10 minute walk from the property.

TIarri Terrigal was a gem of a find for my wife and I. Perfect place for a couple to get away from it all and fantastic proprietors and staff.

Good location on hill overlooking Terigal but apartments face away from.view and are very dark inside. Recommend installing fans as had to sleep with aircon on all night where fans would have done. Continental breakfast provided which was nice surprise, and staff were lovely, even buying my favourite cereal..
