Tiny king bed room

The king room was very small. Not sufficient space for 2 people with luggage.

Nice, clean, and good location to walk down tonthe Core and LRT.

Quiet, convenient for downtown. Safe with underground parking and key entry to elevator

This is an excellent hotel- so clean and very new. We felt the rooms and bathrooms were big and bright and very nice and a little luxurious. The hotel had little touches such a personalized welcome on the tv as well as some candies for valentines. I would highly recommend this hotel- central to downtown Calgary sights.

Very good location in central business district, great staff, lovely room with a comfortable bed. Overall very pleasant experience. Very reasonable price given the location and amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet

AMAZING HOTEL!

Very impressed with attention to detail in this hotel. Front desk were very helpful, and nice despite my late check in. The gym was great! I had everything I need. Great weights selection. I’ll give this hotel 6 stars if I could. Breakfast was good too, I wish they had oatmeal though lol.

This property is the perfect little piece of luxury. The details in the rooms are chefs kiss! The brunch is excellent.

Excellent staff, property and amenities. Lisha (Fonda waiter) was great, lovely and recomended us places to visit in Calgary and Banff. The restaurant offered great food and had a delicious menu. All of the staff had attention to details and very friendly.

Very clean and modern room

We were really impressed with the hotel. The room was beautiful, comfy beds, and quiet. Had minimal interaction with staff but they were nice. I was able to find street parking which was great considering the price of parking. It’s expensive but I know most other hotels charge around the same. Would definitely stay here again.

The way the shower is designed was poor. The food available in the hotel was off putting and if you don’t like weird Mexican cuisine, your are out of luck. I won’t stay again

Bed was not comfortable

The Westley Hotel is a little gem in downtown Calgary. Easy to find and close to restaurants. The staff at reception were excellent… simple and efficient in checking us in. The room was modern, clean and well appointed. Restaurant on the main level was also great. This boutique style of hotel is definitely a must stay!

I like the design of the hotel rooms. the bathroom needed repair as the grouts have mold and the hinge of the shower door was not smooth. The food in the only restaurant is so so and there are not many choices of the type of food. The area was noisy as some trucks are making loud noise around 6am every day. Weekdays and weekends.

Fantastic hotel, very beautiful, clean, gives a very nice upscale vibe with demure energy. Parking is too expensive tho, let’s be honest, $40 per night, even Toronto isn’t that expensive. Rentals are around $40 a day, so parking should be more realistic,

The hotel was very beautiful!!!! The room was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, comfortable and modern. The only downside was that in front and around the property there was a demolition site so that ruined the view, but the hotel was still super nice!

Quaint and Comforting

The Prawn and Papaya Greens dish at the mexican restaurant was the most delicious gourmet salad, and the room service was lovely! The bed and pillows were very comfortable for this side sleeper. The television greeted my name when I walked into the room. I had the fitness room all to myself on a Saturday morning. There is an Indigo parking lot right outside to the right of the entrance, for just over $5 Weekend price for an overnight stay.

Beyond Expectation

My stay at the Westley was so much more thanI expected, from the morden welcoming entrance, the helpful professional staff, spacious quality appointed rooms, up to date fully equipped Gym, amazing restaurant, I couldn't have asked for more, Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westley (and I am picky). The hotel was clean, decor was nicer than most hotels, the restaurant was great and staff were super friendly. I found the room super quiet for being downtown-no street noise. I would definitely go back.

The Westley is a hidden gem! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the bathrooms had the best shower with a relaxing overhead rain shower head. Our fridge and steamer weren't working and the staff remedied the situation so quickly and even brought up a whole new mini fridge. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay!

Its downtown but off a busier street, quiet area. Clean out front. Hotel itself was clean and well kept.

The hotel was impeccable. Staff was great. Food and service at Fonda Fora was wonderful (try the Tres Leches Pancakes!)! Would stay there again!

Staff was amsxing in hotel and restaurant. Food was a bit expensive, especially room service for what you got. Room was really nice, the rain fall shower head needs to be bigger for the size of the shower. Water pressure was weak as well. Overall very nice, not sure if it was worth the price.

Not a 4 star hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful, however this is an old building that has been "modernized" but it failed, the plumbing was terrible, the room was very small, no valet parking, this is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The price was above other 4 star hotels I looked at but seeing this as a place I'd never stayed I wanted to give it a try.

I am from Calgary and I stayed at this hotel because of an event downtown. Very easy to get to and it’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but still walking distance to transit. It’s very clean and the art deco vibe was so cute. Plus the added safety feature with using your keycard to get into the hotel late at night was comforting. Definitely will recommend this hotel to those staying in the city!

This was a beautiful hotel in a great downtown location! Walking distance to all of downtown with easy parking options. Staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful!

One night in Calgary

Started our Canadian Rockies vacation with one night here in CalgaryZ the hotel wasn’t quite in the mix but was a short walk to restaurants and the river. The room was great thought and we had a good nights sleep before our drive to Lake Louise.

Will definitely come back to this hotel. It has a very easy going atmosphere and the staff are more than excellent. The onsite restaurant has delicious food and the room service is dynamite as well. If you get a chance check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, it had a beautiful interior and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel restaurant was amazing as was the restaurant staff.

Cute, Small, Close to Downtown

This was a very nice small hotel, close to lots of things downtown. We were able to walk to most places or take a quick Uber/Lyft. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!

The property is very new so the facilities were modern, clean and environmentally friendly. Filtered water stations, modern shower facilities, new gym equipment and little extras like steam irons just made for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The room was very nice. It had a great shower and the bed was soft enough for my wife to sleep well. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

One of the two elevators was out of service.
