Great staff! Safe parking lot!

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are nice and quiet. They have great shopping options all around that area. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Wonderful staff greeted me and kindly gave me a latee checkout so I could stay until my doctors appt near by.

I really enjoyed how everything was super close the mall the restaurants, I love hmart and 99 ranch market and they were so close and it was so nice to not have to drive to far. I was with my friends and we all enjoyed the area everything was nice and clean and quiet they had good parking there was a lot of nice restaurants around. I'm a Houston local so I def enjoyed my experience staff was nice they even let me check in early which was great. The only thing I would say that I was disappointed about was that the roof top pool the glass was dirty so it kinda made the experience less enjoyable but overall it was still good.

Staff misguided me when I asked help to find my way to parking garage.

Katelyn was very nice to us when we checked in, we really appreciate this. Overall clean hotel.

I would love to come back when I’m in the Houston area.

The property was easy to get to, connected to the mall and had other shopping and attractions near. Nice staff inside and great valet parking attendants as well. Would definitely stay again.

One word...Awesome!

I've stayed at the Westin before and it was a good experience. I don't know what they've changed, but this time around it was an AMAZING experience. From the time I was greeted at the front desk until I checked out everyone and everything was perfect. I had zero issues during my stay, which in this day and age is unheard of! I will definitely be back to this location and consider The Westin when I go on vacation as my #1 option. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, you won't be disappointed.

Second time staying here and found it to be just as good a the first time. Friendly staff, comfortable room, except for the pillows! what happened to the soft, feather pillows I remember at the Westin? I ate dinner and breakfast while there and it was exceptional. Will certainly stay here again. But I will bring my own pillow!

No shower gel in my room and no ice machines working.

The rooms are very clean. Everyone is nice and professional.

Luxe Comfort and Sleek Design

As soon as I entered, I instantly felt a sophisticated and cozy vibe, ideal for relaxing after a tiring day of meetings. The room resembled my own private oasis, a peaceful retreat from the pressures of the day. And that bed? It was heavenly. What truly amazed me was the meticulous attention to design. It had a sleek and contemporary feel, while also being welcoming and comfortable. It was as if they understood precisely what a business traveler like myself requires.

All was great except for the bed. Way too firm and sheets smelled musty and old. Property was clean and nice, staff was kind.

Memorial city mall is within walking distance. It feels like they use soft water at this hotel.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly

Staff was courteous and outgoing with any issues that came about and all the amenities were in working order and functional! Overall a nice staycation with the sky deck pool !!!

Broken shower door. Smelled like smoke. Not worth the pricing. Not so friendly staff.

It was very elegant and fresh. The staff treated us well and it was no time until we were in our room.

Customer service was excellent with the exception of the front desk staff not allowing us to use our ticket validation that was given to us by the hosts of an event we attended.

Expected a bit more

We had stayed at Westin before. There was not enough staff for help with the luggage, or valet. The cleaning crew was super helpful and polite. The starbuck employees (in the hotel) were less than friendly. The front desk had no info on my questions. I was over charged at Grill 24. The food was not good at all. However, the service was good. The location was good but overall I left unhappy and will not stay at this location again.

The hotel is just fine but given the high price, value for money was just not there. I stayed because it was the conference venue and I was returning from a long business trip to Asia but would not stay again. Also I left a nice blazer, called and was told it was not there but there is no other place it could have been (it was white and I probably missed it because the bedding is white - my bad here.

Fun Staycation

This is one of my favorite Staycation locations. Clean, attached to the mall and friendly staff.

The room was a bit small. It was ok. There was mold on the shower tile wall and the drain wasn’t working correctly.

The hotel reception staff was so kind and welcoming both upon arrival and upon checkout. They were very accommodating with a late check out.

Getaway with my hubby

My company Christmas party it was amazing

This was by far one of my favorite stays in a big city. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was SO CLEAN. I loved our room! Spacious and not a piece of dust! The entire property was just perfect - and even had a Starbucks for my caffeine addiction. Also a walkway to a mall....so shopping was a must. Overall a wonderful stay. I look forward to coming back soon!

You must pay to park. WiFi is not included. No free breakfast of any type

Wouldn’t recommend unless needed or get a suite.

Bathroom walls were a bit dirty. 1 of the bed sheets look like a cat clawed it & shredded part of it. The pillows were not fluffy & they were pretty flat. My a/c wasn’t reading at the correct temperature & the ceiling in the restroom was peeling off. Check out rep wasn’t pleasant

A fancy hotel with no microwave in the room is awesome. Bedsheets were filthy is good

Great place to spoil yourself

Some of the tiles by the infinity pool feel loose. My sister fell through one of the tiles the last time I was here. The Staff were concerned & helpful bandaging her leg. It’s a beautiful view, clean & has secure safety to prevent children from wondering in on their own. Also, pool is equipped with a chair for someone with a disability. I love all the great walking distance conveniences.

Great hotel experience

Wonderful hotel. Mario helped with check-in. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The deluxe king room was extremely nice. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was perfect for my and husband and I to eaisely share. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.

Extremely OVER PRICED! Rooms are old and out dated and the amenities are few and far between! I would have never paid the amount I did had I seen the true pictures.

The hotel was conviently connected to a mall and target via a enclosed bridge which was nice for my elderly parents who didn't want to drive and could walk around the mall. The room itself was spacious and we had a great view of the downtown skyline. My only want was for a microwave in the room and free parking and wifi. Wifi is free if you're a loyalty member only and the self parking was discounted for my long stay but still don't love paying $9 a day for parking

Great location Nice rooms

It was a real nice hotel and in a good spot.

We tried to dine at the hotel restaurant, but the food options were not appealing, it took forever for my wife and her friend to get their drinks (I got 2 drinks before they got their first), and the restaurant closes at 9:30. Luckily, there were several dining options close by. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The valet attendants were also very nice. We got to our room and found a used rag on the side table, and the rooms appeared to be a little run down. Floor planks were separating from each other, the tile in the shower floor was very poorly installed, and was obviously repaired with caulk at several points in time. Also, I slipped and fell getting out of the shower because of the polished tile on the floor. We have stayed at several different Westin hotels on various trips, and usually have a fantastic experience. This experience was not what we typically expect from Westin.

Bedding and pillows left a lot to be desired. Very noisy also.

There were so many restaurants available to eat at, with great food, and the mall so close and convenient.

Terrible Customer Service

The hotel would not refund my 5 rooms for 2 nights. The meeting was cancelled that caused these bookings due to a Hurricane headed to Houston. Poor customer service! I will never do business with Hotels.com or The Westin Hotels.

The taillights from my Ford F-150 were stolen while my truck was parked in the Westin garage. No security or security cameras were used. The Westin security person pointed the finger at the valet service.

Rip Off Hotel

They charge for things you don't know or where not told about before checking like parking, internet etc.

Wonderful amenities. Location is great close to dining and shopping.

I like the pool area located on 18th floor.. I hate the fact that when I got to the room, the shower water knob, as well as bathroom vent were no working. A long trip and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before I can take a shower.
