Very charming and historic hotel. Loved the room amenties, from full kitchen to washer/dryer. Staff very accomodating.

Please do not book this hotel via Expedia. They will not put you in the actual hotel, which is upstairs they most likely put you in the basement beside the gym . Very disappointed and sad that they tweeted us just because we blocked with Expedia.

The hotel is quite good for anyone looking for both self catering and in room service. Hotel is clean despite language barrier the staff are quite friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again

A fantastic hotel. The location is perfect - close to the Altstadt, yet sheltered from the hustle and bustle as soon as you step inside. A true oasis.

VERY NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICE

The first room had rubbish from a sanitary pad left in the bathroom, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets had hair on them. We were given a new room, but it took sometime… Also no signage exists for where for how to get into the hotel other than using stairs, he had to carry a baby buggy with baby and two very large suitcases up the stairs, we were made to feel a little silly by the door man and the hotel receptionist didn’t seem very bothered either by this issue. It was not a warm welcome.

Excellent property with only one issue. Upon arrival there were several stairs and since travelling for sometime we had heavy luggage. There is an elevator from the street level just for this purpose but the concierge failed to mention it as he watched us drag our luggage up the steps. Upon checkout I requested to use the elevator but they were unable to locate the key in a timely manner. They did help with the luggage this time which was appreciated.

We loved the property the service and our room. Everything about this hotel is great. The location is amazing, near Old Town and upscale shopping Avenue. The wonderful bar offers piano concert every afternoon. Around the corner the same property offers an amazing tapas and mixology bar/restaurant.

Beautiful hotel!

This was such a lovely stay! Hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was like a perfect little apartment, with a surprise washer/dryer! Restaurants were very nice. Gym was well equipped (although a little hard to find! ☺️). The staff was wonderful. Not a single complaint from our stay….

Apartment type 5 star hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, location was perfect and the staff was excellent! I was able to check-in early and they even help me with sushi reservations. I will stay there again!

Our third time here and it’s always lovely. A home away from home with laundry, kitchen and nice gym. Note for hotel- please move to more sustainable amenity products!

Charge incorrectly

I made the payment through the website "HOTEL.COM" in the amount of approximately 2 thousand reais per day.. At the time of my check out, a new payment of 2 thousand reais was requested. I asked the manager (Steffen) to explain the situation. He informed me that the amount would return to my card in 3 days. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't received the amount back. I sent 5 emails to the manager and to the hotel and no one responds. I await the return from the hotel until now. Otherwise, I will have to adopt the appropriate legal measures.

While the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful, there are employees who are poorly trained and don't show an acceptable level of customer orientation. Our booking by Expedia was split between the first and the remaining 5 nights. Although this was immediately realized by a trainee at check-in, we were later confronted by the Head Concierge (Ms. Hettler) and asked in an aggressive tone if we could prove that we had paid for the 5 nights. After it turned out that it was a glitch in the hotel's software, there was no single word of apology. When we complained about her behavior, the General Manager, Mr. Westheuser, sided with her and threatened to throw us out of the hotel. Although the latter didn't happen, this is not a way to treat customers, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anybody who is expecting a relaxed stay in this nice city.

Best hotel in the Düsseldorf area

Stay was amazing! It was so beautiful, the rooms were big yet cozy and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They parked the car and brought our bags up to the room for us.

Great and Perfect

Together with Breidenbacher Hof it is the best hotel to stay in Düsseldorf. The main difference here is it is more a luxury apartment style room than a classic hotel room.. You might probably not find all the amenities of a five star room but you can find a great atmosphere and a good home feeling.

Second visit to this property. We love the space and size of the apartment style rooms. Washer dryer, fridge etc available. Gym is sufficient, lobby piano bar with nice cocktails. Overall a nice property. Service and care from the staff seems to be suffering a little, and everything is in plastic. They could do much better with a bar of soap, and refillable shampoos!

The building iyself was beautiful from the outside , however the hotel inside ( rooms) did not meet my expectations. The seating for breakfast was disorganised and the breakfast buffet was hardly replenished. There was no bacon replenishment on the first morilning gor a least half an hour and on the second mornong we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Personally im not in a rush to return.

Home away from home.

This is the type of hotel that makes me want to come back to Dusseldorf just to stay there again. The lobby is gorgeous and with the Christmas decorations we just enjoyed hanging out there. And I love the idea of Hyatt House with the mini-kitchen in the room. My son had a severe earache one night and it was so nice to be able to bring back food and eat it at a proper table. The location downtown is perfect, the rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable. Truly not a thing to complain about. I would recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Service was great and we loved the buffet breakfast. Quick walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Very good hotel / service apartment, I feel like being at home as the room is big and there are washing machine plus adequate kitchen utensils which make you comfortable enough to stay long in the room. Location is super great, very close to down town, but very quiet. The 24-hour car park at the basement make you even more convenient. Only one exception, our friend had left some gifts to us on the day before we left, however the hotel reception did not pass them to us; and when our friend went back to check, there was one bag lost. We were very unhappy and disappointed about this.

Great location with well equipped and modern rooms.

We arrived at a weekend of Jazz festival, The Hyatt House Dusseldorf Andreas Quarter is absolutely fabulous, staff were extremely helpful, we were up-graded then and again when we said the street noise / music was too loud because of the festival. They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Great breakfast, great location loved a visit to Dusseldorf and surrounding areas.

The property was certainly unique as it was the original council offices for Dusseldorf. It is right in the centre of Altdstad ( Old Town) which is a great place to just wander and try the local beers in the breweries. You can actually get to most of the interesting places, parks, museums etc by walking. We did use the underground which was very punctual and cleaner than the London Underground.

The hotel has been converted from a courthouse and the conversion is of a very high standard. The hotel is in a very good position close to bars and restaurants. Our room had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a huge wardrobe space. The kitchen was well equipped with washer, dishwasher, tumble dryer, fridge and coffee machine with pods replaced everyday. As we were on a weekend break, we did not really use the facilities apart from coffee machine. The hotel also has a room where you can get water, orange juice and coke. It is open 24 hours a day. The only bad point we found was the fact you could not put drinks on your room. You had to pay cash. The barman also took it upon himself to keep the change for a tip until i asked for it back. Overall really good stay

Artsy New Safe Great Location

The service personnel were discreet, amiable and attentive. Rooms are large with high ceilings. Ensuite washing machines/dryers. Detergent available at the reception. Iron/ironing boards tucked away in on of the many closets in the room. Kitchenette had an induction stove, microwave, expresso machine and a full complement of crockery. Breakfast is complimentary and adequate and they have that thing where one can place an order for scrambled eggs or an omelette. There is a gym that is adequately furnished a full set of weights, threadmills and those pulling and pushing machines and even this gym had a convenient ensuite toilet, no shower, only a wash basin an a potty. The bar/lounge is well designed and surprising not gaudy. The alcohol selection is wide. There was décor is impressive you have just got to see it. The atrium above which breakfast is service is grand. There a great many eateries near the accommodation. within a few hundred metres. And long shopping streets and malls within a kilometre.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, close to shopping district, restaurants, old town, and transportation. Staff was outstanding which is very rare these days. Definely will stay there again.

Business trip to Dusseldorf

The Hyatt House Hotel was absolutely perfect for our Business trip (16 people). It was clean, comfortable and the staff incredibly helpful. The hotel is placed in a great area of Dusseldorf and transportation easily accessible. The rooms are spacious with every facility you require. Breakfast was of high quality and in the most beutiful setrtting. I cannot fault it at all ond would not hesitate to re book for our next business trip.

Spacious, Clean, great location.

Upon arrival by taxi it is very difficult to see the entry to the Hotel. Once we found it, the concierge just stood there and watched us struggle up the stairs with our luggage. Not a good start but happy to say this was the only negative of our 4 night. The fellow who checked us in was welcoming and very helpful, the room was so spacious for European standards and had a kitchen and washing machine. We utilised this as we were away from home for 5 weeks. The breakfast was very nice and the location is perfect for all the restaurants and nightlife in Altstadt. Definitely recommend this place.

Best hotel I have stayed in.

I can comfortably say that having travelled the world, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I genuinely could have lived in that hotel room! The staff were fantastic, breakfast was good, it was in the perfect location and the room itself was mind blowing.

Excellent hotel with lots of amenities in the middle of town.

Great location, restaurants, parking. However, the waiters at breakfast sometimes forget to bring you your order. But nice guys on reception gave us discounts on parking for that. The room was amazingly equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen!

The only downside was no power outlets in the bathroom. Everything else was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel location was very convenient. Room and all hotel areas were very clean. Gym was up to date and sufficient for a full workout.

Amazing property in prime location

It was amazing from the very start. Paul at reception checked us in and continued to help us and give us tips throughout our stay. The rooms are massive and very very comfortable. Perfect area. So close to everything. The restaurant Mash has amazing food and the cocktail bae makes amazing food. The breafast is delicious but no one told us we could order eggs. A little introduction to the buffet would be good. Actually can not fault this property. Loved it!!!

Hyatt House Andreas Quarter - great hotel

Hotel was great overall. Very nice guestrooms, very nice common-areas. Good breakfast. In an awesome area right by the Rhine, local bars & restaurants, and shopping district. On-site parking too (included) which was convenient. Very economical and an incredible value - I would have expected it would be $100 more per night! Only negative was that the gym and exterior was under renovation - but that is temporary - was not noisy or disruptive though.

What an amazing property in such a fantastic location! I understand that the hotel is located in a former court house and the atmosphere and character of the building is impressive. The rooms are very modern and left nothing left to be desired. But the biggest impression on me was left by the staff which was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make everyone out of our group feel comfortable and welcome! Well done Hyatt Team!!

Clean rooms new room facilities Beakfast is poor and the staff insufficient We select this hotel because we have twins, age 12 therefore we would like to stay in the same room. However even it was approved during the reservation the prepared room has only 1 small bed for two kids. It took hours to change the room. Fortunately (!) we changed the room at 24.00. Thankfully the next day we got and excuse As a conclusion it was a good hotel and the lady - security Miss Belma- iş so helpful.

Best Hyatt I’ve ever stayed down

I am a Hyatt platinum member and have stayed in their hotels in many places around the world this one is extraordinary hurry up and get in here before people get the word out. We were fortunate enough to time at on the first day of the Christmas market. Great new property for the Hyatt family and extraordinarily positive upbeat staff Amazing facility for your food when you’re walking into a palace and are treated as royalty

The hotel was very good very nice and clean rooms location is also good close to the center... the breakfast was not so good i think to book without breakfast because there is no so many options. Price was expensive but i think there was an exhibition in regular days i dnt know the prices.

Nice classic-contemporanean ambiance, all new, high end, big and comfty rooms, with kitchennette, even washer-dryer in room, just wonderful, great, no more, when something is perfect is perfect.

THE place to stay

The old courthouse, beautifully and magnificently transformed. Elegant, well apportioned. Rooms have double height ceiling, spacious and has all amenities a business traveler could need. The bar and restaurant are On Point. Prefer this hotel to The much fancier and fussier one across the street. Will stay here again, no doubt. PS: The greeter/door security at the door is a leftover from the Gestapo era. She has no place in this business as she was quite rude on EVERY occasion we entered and left. All four of us. And of course, not a single word of English, while working for an American chain..... . I doubt she will keep the position much longer..... And she definitely was the exception to the rule of FABULOUS service.

Traumhaftes Hotel!

El.check in no.fue bueno. Al.check out me quisieron cobrar la habitación cuando ya estaba prepagada. Y fue la misma persona que me atendio en check in y out. No estaba calificada para el puesto.

Super tolles Hotel, nur der Checkin war grauenvoll. Es hat 90 Min. gedauert, bis geklärt werden konnte, dass wir über Expedia im Vorfeld bezahlt hatten. Zeit die uns echt gefehlt hat !!!!
