The overall reception, service, and atmosphere was immaculate. The room was modern and spacious, will be back!
The hotel is beautiful. It really looks like it belongs in Italy. The one thing I didn’t like was the resorts fee of $50.00 a day. The resorts fee is a money grab ripoff.
Access to Sphere
Our room was really nice, all the stuff was very friendly. And there’s so much to do you never even really need to leave the immediate area.
Everything was amazing will definitely return
Excellent resort
Loved the property, look forward to staying there again.
It was nice and clean.
Great!
It lived up to every great thing you can think of!!!
South Tower room is very long walk, and two elevators from lobby. Every visit to the room is a marathon.
We stayed for 3 nights, the first was okay but 5am the second day construction started right above is with jack hammers and saws that carried on for the entire weekend. There was no warning upon check in of this and the onky consession that was made was waiving a few nights of resort fees. Will never stay here of recommend anyone to stay here again awful experience.
NA
I love the remodeled rooms.
Great
The hotel is beautiful and the entire staff is terrific - helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable. The one kind of negative is that the place is enormous. It was a quarter-mile from our room to the lobby. (Seriously. My Apple Watch measured it!) if that’s a problem for you, try to get a room in the North Tower rather than the South Tower.
Its a dream!!
The room was extremely dirt, the tub was gross and sticky... The carpet was dirty
It was very nice and clean.
Stunning!
The Venetian is a bit run down. I will choose a newer property next time.
They charged us for refreshments we didn’t take and charged us 180.00 for an upgrade they said I would have to pay 50.00 for.
Good experience overall
We loved being able to easily walk to the sphere and shopping!
Everything is at your finger tips!
Well maintained, beautiful property, great staff
The Venetian
The Venetian was an amazing hotel the staff was always friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would come back for sure.
The rooms don’t look remotely close to the photos, it’s a very dark, eerie, dusty vibe. However the rooms are extremely space ish and the location is convenient. The best part of the hotel is not the room but the hotel itself was a fun experience and the lobby is stunning.
Amazing
Can get loud on lower floors and hear noise from the outside
Prestige Club is the way to stay at the Venetian
The high class Venetian is a superb hotel I can recommend to all who search comfort and peace in that bubbling city of LV. Even so I do not understand why plastic and cardboard material is used for breakfast. I fyou ask for decent mugs you ll get them. The check-in was a dsaster. I had to run around with my luggege and family for 45 minutes until I was informed correctly: go to floor 36 and be checked-in without queing for at least an hour at the main desk. Thjis could easily been avoided by giving this information in the email the hotel sends to all Prestige Clublounge bookings.
We have stayed here a few times and always have an excellent stay. This time there were a few things: the bathroom floor was sticky and had stains on it. Thank goodness you supplied slippers. We "picked up" 2 of the sundries to read what they were about without realizing we would be charged just to "read" them. I am currently awaiting a refund for that. Other than those 2 items, it was wonderful! The bed, linens, view, service and staff were all excellent!
Horrible property!
Very nice rooms. Quick elevators
Great property
Beautiful view and amazing property. Highly recommend Chica for their skull desert.
Not the most modern room but very clean and staff is great. Great hotel overall. Would visit again
We stayed at The Venetian for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The resort literally has everything you need, with high quality; so, you don’t need to leave the resort at all. First of all, this is a massive resort; Venetian itself has 2 towers, each has 39 floors, each floor has 338 rooms! This doesn’t even include Palazzo at the Venetian! So, it gets very busy. Considering this, the check-in process was very fast and smooth. We stayed in a King Suite on the 19th floor, with Sphere view. You can get a city view or higher floor room with an extra fee. Our room wasn’t amongst the renovated rooms, but it was still nice. There are heated outdoor poos on 10th floor, with a bar. There’s a fitness and spa centre on 4th floor. You also have access to pools on the Palazzo tower. The Prestige Lounge is on 36th floor. The rooms provide soup, body lotion and amenities kit. The refills on daily basis is a hit-and-miss. One day they don’t refill body lotions, one day they switch the amenities kit. There are no slippers in the room, but at the time of checkout, we were gold we could’ve asked for them. There’s no coffee machine in the rooms and everything from the mini bar, including water will be charged to your room. The rooms are quiet and well-maintained. There are so many high quality restaurants and cafes on the resort that you never need to leave. But if you do want to visit other casinos on the strip, you can easily walk down the strip as it’s a walking distance from everything.
Awesome rooms they felt luxurious. Plus a large hotel to explore.
It was convenient and had everything i needed.
This resort was beyond beautiful inside and out. It was such a unique experience. So many things to do. The endless shopping was my favorite. The Grand Canal shops is something you definitely should experience for yourself. So many restaurants to chose from. Anything from formal dining to a huge food court. The suite I had was beautiful and never had any issues with noisy neighbors. Very peaceful and relaxing. 10/10 Rating. Highly recommend!
Best resort ever… literally could go on n on… If your staying in Vegas it should be on your bucket list… Room was gorgeous n huge could actually sit n eat at a table sit on a couch n chill with family… gorgeous pools gorgeous ride on the gondola… fine art and amenities the list goes on… once u stay …u couldn’t stay anywhere else …
I love the Venetian Resort. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Perfect location for us!
The suite with the sphere view was amazing !!!!
Beautiful property right on the Strip
Top notch everything … connected to The Sphere .. was epic
Great location. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.
We absolutely loved this property. We felt safe and the entire hotel was very clean. Our room was huge, large bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The pool areas were beautiful and staff were all very pleasant. Many food options available, close to another tourist spots along the strip. Rooms are a bit pricey, but the overall experience was wonderful.
FANTASTIC!
…disappointing that booking was made well in advance and hotel did not accommodate our request for adjoining rooms…they offered instead to have us check back after a day, not acceptable…
Very nice place to stay.
Great stay! Clean, friendly staff, convenient location to everything. Would stay again!
Wonderful stay
Everything was perfect. Except I wish the water pressure in the shower was better.
Paid for premium suite with a city view, got downgraded to a no-view suite since the reserved suite wasn't going to be ready till much later in the evening.
buy nvda and never sell
We loved the Venetian. It was beautiful. However we did not get the city view we upgraded/paid for. All we saw was construction and cranes in our main window, and the newly renovated room in the picture of the room I chose was not what we got. We got the older more outdated room so it was a bit disappointing.
Great. Best customer service and the best property in Las Vegas.
It was nice but older
Best hotel ive stayed at so far in Vegas. I will be returning!
Great
Hotel is beautiful but service is not quite good.
My family and I had 5 rooms at the South tower suites. We were all pleased at the cleanliness, space, security in our rooms and the amenities at the hotel. The resort fee/day was on the high side but seemed fair especially if guests can make use of the amenities/services offered. The parking space was big and the fee/day was fair considering that hotel is along the strip. All the hotel staff we dealt with and met were nice and accomodating. i would stay again at South tower suites and I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks also to Expedia of which I used to make my bookings.
too much cigarette smoke in the room.
I booked a room with TWO full bed one month before arrival and at the time of arrival I was given a room with one bed. I was told that they are full and either take it or leave. Receptionist was extremely rude and arrugant
A wonderful property with great staff. We will be back!
Great place to stay
I love everything at the Venetian Hotel.
Luxury property
The hotel is beautiful but the staff is horrible and not friendly at all I got charged for beverages but I didn’t get a bottle water every time we ask they’re so many excuses
Great stay!!
Amazing!!! Huge room which is so comfortable. Bouchon bakery serves up delicious pastries and coffee. There is a Dandelion chocolate store and Starbucks in the main lobby. Staff were wonderful.
Great
Great. My favorite hotel visit of the last decade.
No x'mas decoration at all this year. quite a disappointment.
I was promised 2 things and when it was time to use it, they didn't have it in "their system". That was very dispointing but overall the property and staff were great
Great experience, very nice rooms as well. I brought the family for a quick trip between Christmas and new years and was worried about the environment with kids. Wasn’t a problem at all, and we weren’t the only ones with kids there (and the pools are nice and warm!).
This review is tough to write, because The Venetian was once our favorite hotel. Now, it’s a shadow of its former self: staff is disorganized, hallways reek of smoke, and bedding is worn out—far from five-star standards. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and paid at the front desk to upgrade from our original room to a suite we’d loved before. The front desk sold us on a Palazzo suite, calling it newer with a better view. Instead, we found a dingy room with chipped furniture, no bar, a bloodstain on a pillow, and a buzzing AC unit. After a 15-minute hold, we reverted to our original reservation—but ended up in a room near the elevator, where noise and smoke were constant. Housekeeping was dreadful - long black hair in the bathroom and on pillows. Eye-rolling staff and dismissive chaotic management. Security also felt lax—we rode the elevator with a prostitute and her two johns without keys. Worse, our two reservations, supposedly merged, caused confusion when the hotel claimed we’d moved again, leaving us terrified our belongings had been relocated. Throughout our stay, each call to the front desk meant 10–25 minutes on hold, room service had multi-hour waits, towels were threadbare, and bedding felt cheap. We even spent 40 minutes waiting for our car at valet. All of these failures point straight to management, who allowed our once-favorite resort to descend into total chaos. Resort-fee being waived wasn’t honored until we fought for it at checkout.
I love everything about the Venetian Hotel definitely will book here on our next trip to Las Vegas
Very specious room, upgraded bathroom. Good coffee, breakfast in the morning conveniently located right outside of suits in the casino floor.
It was great!!
Room size was great. Nice to have the extra room with a sitting area and full size table to eat, play cards, etc
Clean, quiet, very nice rooms.
Everything about this property was beautiful, the pool area made you feel like you were on a stunning euro vacay. The only thing I would note is if you were planning on grabbing snacks like yoghurt etc, you cant move anything in the little fridge because its all weighted and youll be charged even if you move it and put it back.
The suite was spacious, with beautiful Venetian-inspired décor and a plush bed that made it hard to leave. The Grand Canal Shoppes and gondola rides added a magical touch to our stay.
We requested a room close to the elevators and we ended up at the end of the building
Comfortable stay
Lots of food options! Clean casino
Very nice experience
Great Choice!
Great choice for Vegas! Spacious, well appointed, clean! Located in center of the strip! Public areas nicest of all the places we’ve stayed! Highly recommend!
they need to reduce the parking fees for guests who stay at the hotel.
Nice hotel with challenges
Check in was good and receptionist gave us a late check out as requested. Room service was poor- ordered for my diabetic husband and they couldn't bring the needed items for 90 min- unacceptable. Therm it was brought after a call to management and I was still charged for it. Very surprised. The Grand Lux was very good- service was good for breakfast and coffee was the bomb. The room was decorated in very depressing decor. Needs a redo and brighten it up! Staff were all great especially the security guys and those who helped us when we got lost in the difficult to manage property. And when someone requests a room close to elevators due to difficulty walking I would have anticipated being close To the lobby, restaurants and not required to drag my luggage up one elevator to another floor and then have to walk 3 blocks to another bank of elevators to get to our room. The Palazzo was a better experience.
Good location. Great staff
Convenient location and services.
Very beautiful place
Facilities are excellent, the resort is in the core of the stream. I did not like the resort fees additional and unexpected since they are not providing free services related to that (50$ per nigt) the frigobar is a dumb trap, and the food’s smell coming from the downstairs restaurants in the room does not match with the status of the Hotel
.
Beautiful Resort with great amenities. Staff was great from the check in thru the rest of the stay. I love the security feature they have in place to keep unwanted people from roaming through the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Whenever I'm back in Vegas this will definitely be my go to sleep in.
Everything was professional, coordinated.
The Venetian did not disappoint!! I beautiful property and great customer service! Highly recommend this resort!
