You need to know

• The seasonal pool will be open from November 30 to April 13.
• Hot springs access available from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• The property is professionally cleaned.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests may be required to change rooms during their stay. Room upgrades are subject to availability. Reception is open 7 AM - 10 PM from July to September and December to March. Reception is open 9 AM - 6 PM from April to June and October to November. Guests arriving after hours must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. The listed optional crib/infant bed fee applies every 4 nights. Breakfast is not included in Breakfast rates for children ages 0-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee.
