Wow! Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities. Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests. From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again.

A comfy stay

The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The services could be a bit more considerate but I enjoyed that, if there are improvements, think below are some ideas. 1). Shuttle Services: Think butler can book in advance to estimate to guest number needed for the services, easier to manage 2). Whatsapp services: That is what HK St. Regis offer, everything simply with texts, easy and carefree!

For a 5-6 star hotel, guests should have access to the sauna and steam facilities without having to pay for it. This is what we normally look forward to during our stay.

When we arrived at the property after check in time, we were told our room was not ready yet. They were unable to say when it would be ready. After asking a few times and expressing our unhappiness, they brought us to Cristal for a complimentary lunch. Our room was ready shortly after that. The staff were very apologetic. We later ordered room service which took 70 minutes to arrive and most of it was soggy and not nice. Breakfast was varied with lots of different options.

overall, a pleasant experience upon arrival till check out. there were staff to help with the luggage upon arrival and during check out. we were promptly attended to during check-in. lobby and common areas were nicely furnished. room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. tv was working well with many channels available. room service operator was helpful and friendly. in-room dining food was prepared within reasonable time and was delicious. breakfast spread was great, plenty of choices and delicious as well. service staff were prompt to assist too. definitely worth the price tag. will stay again next time.

Good service

Love the hotel. The room was so comfortable. Breakfast spread was great. Love the ambience. It’s classy. quite worried cos the kids were noisy, but we didn’t feel like we were judged for that. They went all out to make us feel welcome. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We had our 3 young children with us. The staff were so kind to the 3 noisy children (all 3 under 6yo).

The hotel is new, clean, with luxurious and spacious rooms which were perfect for our traveling party (family of 4 including 2 young children). The service could have been better as we ran out of bathroom amenities which were not replenished timely. The complementary water bottles in the room where plastic (not eco friendly) and the bottle caps. where very hard to open, to the point that I developed a slight abrasion from trying to open them. The staff are friendly and helpful and will go beyond to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. The only caveat is during breakfast once it get's a little bit busy, the staff seems to. not be able to cope that well and the service level drops a little. Parking at the hotel is convenient as it is within the property, however in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel we were sent the wrong way to park twice as it changed how to drive into the carpark which was a touch inconvenient. Another opportunity could be to make it easier for someone staying a few days to have the car registered to avoid having to validate a parking ticket every day (adds another step/logistic task to one's day).

Thank you for the room arrangement for our celebration. Access from the carpark to the hotel lobby is nice and easy. The lobby is filled with welcoming feeling and staff has been attentive to keep us in view on the check in. The room we booked is clean and spacious. Room service has been good. Staff has been responsive due to the wifi connection and resolved the connectivity. The Gym and swimming pool is easily accessible. Plastic has been used because of mineral waters.

Family trip

I book the room for my son and family to celebrate his 37th birthday in advance, The hotel send a email to enquirewhether we have any special request After they know that it’s a birthday celebration ,they propose a birthday cake and balloon arrangement in the room upon our arrival,but disappointed when we arrived ,Only when we call them ,then they came with a piece of cake but no balloon decoration.Too bad for the kids.

10th anniversary

Well everything was great especially the room and afternoon tea . The room was 2nd best for luxurious room in Malaysia However, the breakfast spread was so limited and teateless. The limitation I suppose due to SOP. But I had a staycation at a hotel next to Klcc and the brekafast spread was generous And there was a lipstick stain on my tea cup. Other than that the service was excellent from the check in until check out . Would love to come again

Best Address in KL!

Husband’s staycation treat and we wanted a bit of luxury for the one night. St Regis delivered in all respect 1)Ms Dania , who help checked me in and pay attention to small details that meet my needs beyond how a normal hotel staff would have done their duty. We returned after dinner to a surprise with a personalised notes & souvenirs for my children she left in our room Impressed by an evening turn down service, once again a very nice touch. Breakfast was served in the room , all request was granted promptly, Thanks to our butlers, our stay at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, was flawless and personalized. The two who looked after us were obliging but also warm, and not overly formal. Oh my the cheese cake from the The Drawing Room is superb! Ended with 1 whole cake home, and the bold gigantic horse sculpture is loved by my children. Overall, a perfect short staycation for family, want to stay again

We only stayed for 1 night but we were pampered every single step of the way. The personal butler service was really over-the-top. The room was so spacious and crazy high ceiling indeed. The highlight was definitely the buffet breakfast which was out of this world too.

Staycation at St Regis

We will overall very impress with St. Regis Kuala Lumpur team. The check in: - [Good] Comfortable chairs - [Good] and warm smile by front desk personnel. - [Good] Front desk personnel can communicate well in English. - [To be improved] late check out was not entertained immediately only upon reference to front end manager. We were told that late check out was impossible at first due to full booking of hotel rooms the next day and also due to new year's eve countdown which is not happening on our check out day. Suggest to not downright turn down customer's request immediately but to put in effort to try to accommodate such request. - [To be improved] welcome drink was not made available to us during check-in. We came down to the lobby in the evening and saw some guests checking in was offered welcome drinks. To be fair, all guests should receive the same treatment. The room: - [Good] Very spacious and stylish - [Good] multiple lighting mode [for sleeping and studying] - [Good] complete utilities - [Good] Comfy bed and sofa - [Good] Cool electronic toilet bowl. - [Good] Bright and wide make-up room - [Very Good] Butler service is very good. Provides ironing of shirt. - [Very Good] Provides a special desert for birthday surprise. - [To be improved] dust were seen at back of bathtub television panel, behind bedside tables. - [To be improved] signage for hot and cold water not indicated. Room was luxurious and butler service was great. Houseekeeping may need to be a little more alert as there were no bathrobes and body lotion in the room. Liked the location- quiet but near KL sentral and so close to the MRT station. We had a lovely stay.

Staff and services are excellent! Room is impeccable, spacious and toilet is marvelous! Breakfast spread is less but sufficient, but nonetheless taste good. It has complementary coffee, tea and whatnots (hot drinks) throughout the day. I was staying with a small kid, so a good kid’s pool and other family friendly facilities. However this hotel is lacking of that. And the kl sentral area doesnt provide enough shopping and family entertainment for me. All in all, in terms of the hotel room and services, it’s probably the best in KL (been to four seasons grand hyatt etc), this is at par with four seasons but the room is definitely better!!

St Regis KL.

Overall, live up to a five-star rating. a typical excellent staff with exceptional levels of proactive service and customer care. Cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality and delivery of services met high standard. Facilities wise, fitness and spa facilities, valet parking, butler services, concierge services, 24-hour reception and room service are good, swimming pool a tag small and without view.

Good and attentive service but still not up to the par of “St Regis” standard. Empty mineral bottle was left uncollected for days on the bathroom counter and there was dust on the drinks counter. Nevertheless, had a very comfortable stay and lovely breakfast spread as part of their private dining!

Sub-par St. Regis

Nice St. Regis amenities but the service is not on par with expected St. Regis standards. The complimentary shuttle did not arrive and so we had to call the hotel. We called for teas and coffees and the night time butler brought a tea pot and expected us to use the in-room cups. Nice property but the service is not at the usual St. Regis standards.

Classy!

Such a classy hotel. The service rendered by the hotel staff was beyond my expectations! The room is so pretty and most importantly, it’s located near Nusentral! Love it and def will come back!
