Travellereverthing was great, except Butler would order a taxi that would charge me 10JD or 15JD, with meter , they never turn meter on, while same taxi , if you pick it up from the Street , he would turn meter on and total charges would be 1.5JD for the same Trip , i thought Hotel management should do better Job sourcing out Taxi , or at least notify guests it is meter based Ride not flat rate, since the whole System operates on meter

TravellerThe property is beautiful, clean and smells wonderful. The staff is outstanding. Our first day at breakfast, we felt ignored and mentioned how we felt to one of the servers. Although it was a buffet breakfast, someone still had to serves us coffee/tea/juice etc. No one made eye contact with us. We were trying to get their attention without calling out loudly for "more coffee please!" But that wasn't a big issue. The weird part happened after that.. The female who greets you at the dining room entrance and a gentleman, whom we assume is the manager came to us with 2 paper cups of coffee and written in red, on the cup, was an apology for the inconvenience.... just weird.

TravellerSwimming pool was small. Carpet on the 8the floor hallway was torn. And it was a mandatory valet parking. Even though it was complimentary, it was inconvenient because I takes long time to go in and out every time. Staff was nice. Prices were very high for no reason. Hotel was good but definitely was not wonderful like it said on Expedia.
