We had a 4:50 pm flight to catch and we asked for checking out at 1, but they said even their VIPs could not have that. I am a Marriott Bonvoy elite member and we usually get a late check out if needed. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly, staff in other areas is excellent.
They are scammers
Upgraded to a suite however there was no cutlery, crockery or glassware, even though there’s a hot plate & microwave in place. Mentioned thus at check out & was advised since Covid, items need to be requested. Should have been advised at check in but sadly we weren’t. Overall nice accommodation with internal walkway to casino/entertainment
It was a nice clean place.
I paid for an extra night knowing that I was going to get in very early in the morning. I actually paid extra thinking that the property would be close to the t mobile arena as I had tickets to the UFC fight on Saturday evening. My son has a broken toe and I did not want him to walk very far. We were put in a room far away, and I had paid extra for an extra bed. The woman who helped me told me that I was considered a no show because I hadn’t called the day before. She would not let me check in even though I paid extra knowing that we would be checking in early. I was very disappointed in the service that we were given. I’ve never in my life written a review and I’m 49 years old.
We loved our room. We booked a penhouse king suite which was so beautiful! The bed was super comfy, pillows were perfect-not to hard and not too soft! The view of the LasVegas strip was terrific, and in the other window we had a great viw of the sphere and the mountains! What I loved theost, it was very secure-you cant go anywhere w/o your room key! The only thing that prevented us from giving it a 5 stars is that when we checked in to the room there was the previous tennants food still in the fridge. Also, there was not any cups to use in the kitchen cabinets. Small little details that mean alor byt keep it from a 5 star review We would definitely stay there again w/o any hesitation!
Excellent hotel
The best stay in Vegas!
My stay was everything I expected and more; I only wish I could’ve stayed longer.
Expensive but its nice and chill.
Always stay at the signature
When booking through the hotel itself we always enjoy our stay at the signature. From the initial pull up of valet and easy of bellmen to quick and easy ordering of services, the signature is a quiet respite for our family on our southern Utah roadtrips
Love everything about this place! Beautiful views with balcony.
No paper towels and no cutlery despite a decent kitchen & dishwasher. And no tea bags, just coffee. That was a bit annoying. Otherwise a great experience!
Very recommended
It was convenient
walkable to the casinos
Had an amazing time ! Had balcony and Jacuzzi tub. The buffet was amazing and they let you win on slots if you're a gambler. Best hotel I've ever been to
rooms were very spacious and clean the only thing is that the signature towers are so far from the casino area
Beautiful place, very clean. Staff was nice and very friendly. Loved the bedding and bathrooms. It’s so nice having a balcony in Las Vegas. Would stay here again for sure. 10/10
Door lock malfunctioned on day #2. Still didn't get it fixed by day #4. Could not get accurate information as to why
Loved it
Friendly staff, beautiful and very clean rooms, walking distance to many attractions
Loved the balcony and the views of the city and sunset.
Outside the property there were more great food options. The MGM food court could use an upgrade with better quality affordable food places for the average vacationers. Sime great spots though also. My trip was overall very enjoyable. I was there for a competition with my kids. We had fun.
Over all, this was a great place to stay with very reasonable room rates. It was very quiet and the rooms were fantastic. Would have liked to use the lazy river in the pool area but they were fixing things at the time. One drawback is that it takes about 8 minutes to walk out and through the casino each time to get to the strip. That includes the walk tracks to move faster. The other thing is when checking in is that you have to ask for plates, glasses, bowls, paper towels, silverware, etc, because there are no items in the kitchen cabinets. Over all, I would stay her again.
We did not want to buy the room upgrade for only one night’s stay, and the receptionist ‘punished’ us by giving us a room on the absolute lowest possible level -2. Unnecessary uncomfortable feeling.
Favorite Vegas place to stay!
I stayed in tower three. The property is dated but very clean and comfortable. It’s very quiet being off the strip path which prefer. Guest services were on point and I never waited long for assistance.
Will definitely stay there again
Nice place but you must ask for all kitchen wear, robs, and slippers. These items are not in the room and they should tell you on check in. This was very upsetting to me.
It was a pleasant stay. Loved it.
Place is way to far from the MGm very limited facilities on site do u have to walk 10 minutes not a typical Vegas experience
.
Vegas twirl!
Great stay, beautiful view and close to everything.
The room was excellent, only complaint (which is minor) is that tower 3 is a loooong way from amenities
Nice place
The room was great, tv was noy working properly. The guide wouldnt load, menu wouldnt load. And many channel had sound but no picture. Bed was comfy enough, but could twll it qas a mattress pad and not the mattress. There is literally nothing at the hotel and not an easy walk to get out to other places. You have to get your car to get anything to eat.
Jacuzzi was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing is, you cant order from cafe after a certain time, but other than that, stay was great.
We stayed in a very spacious one bedroom suite with a king bed. We wanted to make use of the kitchen facilities so requested a kit. Glasses, dishes, cutlery, a fry pan, small saucepan and a couple of cooking utensils were provided. We asked for, but did not receive, a dish cloth or dish towel. Front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We asked two of them about taking the Deuce bus but were discouraged from using it. We ignored their advise and got 24 hour passes, which were perfect! The bus was safe, easy to use, convenient and very economical.
Beautiful rooms. Friendly staff.
Loved loved loved!! Will come back
if you didn't mind walking, most everything was convenient.
Staff was great
The property was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside is all the walking it takes to get to/from the towers and the casino and dining area. I would suggest a small shuttle to transport guests. Other than that, excellent stay!
Good value nice pool a noisier crowd. Love that our room had fridge, microwave and small cooking area though. Nice size room as well.
I always enjoy staying at Signature MGM. Its a great location and good value for the rooms.
Perfect property with great views. Well appointed and doesn’t have the typical strip smoke smell. Comfy beds.
Room size was huge and staff was nice. Its about a 10 minute walk to the casino
We were very comfortable and the room was spacious & clean.
Location is not desirable a very very long walk from the MGM
Had a one bedroom unit with plenty of space and two bathrooms. Had a full kitchen with dishes etc available on request. Valet parking is a bonus!
I like the fact that the property was gated away from the strip,no one but guests are allowed. CVS pharmacy across the street. No other stores are within walking distance. Get your water, food etc before you enter the property. Basic plain Starbucks coffee is eight dollars for a Venti. The restaurant is very expensive so eat out before you come inside the property. No casino on the lobby floor like some of the other hotels.
We enjoyed our stay at the Signature! Free valet parking, clean rooms, jetted tub, walkable to nearby hotels along Las Vegas Blvd. Although we didnt have any kitchen utensils provided in our room, the staff easily delivered them to us upon request. And if you request for any other needs, their response is prompt. Also, they upgraded our room to Strip view on the 33rd floor with the view of the Sphere for just $20 more per night. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future.
It was so nice I’m definitely staying here again
nice clean rooms
Not as expected
I only stayed one night at the MGM Suites and it was abysmal. The suite had a permanent spicy food smell, the bathroom had a whole other type of smell and everything was showing its age. Chips and cracks all around the resort. The hotel staff was professional but everything else wasn’t up to standard. House keeping kept knocking on my door even though I had late check out. Would not recommend
Beautiful room with an amazing view! Nice and quiet too!
Wonderful.
Wonderful stay at a first class property. We felt right at home in such a large suite.
6th time here. Always immaculate. Recommended
The hotel was beautiful and staff was very friendly.
It was well kept and clean.
Modern facilities but little off the beaten path.
Property was good. There should be water glasses. Also the requirement tovtravel thru casinos means cigarette smoke which is awful.
Had a very good birthday
Starting to show its age.
Always have enjoyed the Signature and throughout the years not much has changed which isnt exactly a good thing. For instance my room had such a gap around the balcony door that there was irritating whistling sound coming from the window at night, and a pretty good draft coming in, which due to the weather being cold and windy was not good. Others in our group had some issues to include no hot water in the shower. Bottle water is crazy expensive, so be prepared.
Great stay for the family. Making silverware or cookware for the suites. But overall nice place.
Great hotel.
The great hotel we love it.
Loved it.
The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. Unfortunately they have their rooms labeled/named in a very misleading way. I booked the Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suite thinking I would have a view of the Strip, apparently I paid an upgrade fee to be on the side of the building that faces the Strip but no view. So because I was out celebrating, I paid ANOTHER upgrade fee to have a view of the Strip. Do NOT book this room if you want a view of the Strip. The person that checked us in was also not friendly.
Amazing time
Excellent attention from the front desk, we'll be coming back
The Signature at MGM was the perfect option for anyone wanting to experience all that Las Vegas has to offer with the exception of having a peaceful hotel lobby experience. I am not a fan of the smoke and loud noise of casinos so it was nice to come back to my room when I was ready to her away from it. However, everything was still a short walk to car ride away.
Very nice place to stay, if you go north up the strip it gets really dirty and even smells like trash. Lots of homeless wandering around, over all MGM is a great place to stay.
Surprising Gem
Stayed in Deluxe Suite. Extremely spacious. Big windows with views. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Walk to MGM Grand will take around 10 mins, depending which tower you are in & your walking pace. Since you are walking inside, you don't notice the time.
I paid the upgrade fee to book the Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suite thinking it would give me a view of the strip. I was wrong, when I checked in I was told this only meant I would be on the side of the building that faces the strip and to get a view, I would have to pay another upgrade fee. The name of the room really needs to be adjusted as it is very misleading. Why would I pay an upgrade fee for a “strip view suite” if I’m not getting a view of the strip?!
Family friendly
Helpful and caring staff.
It is a fine accommodation in every way - being a non smoking and non casino hotel shows it's benefits. Very much enjoyed our 2 week stay
Very well maintained. Clean comfortable bed. Linens good quality. Cannot hear other guests. Wifi a little spotty is only drawback. Overall very nice
The room was unprepared I got the kitchen suit the cabinets didn't have cook ware or cups blender or toaster I had to call it in one by one by room service until I had everything also the sofa bed for guest there find extra sheets or pillows also had to call it in room is advertised to have laundry but the door to do your laundry if purposely locked so you can't use it overall annoying to stay given the price you pay
Fun time and awesome options for a nice weekend away.
Non smoking!
I have stayed here twice in two different units and love the size value and location. My only complaint this time was that although it states it is a non smoking property, clearly some people were smoking in a unit near us. Our apartment smelled like smoke off and on , especially in the master bathroom.
Arrived early. They let us check in
Exceptional property
Absolutely loved our visit at this property. The best property that I have ever stayed at. This is the second time we've stayed here and cant wait to return again. Everything was exceptional, except that the pool/jacuzzi closes at 4pm. It would be nice if at least the jacuzzi stayed open until 10 pm so we can enjoy them in the evenings.
LV
Good, traveled with another family and could night get a handicap room close to other family members room. Was difficult getting around with 2 handicap persons and would have been easier with the help of other family.
Had a great experience
Walkable
Close to all the action but far enough to be peaceful
Comfort and quiet just off the strip
I stayed for 6 nights over the holidays. Everything was excellent. The room was very quiet! Bed was super comfortable. I loved my balcony view onto the sphere. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy. And I appreciated having the kitchenette. Only thing to know is the walk over to the strip is slightly sketchy feeling at night, for a solo woman, but it’s not that bad.
It was about a 10 min walk to the strip and you could v walk through an enclosed walkway to MGM Grand and the start of the monorail. It is in close proximity to the airport so you do hear plans take off and land 24/7 but it was fairly quiet in the room. It is a really nice, clean hotel and we will be staying there again.
I like the way you had to enter through a secured area. I was in the 23rd floor so the view was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the free valet was okay, until I came back to the room late night and the valet told me there was no more available parking. They gave me a free parking ticket and told me to park at the mgm grand and walk back. Then the valet guy told me they work off tips and if I can take care of him and he will park the car. My wife didn’t like that I gave him 20 bucks and went to my room. I didn’t like the small single shower head it was very outdated. The bed was okay but it had a lot of miles on it and was kinda lumpy but besides those things everything else was okay.
excellent
Location
Nice staff and great cleaning staff
I had a wonderful stay at Mario!
good
Valet was not available at all time.
Perfect location and awesome one bedroom suite
Nice property and very nice room. Good to have refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. But with the only other property near being the MGM, your options for dining, shopping and gambling are few so I would prefer to be in the middle of the strip and just pay the extra for the amenities that I like to have.

Really lovely room!
