Great breakfast

The Piccadilly is a great little gem. Room 16 has a wonderful view and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A glass a wine on your balcony with a great view topped it off. It is also right across from the park which looked well equipped to keep kids engaged and entertained. Lee the host was very attentive and helpful. The continental breakfast was homemade and delicious. Very convenient location and walked to most everywhere we wanted to go. Check this place out.

We informed the staff that we’d be leaving in the morning, before the office opened at 0830hrs; would this be ok? He said yes, and delivered bagged breakfasts to our room; that evening!

Hotel is okay, walking distance to many restaurants, bed and TV we’re fine, but just okay.

The owners are the best. My daughter and I were sitting in the deck in the evening and the owner came out to check on us and gave us bug spray as the mosquitoes were out. Always super helpful and will stay there again!

Really enjoyed having breakfast in the double decker bus. Would of liked a lttle more variety for breakfast. Belgium waffle was delicious but i would of liked to have the syrup served on the side.

Pauline had great advice for excursions and what to see around the area. The staff were fun, helpful & had interesting stories about their history of the hotel. The breakfast was great.

Great place to stay. The room was large, the owner was friendly, and everything was within walking distance. I would recommend going to breakfast early as possible as there was a lot of guest congestion in the breakfast area during the last half hour.

The food was reasonable but portions could have been a little bigger. Very friendly and accomodating

We enjoyed our spacious room! Comfy bed and newly remodeled bathroom. Breakfast in the double decker bus. Owners are very nice. Only two complaints- bathtub is slippery and the Keurig wasn’t working. Otherwise - great place. Got to see the big horn sheep traipsing through town in the evening and the morning

Wonderful stop in radium With little expectations, this place is a hidden gem , owners are there to make you comfortable Good location , though many local restaurants close on Monday/tues Complimentary breakfast did not disappoint and in an old English double decker bus So nice to see people working hard to gain your patronage, would definitely stay again

The price was very high for what i received. Bedroom was so small, that if you size xl or more you will have difficulties to go around bed. The property is old and smells bad in the unit and in the dining room. Breakfast was white bread, banana bread(looked and tasted awful), yogurt, waffle freshly baked, egg item- eggs baked with some vegetables and clementine. I could eat only waffle, the rest to me was inconsumable. Hosts were pleasant people and gave towels and 1 free ticket to Radium pools. I would not stay there again.

This small boutique motel is a true gem which is loaded with comfort and character! Our room was small, but quiet, comfortable and clean....perfect as a base of operations for a weekend getaway to explore the Columbia River Valley area. The owners are amazing...friendly, accommodating and helpful. Feels more like a bed and breakfast than a motel. Highly recommended!

Summer get away!

We had a wonderful stay at the Piccadilly. Room was clean, big TV and air conditional. Breakfast is included. Close to a park, amenities and hot springs. Loved the English bus and telephone booth. The owners are very nice people.

This was an exceptional place to stay, amazing customer service for our friends who stayed there. Unfortunately our booking didn’t go through and we had to find other accommodations. Which were awful.

Nice hotel owners!

The owners Lee and his wife, are so friendly and wonderful. Delicious home made breakfast, pretty flowers all around, the only thing that we didn't like was that the room had a funky smell to it, and the bathroom smelled musty. It could have been a little cleaner and it would be a 10/10.

This is our second time here and it’s great.

The owners are wonderful people. I recommend this hotel. The hotel is open April 1st - till the end of September.

Just a bit of honest feedback for the owners: the kitchen floor was filthy - hasn't been properly cleaned in awhile, but the rest of the room looked very clean. A roll of paper towels would be a nice touch along with S&P shakers kept in the room so you don't have to pick any up from the front desk. Really appreciated the box of Kleenex tissues, tho! Extra coffee pods at no charge would be nice - only 2 in a room for 2 guests for 3 days. Could fill the pod holder up.

Staff were very friendly and greeted us in the morning when we arrived for the included breakfast. Breakfast had a nice variety everyday to select from. Is in walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store and a few minutes drive to the hot springs. Will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly staff

Pauline and Lee were very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere of the Piccadilly was inviting, quaint and visiting with other guests in the evening and at breakfast was a highlight. Staff was attentive and helpful and breakfast was great-never left hungry. Location for walking around Radium and driving to activities in the area, was excellent. We’ll be back! The radium brewing company was excellent picked up food from street food and ate at radium brewing company. Friendly staff and great food and beer

Pauline and Lee are very welcoming. They serve a delicious breakfast and then to top it off you can eat on the double decker bus! The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be return customers!!

It's a smaller property recently renovated. Very cute and friendly owners. Second time staying and would stay again.

Super cute & super helpful employees

The employees were wonderful. We were running late and they were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was homemade and very nice. Some of the best customer service I have ever had a cute little hotel.

Very clean and quiet. Owners were friendly and helpful with suggestions on things to do. Cozy little cottages with a deck to relax on and a great breakfast included. My only suggestion would be to have a towel ring beside bathroom sink to hang a hand towel from, and a little WD40 on squeaky doors. We plan on returning to this one!

The host was very accommodating , it’s a peaceful quiet place. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mornings are beautiful you have good views of the mountains! I definitely would stay here again.

Awesome Experience!!

The Piccadilly exceeded our expectations by far. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the owner gave us a complimentary upgrade from the small cottage we originally booked to a more spacious one. We really enjoyed our evening in our cozy cottage. In the morning before we checked out we were able to choose what we wanted for breakfast from their list of available choices. Breakfast was then plated for us and we were welcome to sit inside, or outside on their patio or to take a seat on their unique double decker bus to enjoy the food. What an awesome experience we had. Should we find ourselves in Radium Hot Springs again we would not hesitate to stay at the Piccadilly.

Best hosts, fantastic stay, will be back for sure!! I felt relaxed and at home:)

We have been at the Piccadilly before (about 25 years ago) and the property was improved a lot since. We enjoyed the stay both times and found the proprietors both times very friendly and accommodating. We are making plans for a return hopefully next summer with our family in tow.

Eating breakfast on a double decker bus was very unique indeed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!!!

A hidden gem. One of the nicest places we stayed in in our BC vacation.

Characterful, welcoming host, ideal introduction to the Kootenay Mountains. Surprising complimentary breakfast. NOthing to dislike for us.

The Picadilly -- Excellent All Around!

Pauline and Lee, our hosts, were helpful, friendly and informative. They provided local color and suggestions. The morning breakfast was excellent, and the lodging was nicely done.

Strongly recommend this as anyones go to place to stay in Radium. Clean and cozy rooms. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Breakfast was great. The owners and staff are amazing! We will stay here everytime we are in Radium.

I loved that there was a kitchen so we could cook. Flowers on the patio added to the quaintness. Also we left early every morning so they brought us a basket of food since we missed breakfast every day. Very clean
