Very great place and perfect for relaxation.

The price is right, considering the proximity of Clifton Hill and of course the free parking!

Good for the money!

It’s worth for a price of 80-100$ (the standard rate). I only had a problem with their washroom. The toilet bowl is fixed so close to the wall and only a thin person or a child could manage sitting on it. I m medium built and still had some inconvenience (hope you know what I mean).

Staff is very nice, price is good, and very walkable to everything!

Quiet motel near Clifton Hill

Quiet and comfortable motel near Clifton Hill. Free parking. There was a fridge but no microwave, no cups in the room. There was only soap and no shampoo, so bring your own shampoo or you can get small travel-sized shampoos at the dollar store. There weren’t many channels on TV. The bed was comfortable. There is no heat/A/C - the unit is unplugged from the wall and I think there is a sign that says “do not use.” There might be some long-term residents who live here, which might make your stay a bit uncomfortable. For around the same price, I could get a motel that offers more.

The area was very accessible to the QEW, making the drive to and back very smooth. The room was clean, I would say my suite was a bit colder, until I realised there was a spafe heater haha. Good service overall.

We left early didn’t want to spend two nights bed was rock hard everything was clean but there’s better options around even tho you may spend more it’s better to enjoy your stay

Overall, if you are looking for modern updated bathroom, bed and furniture, then this is not the place for you, but if are looking for cleanliness, practicality at a good price, then you have found your stay

The room was trash smelled really bad stains on carpet.

My family and I just returned home from staying at the Olympia hotel. Fantastic experience! We will be back! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even opened the pool a little earlier so our daughter could swim. We highly recommend this Motel.

Was a perfect stay, close to downtown Falls area

This is what I would consider a real budget motel. Since I was there visiting family, I basically just slept there. The pros-The owners/staff are very friendly and accommodating and check-in was painless. The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Parking was free.Very short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls.The cons- the furniture was pretty dated. There were numerous upgrades and repairs done to the room. The shower pressure and temperature were a little difficult to adjust. The TV was small and only got 5-6 stations. If you are looking for some luxury this is not the motel for you. This is a budget motel and you get what you pay for.Depending on your taste and budget, this may or may not be the place for you.

Our stay in this motel was very pleasant. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was as it is advertised. Close to the Clifton Hills and to all convenient places to go. The room was nice cleaner then what we expected. Our first two days were great temperatures, but our last two days were ok it rained. But overall it was nice stay in Olimpian Hotel

The king bed was very comfortable!

Floors were not clean, flies inside and outside the room, due to open garbage bin outside the room. Also the bathroom was pretty basic and old equipments.

Washroom are not properly cleaned.

Location is is close to the falls, receptionists is accommodating. The motel needs upgrading but good enough for a one night stay.

It’s everything you would expect from a motel. Flies in the room, beds are not great, no hooks in bathroom, but the location is great you can walk to all the tourists attractions and falls, and it has a car parking too that was very convenient. Hope this helps, enjoy Niagara!

Excellent for the price

The property was on the main street to walk to the falls. It was not suitable for letting out in mu opinion. This is because it was filthy with odds and ends of wood to make a bed. Just awful. Filthy everywhere

Comfortable stay. Walkable distance to Clifton hill and Niagara Falls. Checkin was quick and easy. Building is old and definitely needs a rewamp.

A quiet little place located off the bustling Clifton Hill. The room was cozy and exactly what we needed after a whole day of adventure. There are loads of restaurants around the hotel which offer a range of cuisines. Owners are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.

The bed was very comfortable and it is so close to the falls to be walkable but far enough away to be quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is older, but well maintained. The pool was clean and the office staff, who I assume are the owners, were very friendly and helpful. The property is conveniently located close to Clifton Hill. This is an affordable option for a stay in Niagara.

The best quality about the motel is the location. Walkable to Clifton Hill and all the attractions and restaurants. Bathrooms need updating and a good deep clean.

Walkable to the Falls and parking are the only good things about this motel. Seriously worn out and not very clean...which might be okay if lower priced, but with what was charged, some upgrades could be occurring.

I love thats its very accessible to the falls walking like 5 mins although we walk the longer way but got some lovely souvenirs..... The owners are very polite and friendly also the neighbors was very friendly Had an amazing time with my hubby and son We will go again and recommend this place for anyone to stay with reasonable prices and location to the falls in minutes Davainne and family we recommend this place

Close to entertainment

Great location, could be cleaner but was just there to sleep while enjoying the sites and the entertainment the Niagara Falls has to offer. Beds were comfortable and the price was right.

Hotel was in a great location, and very good price. Room however could have used a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Also, the wi-fi was not that great. Owner was very nice & friendly, no complaints there. Stayed one full night.

Location , Location , Location.... You will save on parking. All Niagara Falls entertainment is a block aways. The show water pressure is super amazing.

Olympia in Niagara Falls

Location was great. Amenities okay. Wifi very slow. Neighboring tenants were from Hell.

I picked the hotel because of its location. Though the room is very basic it was satisfactory. I wish the room were warmer though, but there was a space heater in the room. Surprisingly I was not given a WiFi password.

The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Sitting area limited and chairs were adequate. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker and maybe microwave, but there was no place to plug in. No outlets handy to charge phone or plug in laptop.

Convenient location and clean property

This place wasn’t a good deal. Wifi indicated you were connected but didn’t work. We had to use a lot of cell data. Bathroom was scary. Hair in the bathtub and chipped enamel. Towels were like sandpaper, so old. The room has never been renovated. Save more money before your trip and stay somewhere better, unless you’re just looking for a party room and plan on passing out.

Overall, the unit is good. Just some minor and easy fixes needed - like re-paint the old looking painted areas in the unit and make sure no tinge of use by the previous occupants - an issue in our unit...

The room was so so. The building was kind of old. The patio needs to be cleaned. People were smoking in the patio that bothered me and there is need of designated smoking area.

The corners of the windows and walls were very dirty. Our room did not have a microwave In terms of location, it might be good. But the price for this room is too high.

The Olympia motel is a great place if you want to be close to all the main activities, while not walking too much, and are planning on not spending tooich time in your room. The room are very outdated Bathroom needs a lot of work. The wifi doesn't even work very well. But the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The staff are amazing though. They fix the problems very kick. And the fact that parking is included is a big plus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay, for the price we paid.
