Unbeatable views of English Harbour and Nelson’s dockyard in a small super friendly setting. 5 mins walk (down hill) to restaurants and supermarket. Less than 10 mins to Nelson’s Dockyard and approx 15- 20 mins to pigeon point beach. The rooms- beds comfy, great power shower in bathroom, good air con. We had a fridge in our room but no kettle but we (and other guests) had 24 hour access to free cold and hot water from the breakfast area for tea/coffee. The pool was great and cleaned every day. There were no sun umbrellas on the pool deck when we went but you could sit in the breakfast area above the pool if you wanted shade. The free breakfast was more substantial than I was expecting help yourself to fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread/toast, cold meat/cheese, cooked things available for a small charge. There is a well stocked honesty bar available 24/7. Some of the decking areas are in need of an upgrade but this did not affect our stay. This is not a 5 star hotel but what it offers in views and friendliness are unbeatable. We are so glad we chose Ocean Inn and would definitely stay again.

The host was a super nice person and cared about his guests. He went out of his way for us to have a great cabin tor our stay. I would highly recommend Ocean Inn. The view from our cabin was stupendous, it was overlooking the bay. Even with all the steps it was manageable, and life on them was a surprise. (That was a bonus.) Thank you, Robert.

The property had the most incredible view of English Harbour and the staff and Robert, the owner, were lovely, so accommodating and would go out of their way to do anything for you. We had one of the separate chalets with our own balcony which was perfect. The buffet style breakfast was perfect and extra was put on on Christmas Day and New Years Day by Selwin who was an absolute gentleman. If you go, you need to sit down with him and listen to his amazing stories. He's done a lot and met some incredible people in his life.

Robert was a great host and the place was perfect for our one night stay in English Harbor. Short walk to lots of great food options. AMAZING views and a lovely pool for an evening swim. Definitely recommend.

Host was great

This is a small family run hotel. What it lacks in fancyness is more than made up for in friendliness! Robert is a great host and we'd definitely go back again! The view of English Harbor is spectacular!

Robert and his team made sure we had a great stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had fun and were taken care of. Amazing view and beautiful pool.

Friendly welcome from hotel owner with efficient staff. Excellent honesty bar. The view, though, is the best, overlooking English Harbour and the Dockyard. Very walkable and convenient for bus to St John's.

Had a great stay, I had the most amazing view of the harbour from my deck. English Harbour was quiet this time of year (september) but i still loved the area. Looking forward to coming back again another time! Thanks Robert!

Care, transportation assistance and warm friendliness of the staff and especially the owner Robert was superb. Cleanliness of the room , the comfortable bed with soft pillows and the safe environment was perfect home away from home. The location of the Ocean Inn overlooking the beautiful and peaceful scenery of the English Harbour with cool sea breeze was soul refreshing, uplifting, romantic and unforgettable memories. What a view!

We had the most spectacular time highly recommended

The owner is wonderful it was a good stay close to everything! Some repairs need to be done but it was still fantastic for the price! The breakfast was same everyday it would have been nice to have more options like scrambled eggs verus hard boiled eggs, may some peanut butter and bacon some mornings! Beautiful views and gardens i would go again but maybe upgrade to cottages !

Lovely views of English harbor from our clean comfortable room. Very nice mattress, easy sleeping. The pool has great lounge chairs, a perfect place to celebrate paradise.

Charming with a beautiful view

Robert is a wonderful host. We lost a day and then arrived late the second day. Robert welcomed us and made everything easy. We would stay there again.

This Inn was really nice to stay at, amazing view, staff were nice, the owner helped us so my CV and came with breakfast. Very reasonable price as well.

Great chilled out vacation

Came to Antigua at the last minute in the middle of low season and this hotel/B&B was fantastic. There were great views across the English harbour and Robert was so helpful. If you have any questions he could either point you in the right direction or would phone someone right away and sort it out. Highly recommended as a place to stay despite the hill from the shoreline but if you want great views you need to get up to them!!!

I Stayed here for a week during the Easter vacation with my daughter. The view was everything!!! An exotic blend of fruit trees and ocean views. Love me some nature therapy! As I intended to do some relaxing the location was just perfect for me but maybe my daughter would have preferred more excitement/activities offered for kids her age other than just the pool (She was 8 years old at the time). Breakfast each morning was excellent and my daughter looked forward to the donuts the most. Robert was quite welcoming and accommodating. My only complaints would be that the WiFi was dropping a lot and the cleaners were not consistent with cleaning our room! Also one day there was no hot water in the shower (so this was quite traumatising for my drama princess, haha!)

Fabulous views over English harbor, friendly hotelier and staff, laundry service!, substantial breakfast and full of guests who all love and live sailing.

Great value local accommodation

Lovely, family run, local hotel in a very expensive area. Amazing views and close to the action without being unaffordable. Very nice host. Home from home.

Grounds and view from deck very nice. Our room was the PITS!!! Double bed was two singles pushed together w/ridge in middle. TV did not work had to share bath and the bathroom not up to any standards. Closet inadequate, lamp didn't work. Would have left but did not know area. Was going to complain to manager next day but not on property. Am not one to usually complain but beware of this place. Some of the other accommodations on the property may have been OK but certainly not ours.

Such a beautiful setting with wonderful views. Well situated because it's an easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, but far away enough to remain quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by flowers and trees. Robert the owner is so friendly and helpful. Would love to return!

The beautiful view of English Harbour was a constant focus from the broad porch where we would have breakfast. The pool deck had the same lovely view. The guests were engaging, the inn keeper kind. The Inn is within easy walking distance of the Nelson's Dockyard, the museum, Falmouth Harbour waterfront, and not far from three beaches.

Awesome house close to the harbor. Owner is great. Hope to make it back someday.

The camp host Robert was awesome, he goes above and beyond to make sure the tenant is good and taken care of. The ocean inn has wonderful view of the harbor. I will return!

Beautiful serene location overlooking English Harbor. Coming from a big city, I cherished waking up to birds chirping and not sirens, loud neighbors or psychos walking in the neighborhood!

Unrivalled views

The views from the hotel can not be beaten. Excellent location 10 minutes walk to Nelson's Dockyard and 20 minutes to a fabulous beach at Pigeon Point. The cottages are comfortable and clean. The owner, Robert is a very welcoming host.

The hotel/bnb has an AMAZING view over English harbour, the view from the swimming pool is brilliant. There is a honesty bar with cheap prices which was great. The swimming pool and terrace was well presented with lovely flora and fauna. We had a private villa room and this was delightful. Facilities were good, Aircon worked perfectly. My only fault is that the paintwork in the rooms, a few cracked bathroom tiles, and the entrance area could be spruced up to make this a truly perfect stay. Lovely continental breakfast on veranda. Very welcoming friendly host (we arrived early and were allowed in two hours before the arrival time with no issues). Great location for walking into English harbour.

Property was aged but in good condition and well suited for its purpose. Very comfortable and felt like home. Excellent staff and Ownership and beautiful view and flora. We would definitely come back

Very simple room with no amenities except for a refrigerator, TV and a hot pot to heat water - there were no coffee cups or water glasses. The pool area was small with only 4 chairs, but the pool was clean and the view of English Harbor was lovely. There was an honor bar at the pool for some beverages which was convenient. Continental breakfast was adequate.

The views are fantastic,you could not have better, unfortunately the property requires repairs and redecoration.

The Ocean Inn is a home from home. The owner Robert is very helpful and welcoming as are all the staff. This is a truly unique place to stay. Beautiful views overlooking English Harbour, best breakfast in town and a wonderful place to relax. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing views of English harbor with very nice accommodation but a little sterile. Could use some Caribbean colors and art in and out of rooms. Great value with easy walking to fabulous restaurants!!

Our room overlooked the harbour..breakfast had a beautiful view!! The owner of the inn, Robert..was FABULOUS!! Yes, I said Fabulous!! It had the feel of staying at someone's private home. I enjoy strong coffee.. so that would be my only suggestion. We loved everyone there and hope to return soon Thanks
