Reception is open 7 AM to 9 PM from October to June, and 9 AM to 6 PM from July to September. Guests arriving after hours must contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. Guests may be required to change rooms during their stay. Room upgrades are subject to availability. Please note: The in-room smart TVs offer streaming video services only. Cable, satellite, or digital TV service is not available. From December 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, spa hours are 8:30 AM-8:30 PM and the ski/snowboard desk will be unmanned.
