The front desk agent that checked me in was amazing and whoever took my room request order thank you so much for taking your time with me you guys were amazing
Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was seamless!
Weekend stay
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay at The Logan. We loved our room’s view of Logan Circle and the short distance to everything around town. The staff at the reception desk were especially friendly and welcoming.
No electrical outlets or USB charge stations at bedside. Only across room. It's 2025...
Walkable Pillows were awful and it was a little noisy and alarm clock went off at 5
Wonderful stay
It was a good experience and the hotel staff was great. It is close to many sites and walking distance from all the museums. my only complaint is that the pool was more supervised. There was a family there who let their kids run amok. Other than that I would love to stay here again in the future.
It was nice, not much parking in the area but Vallet is available.
Beautiful view
Will be coming back
I sat in lobby area studying and preparing for a meeting. Watched a mouse run back and forth through lobby. Couldn’t take my eyes off it, fearing it would near. Alerted the front desk. They put a glue trap at the bar, which was in front of me. I was scared to move but hurried to my room fearing I would see the trap catch a mouse. Horrified. Surprised at the Logan’s handling of this. I stayed there several times before that. No one asked if I was ok. Was traumatized for days after that
The aesthetic of the hotel was fine as far as the lobby, hallways, etc. I stayed in my room for two days. The first morning in, I took a shower and when exiting, picked up a towel to dry. The towel had dried up blood on it. I was absolutely mortified that the hotel staff would not have checked the linen for anything like that. I took it to the lobby in the laundry bag and they did nothing. I received no accommodations, nothing. There was a very dry apology, and security was asked to take the towel and send it off “to the lab”. No one advised me of next steps or what would happen thereafter. The information about the towels was provided to me by security. No one from the hotel staff said anything to me after the towel was handed over. I’m disgusted and disappointed.
Great stay. Great staff
It was a wonderful room. Clean and big. Bathroom could use a ventilation system Restaurant in the hotel was good but not for the price.
Really Appreciste How Brsutiful The Property Is, Staff Is So Amzing, Look Forward To My Next Stsy
The front desk staff was excellent at check in but it all fell apart when we got to our room. The room was not clean - bedding was not clean, the toilet looked used, there was gum stuck to the desk etc and when we asked for the bed linens to be changed, housekeeping just brought us new sheets to change the beds ourselves but the new “clean” sheets were stained and had holes in them. In addition, there was no movie rental or streaming option on the tv - just live broadcast cable. We checked out after 1 day and were so happy at the new clean hotel.
The hotel has a great location and amenities, however the front desk seems understaffed and the hotel ran out of blankets for our pullout couch.
Great property. It's an older building but very clean and the decor is updated. VERY friendly staff. Great location and dining options near by.
My only regret was that our stay was so short. We didn't get a chance to go the roof, pool or spa. Based on the quality of the public spaces, I bet they'd have been awesome. The hotel is large and well-appointed, with lots of room in the lobby and a central bar area. Despite its size, we never waited for an elevator. The room was less impressive, but was clean and quite large.
Love it
Not worth the money
We arrived before check in time and was told our room was in clean status and we would receive text when the room is ready. Meanwhile others were going upstairs to rooms being greeted in line and being offered water. We had no offer of water the greeter never acknowledged us. The room was booked for 4 persons and there wasn’t any linen for the sofa bed which had food crumbs when opened. There was a balcony with views of the city however it was dirty. The accommodation didn’t match the cost!
Great location and value
Hotel was spacious and lovely. Unbeatable location walkable to the museums as well as the main dining scenes downtown. Great service and they even recognized our anniversary with a treat. Definitely a popular tourist and family hotel, but we found it to be calm still. Very happy with the value here. Rooftop bar is a fun touch!
Pros: beautiful spaces, comfortable beds, great rooftop bar, friendly staff Cons: bathroom lighting WAY too dim- very difficult to apply makeup; only one bathroom outlet hidden away from sink - it was hard to find!
They need more staff! Housekeeping is 9-5 only. Took 15 hours to get bedding for our pull out bed. There was only one person at the desk. They are nice and professional but overworked. Hilton needs to do better. It has so much potential.
Large hotel with a large family suite and bunkbeds that my children loved. The hotel lobby and public areas were very clean and well maintained, parking across the street, and the kids loved the pool. Where it fell short for me was that the room was not stocked with toys as promised, and the room was quite dated, as well as the lack of towels in the pool.
The hotel was elegant with wonderful courtyards and amenities. Restaurant on site had a great steakhouse. I travelled with my little 6lb pomeranian and everyone was very welcoming to her . The location of the property was awesome to visit all the surrounding museums and it overlooked Logan Square with a beautiful fountain and gardens.
The hotel is understaffed, and outdated.
comfortable room, nice view. Mini fridge had black mold in it :((
We had a great stay. Great location. Felt the bathrooms could be updated or cleaner.
The property was nice and so was the staff. We did not engage room service much but the ladies were exceptionally accommodating to us when we needed additional towels etc.
Top notch. Clean, spacious rooms. Great service and location
The best
Excellent!
We were blown away by the staff at the Logan, we were celebrating our anniversary, and when we checked they had upgraded our parkway view room to one of their “gem” suites, and it simply blew my wife’s mind, and to top it off the staff of the Logan and the urban farmer sent us a bottle of champagne, macaroons and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate, they truly go above and beyond for their guests.
Great location, in the middle of everything a tourist wants to visit, professional and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good amenities.
Great location, super cool and swanky vibe, but still accessible and convenient. Great view city view, looking at the fountain as promised!
I feel like the pictures try to make this place seem more spectacular then it is. It isn't. Its a hotel. Lobby has all
Nice stay
The rooms could use some renovation. Other that no complaints
Very convenient and I appreciated the dinner recommendations we received.
Overall a nice hotel.
The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel… want to plan a trip back for a rest day!
Very nice hotel
Top notch all around
The staff at ‘The Logan’ was second to none. You could not even think about looking confused without prompt attention from their on-the-ball team. I would not have changed a thing.
Excellent hotel. Spacious, well decorated, easy accessibility to subway. Staff very attentive. Excellent experience.
Kind staff, very nice rooms
Excellent experience
Recommended!
Check-in service was great, valet was super courteous, room was great, including the hot water and shower water pressure!
Family overnight
Overall it is a pretty good stay. Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is pretty clean but the rooms are dated. Our bed was absolutely terrible with a large indentation in the middle which led to a terrible nights sleep. The only other issue is the elevators. So many people come to the assembly rooftop that the elevators get overwhelmed and you will find yourself waiting for an unacceptable amount of time.
The Logan is situated right on Philadelphia’s beautiful Logan square with easy access to many attractions. Staff are friendly and accommodating!
Just a very quality stay & was as advertised. Luxurious, as well as convenient
The sheets on the sofa bed were dirty when we arrived, hairs and all. When we asked them to change them the next morning, they cleaned the room but changed the sheets! It was a terrible experience.
Awesome
Very cozy. Very quaint. The spa was amazing. Staff was friendly. Hotel was great
Our entire stay was great until we checked out and we were charged some other guests charges for urban farmer and still waiting for a refund for the charges that were fraudulently put on our room, in my honest opinion charging dining and such to your room shouldn’t be an option as it would’ve prevented this from happening.
Really beautiful well done property and feels like a boutique hotel in Center city Philly - wonderful staff and great service !
The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was beautiful and offered the perfect view of the parkway.
Beautiful lobby and amenities. Rooms were somewhat outdated and we found an old sock in the pull out bed. Overall decent stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and was within walking distance to many attractions.
Disappointed
We wanted to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday in Philly. We picked this hotel in particular because it was supposed to be a “luxury” hotel. The pictures of the rooms and the hotel itself made The Logan look like a great hotel for our trip. I will say that the hotel was pretty busy with St. Patty’s day weekend festivities and what looked like a few weddings book all at the same time. When we arrived for check-in there was a long line to check in. Once we got our room key we were excited to enter the space. The lobby and common spaces of the hotel were just as pictured, our room not so much which was no a huge deal until we went into the bathroom to find pubic hairs on the rim of the toilet seat and also more were found in the tub. The bar/coffee maker was disgusting. We wanted to get some ice and the ice bucket was caked with dust buildup. I will say the rest of the room like the linens, floor, and seating were clean. It was a disappointing experience, I hope this experience was just because it was a busy weekend and lack of staffing to handle the turnover because the location, parking, and Urban Farmer restaurant was at least a plus.
It's great!
Best stay ever! Staff wonderful!
Everything was amazing
Beautiful hotel!
Nothing special about the property, typical room (mine wasn’t cleaned well hair all over the bathroom) Very thin walls you can hear everything and everyone Wouldn’t stay again
Great hotel. Didn’t know what to expect with the Logan brand but I’ll look in other cities for the brand. Staff was beyond accommodating and the hotel was lovey.
Must visit spa!!!!
Typical US service and hotel .... Outdated and poo
Unbelievably rude, poor, lazy, slow, staff across front desk and restaurant. These people wouldn't have jobs in the UK or Europe. Dreadful service. Actually rude in most instances. Bathroom was never cleaned, floors or shower. I needed to ask for shower gel to be restocked.
Awesone
Slightly better cleaning of the rooms would have made it perfect.
Great location
I loved it
My family went here for my mom's birthday and it was great! The staff were so helpful, everything was so clean and beautiful, and it was in a perfect place in the city! Would definitely stay again!!
The hotel was beautiful and we loved that they had an area with a pool table. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.
Great hotel!
Had an amazing stay here at the Logan. It is literally in the middle of everything. Valet is amazing and bring your vehicle in less than 10 mins. The urban farmer restaurant on the first floor was very delicious. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to experience the spa. Prior to arriving to the Logan I tried to book a couples massage and was told to inform the front desk when I arrive. Once I arrived front desk informed to speak with the underground spa directly and they were already booked up for weeks. Other than that the rooms were very clean and the staff were outstanding. We stayed on the 7th floor with the balcony and an amazing view of the Philadelphia art museum. I will definitely stay here again.
I was hoping for something a bit nicer
The rooms need an upgrade. They feel run down and dingy. The linens felt old.
We stayed on Valentines Day 2025 and had a blast! I was super impressed with how clean it was despite that the Eagles Parade(go birds!) was wrapping up as we arrived. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view! We loved working out at the gym and the pool looked fun! Neat hotel with so many extras!!
Average stay. Expected more but they appeared severely short staffed.
This was a repeat stay for me. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are well-appointed. Food is very good. Excellent Happy Hour. I especially received EXCELLENT service from Julian at Reception (5am on 2/14). We will return to this hotel next time we are in Philadelphia.
Lovely stay.
Had a lovely stay at The Logan. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Lots of spaces to relax and spacious room with a great view.
Outstanding location right by Franklin Institute and a short walk to the Barnes as well as lots of restaurants. Our room overlooking the fountain was surprisingly quiet and very spacious.
Very nice staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
Felt safe and secure from start to finish. Lovely time!
We had an amazing time. The Logan actually upgraded out room to the Commonwealth suite because they overbooked and have our room away. The rim was amazing and clean. The staff was super professional and kind. Would definitely recommend
Front desk staff was excellent and accommodating the rooms were clean beds were very comfortable pool was nice restaurant was okay they should really do a breakfast buffet or brunch buffet that would have been great overall very good
The only negative is the restaurant. The food in my opinion is terrible.
Great service, but unhappy about experience
The service was excellent, but the beds were tiny and the pool was not in service. There was no trash can in the bathroom and the room was not ready when we tried to check in at check in time. They were very kind about it and kept our luggage until after we returned from dinner. Then it was ready, but it was inconvenient. Really, the service was really professional and upbeat, but the accomodations were annoying.
The staff was friendly and helpful when we had a small glitch in our reservation. During the Super Bowl parade everything was safe and well organized. Great times!!
The front desk staff was really nice and the valet was so attentive! Best valet I've experienced at a hotel. Only downside was that our room wasn't available when we got there (we thought check in was 3pm but it was 4pm) and the only options were to wait the hour or pay $60 extra for an upgraded room. We couldn't wait the hour so we got the upgraded room, but it was a really great and spacious room with a living area that was wonderful. The king sized bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.
Views of Logan square
Great Stay
Easy check-in. Valet service was great and convenient. Hotel was a great location. Easy access from the highway.
Beautiful stay. Nice rooftop. Central location. Walkable to museums. Restaurant and bar on first floor
Excellent
Great location and close to the museams. Their rooftop bar is wonderful. City taps and victory brewery are great spots less than a block away. Have benn here multiple times and aleays enjoy this hotel. I am looking foward to their pool renovation.
Solid stay, price, and location
Friendly staff, great location and good food.
4/5
Everything was great. Only thing outdated was the TV. Older model tv, no streaming services or options to buy movies and was just basic cable with no tv guide.
Friendly staff clean accommodations
Room and hotel are clean and beautiful
Great hotel in a perfect location
Great hotel in a great location -- close to the heart of downtown, but near Franklin Parkway and all its attractions. The rooms are spacious, lobby and restaurant are quite nice, only minor complaint is a need for some upgrading of the gym (or expansion!). It's become my go-to hotel in downtown Philadelphia.
