This was a great aparthotel! A very spacious, clean room in a fabulous area of Lisbon. I would say it was walkable to most of the sites one would want to see, and anything not walkable, was easily accessible by the nearby train stations. It's a block away from what I would consider the NY Park Avenue of Lisbon, but then on all the side roads is a far more local, charming feel. ...so the best of both worlds. I found some amazing restaurants / cool shops in the area...and so much beauty in the surrounding architecture. The staff was totally awesome, and I appreciate al the attention to detail. I would definitely stay there again if if (hopefully when) I return to Lisbon! The best part...a historic funicular is less than a few steps away. :)

Great location, great space!

What a great place to stay!! Fab location and perfect for families. Apartment was really spacious and had a lovely communal area downstairs. We were so happy with it! Would definitely recommend it!

Helpful and kind team, very clean room and large, well-equipped communal gathering space in a super convenient location. This was our second stay at the Lisbonairre, and it will always be our go-to place when visiting Lisbon.

Met our expectations as advertised. Room is clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Reception speaks English. Walk to nearby tourist areas. Only drawback is rooms on 3rd floor not accessible by elevator, but reception can help if you need to haul luggage up and down.

A nice property with good amenities and friendly staff. Metro is close, lots to do in the vicinity. We were able to get in early and house-keeping were very kind and helpful when we arrived and showed us to our room and let us in.

It felt like home away from home. Very comfortable and safe. We had no problem sleeping at all

Very happy with our choice

We're very satisfied with our 4 night stay. The location was great - so central that the Uber driver dropping us from the airport told us we would not need another Uber (there's a direct airport bus but we arrived too late). Lots of transit nearby and an ALDI a short walk away for groceries. Very clean with pleasant & helpful staff. The room was very well-designed with attention to detail such as USB wall outlets for universal charging and oil/salt/pepper provided for cooking. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise and not something we have encountered with other aparthotels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND with caveat for those with accessibility concerns. Some rooms are on 3rd floor but elevator only goes to 2nd floor and there is a steep hill to climb to reach the property.. but only one short block. Otherwise ticks all boxes.

This place ticks all the boxes. The guys at the reception, special mention of Gustav, are awesome, always friendly and believe in service with a smile. They have daily Housekeeping & its lovely to come back to a clean & kept apartment by the end of day. Apts are fully equipped for a short stay and the location is simply the best on can get in Lisbon in terms of being close to everything. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Lisbonaire :)

Good, but deferred maintenance.

The apartments overall were great. Great location and staff. But, they are not on top of maintenance. Washing machine trapped clothes. Window had handle removed because it wasn’t

Very well situated to visit around. Lots of restaurants and bars, shopping. Quiet enough and comfortable.

Amazing Stay - home away from home

We had a great time staying at the property. We are a family of 4 and younger one is just 1 year old. My apartment had enormous space and was enough for my daughter to crawl around. Like home, everything is provided specially in the kitchen. Icing on a cake, You will also find Google mini in the Kitchen :) Location is spot on. It is just next to Gloria funicular and close to Rossio square. Service & staff is excellent. We had a late flight and we had requested for arranging milk. They provided full case of milk. We absolutely loved the property and highly recommend it.

This apartment was located in a veey cramped area. But very central so so much around. We did not expect too much since it was quite affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised because the apartment was HUGE. The place was so big and clean and bright. What a pleasure to stay there . We will absolutely go back to that apartment and refer to our friends. The conceirge was friendly and very welcoming. Fantatastic experience.

Great, but towels were old and not nice

Good and well maintained property in a very central location. We enjoyed staying here and it was close to trams, metro and trains and within 5 minutes of all of them. There were a quite a few good dining options as well which were quite close.

Everything was great. Perfect location, super helpful, kind staff, spacious, fully equipped, clean apartament and great private parking were we could live our car also after check out (which might not always be possibile but when it is, one will get it - very kind and helpful).

The property was very nice. Just loud trash trucks that come by around 1am.

The property is very nice and in a great location! I’m only giving it 4 stars because the apartment was at the third floor and the elevator goes only to the second floor. Also the parking garage on-site is accessible by an elevator. We had a mid size rental car and it was pretty stressful going in and out.

Had a wonderful stay. Communication was amazing, they confirmed bedding configuration days before and emailed me the access code to the apartment. The apartment itself was large and spacious and had everything in it. We had been travelling for a few weeks by this stage and it was just nice to have the space and come to such a lovely apartment on our last stop. The beds were comfortable. It was so close to everything. Guy at reception was just so nice. Highly recommend.

Good location, would stay again!

This apartment had everything a full suite kitchen you need for long term stay. They had a washer in my unit which was useful for our stay. The bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Location was 10/10 - super convenient and literally by the downtown core but also very quiet. The wifi was unprotected and a little spotty at times.

Great Aparthotel in Center

Great aparthotel located in the city center. Check-in was completely automated and we'll communicated and the flats were spacious and comfortable. Wifi worked great for my entire stay and the washing machine was very handy after a long trip. This is a great choice in the city center.

꽤 괜찮은 숙소

번호키가 고장나서 수동키를 가지고 다녔습니다. 지금은 고쳤을지 모르겠네요. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙소 입니다. 인원이 한명 늘어 엑스트라배드도 친절히 만들어주고 위치도 호시우역에서 5분거리로 좋네요. 와이파이는 다소 느리고, 소파베드 쿠션감이 그렇게 좋진 않습니다. 물은 따듯하게 잘나오지만 순간 온수기를 사용하여 조금 시끄럽습니다. 순간온수기가 주방 싱크대쪽에 설치되어 잇음. 작지만 엘레베이터도 있고 리셉션도 친절해서 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 그리고 숙소 근처에 Quermesse Restaurante 가보세요. 맛있습니다. 랍스터 먹물 파스타,리조또 다 맛있게 먹었습니다

Not a bad spot. Good location, helpful staff. It’s noisy though. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs and a white noise track. I could hear the baby screaming next door through the wall, and the trucks at night were awfully loud. Nothin luxurious, but a reasonable place to stay in Lisbon.

The apartment has a fantastic location. It is in a very centrally locates and safe area. It’s a very comfortable apartment - we were a family of 4- 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa individual beds in the living room are comfortable to sleep in and the small bedroom is very cosy. There is ample storage also. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There is daily housekeeping also- this however could be better- the cleaning was very ok.

Hard to Locate

It was extremely difficult to locate this place by driving. It’s on a back alley street cuts off and you are unable to drive through. The GPS says you have arrived when the street name shows up 3 blocks away. Took me 45 minutes after multiple going arounds and asking local businesses to find this place.

Short, comfortable stay in downtown Lisbon.

The bedroom part of the apartment was very small. However, the apartment had a good size kitchen with a big fridge, a stove and a dishwasher and a good size bathroom. Everything was new and modern, it was very clean and included all you need for a short stay in the city. The building is close to cafes and restaurants and in the downtown area, it has public transportation near by and is on a quiet street. It was March so I can't say if in the Summer months it is as quiet. The reception area has someone there most of the day to answer any questions. They even offer a safe storage space for luggage, if necessary and a large lounge area in the basement. Over all I recommended The Lisbonaire.

Very nice apartment for the price

We really liked the apartments, everything there was very convenient, the kitchen was great, there were enough power outlets on the walls, great refrigerator, nice facilities overall. the only problem for us was that it is located a little bit outside of the main historic area and to get to it we needed to go up the street. But this is only because we are older, for younger people it would not be a problem at all. The people at the front desk were very polite. Overall, great place to stay.

Room is very spacious and clean. Love the convenience of having a washing machine. But the street noise is very annoying at night. Wish the windows are better insulated.

Street noise

Location excellent, room excellent, unfortunately noise from the street is clearly heard in the room and it's very loud, the double glazing doesn't seem to work at all even though I made sure the windows were closed properly with the latches in the correct position, the street is a dead end but taxis turn around in the road all night and doors are slamming into the early hours, then the bin men come every night at 3 to 4 in the morning and they are very loud, we asked to move room but were told all rooms faced the road I don't know if this is true, I am back in work next week but could do with a weeks holiday to get over this. I only assume reviews which say this hotel is quiet have had rooms which don't face the road

Chic, Central & Spacious!

Stayed in the Lisbonaire Apartments with my hubby and 2 kids for 4 fabulous days. They turned the sofa into two beds for the kids hubby and I had a bedroom to ourselves downstairs. We were able to make breakfast/tea coffee in our kitchen. And there were loads of places to eat on our doorstep. We found our flat to be clean, spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location cannot be beat. All in all it’s a great place to stay!

What a great place. Paid more than we were going to but worth every cent. Close to everything. Good advice given from reception. Great lounge area in basement with gym, pool table, play area for kids and storeroom for luggage for early or late travellers

Spacious, clean & a washing machine i

My experience was great , it’s closer to everything shops , cafe , spacious , clean , staff were very helpful, safe . The great things for us was having our own washing machine in our own room , if not using dryer a clothes airer was provided. Definitely stay there again ! 😍

Perfect apartment hotel location!

One block from Liberdade..... The main road for shopping, restaurant s, walking tour meetups, train station excellent service.....even repaired my walker, set up tours, made suggestions.... Safe, secure, comfortable.

Clean and spacious apartment

We have just returned from a 3 night visit to Lisbon and were very pleased with the apartment we stayed in. Check in was simple - by code, emailed a few days earlier. A small issue with set up of our room (no twin as requested) was sorted at the first opportunity. The room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Wifi was perfect. We made use both of the large games room (to play pool only though as the cardboard table tennis and table football weren't really playable!) and the roof top terrace. The only slight issue we had was with the safe which had apparently been broken by previous guests and was not fixed during our stay.

Great staff and perfect location

My girlfriend and I both enjoyed our staff at the apartment. We were in the perfect location to explore Lisbon; a short walk to Bairro Alto, a short walk to the station to which you can travel to Sintra, and a short walk to the coast. The rooms are well equipped: kettle, toaster, oven and hob, cutlery and cleaned daily. The staff are friendly, approachable and happy to help. All in all, a lovely stay and would recommend these apartments! Ben

Excellent location

We had a great experience at The Lisbonaire. It provided everything we needed, and we appreciated the edgy aesthetic and architecture of the space. During our time in Lisboa we were able to hit all the sites on our list as everything was easily accessible.

A Home Away from Home

The apartment is on a side street so the location is quiet and easy walk to transportation. You can make your own meals and safe some money, too. The apartment was spacious and had all the comforts of home. I recommend.

Amazing hotel, perfect for young family

We had a great time at this hotel. Very spacious and clean and well situated. They gave us a baby bundle which is really helpful.

Lovely find in Lisbon

This apartment was a lovely find close to everything we needed. It was a short walk to main attractions, the fenicular, METRO and lots of eating places. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfy. There was lovely roof top terrace with great views of the city. Our only recommendation would be maybe a sofa or chairs in room to sit on and our WIFI only worked in certain parts of the room. The service at the front desk was great. He gave is great recommendations for places to eat and organized our taxi to the airport without a problem. We would highly recommend this place.

Impressive

Furniture quality was excellent, clean, quiet, low in price, easy to find, close to main attractions, I will sure visit it again when in Lisbon. The only thing was difficult is carrying bags to 3rd floor because the elevator only stops at 2nd floor but that was not a problem at all compared to the price and quality.

Week in Lisbon

Great apartments in a very central area of Lisbon, everything you needed in the apartment for your convenience, staff were terrific and very helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed will definitely use them again when we return to Lisbon

Great central location

The one bedroom apartment that we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The staff, although not there all the time, were friendly and helpful. Location was great, could walk to all the main squares in Lisbon, and handy for public transport, and the underground to/from the airport. Would stay here again if back in Lisbon

Great aparthotel in central Lisbon

We had a spacious apartment with great facilities - kitchen, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom was fully equipped. Modern and bright décor. The apartment was cleaned daily. Lisbonaire is close to Lisbon's central underground and main line station, many cafes and museums.

Great hotel, perfect location

Great time in Lisbon at the Lisbonaire. Large one bedroom suite with kitchen and clothes washer. Limited front desk service, but contact by email worked fine. Very clean and excellent location in the centre if Lisbon.

Nice hotel near town

A very nice apartment, was nice to have a kitchen. It is really big, I love the space and it was right in town. We took the hop on hop off bus and the pick up place very close. The manager was so nice and so helpful with everything. Very clean, I would recommend this to a friend. Loved it.

Nice hotel at baixa

Very clean, spacious, close to everything by walk. You can wash your clothes and dry them, there is a full kitchen, buy food at pingo doce market a 100 mts away, subway is 50 mts away, great space

Best Location in Lisbon

Lisbonaire is elegant and ideally located.

Lisbonaire Apartments. We loved this place. The prices were quite reasonable compared to hotel stays. We loved the design elegance of the apartments from the group of Portuguese architects who renovated a mid 20th-century building into 19 one-bedroom and studio apartments. Our studio apartment was large - probably 350 square feet - with a dining table, a lounge chair and a full kitchen. Everything in the building is by code - entrance door, room door, storage room door, safe, etc. So, no keys to carry! Everything is spotlessly clean and works flawlessly. The building has a roof deck with a great view if you want to hang out there. The basement - about 2,000 square feet - is set up as a lounge with couches, pool table, kids play area, library and small gym. The drinks in the refrigerator are available to take - with a box to leave money per the honor system. The front desk is staffed except at night. The staff were helpful with recommendations and have a small gift shop with Portuguese gifts. The studios work well for couples - I expect that their one bedrooms would work for a small family. There is no restaurant or breakfast at the Lisbonaire but you can stock the fridge or, if you want, you can go to any number of nearby places for breakfast - and, of course, for lunch/dinner. The local cafe is 2 minutes walk and has omelettes and pastries and coffee. Or you can sit outdoors at the Mirodouro outdoor cafe - about 5 minutes walk uphill - and take in the view.

Love Lisbon center location

Front desk staff were very personable and helpful. Apartment was well appointed, had everything you needed for a wonderful stay.

The ideal apartment

Ticks all the boxes. More of an apartment than a room that I could see myself staying at for longer. Bruno distinguished himself with insightful tips and even a reservation at a lesser known but authentic fado bar. Also attentive to questions. Overall low key and relaxed atmosphere makes this the best hotel experience of the year.

Excellent and convenient property. Very close to metro station. In quite street but close to centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to sights. Highly recommend.

Superb! Faultless!

Very close to metro and tram stops. We were given a free upgrade- the room was spacious and had all modern amenities. Washer, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer/ coffee maker, iron and board, cleaning liquids for kitchen appliances and all hand liquid soap in bathroom. Staff very helpful- all of them. Out of room facilities super- rooftop terrace, basement free area with storage, fridge, games, books comfy seating.

Great appartments

Perfect apartments, nice big and clean. Location is great with easy walking distance to the train station. Great for families, we were travelling with a baby and received a crib, high chair, bath and box of toys.

Our apartment is spacious, sparkling clean, and has everything, even the washing machine. (Dryer is also available, in the basement.) It is located near the metro station, the train station, and some of the major sights. We love the apartment, and would stay here next time we are in Lisbon!
