Decent. Cheap and clean.

We have family in North Bay that now resides in an assisted living facility. Since we can no longer stay with them we've stayed at various hotel/motels in the area. The Lincoln Inn was by far the best. We were very happy with everything and have absolutely no complaints. We'll definitely be staying there going forward.

When I arrived there was a bunch of bags with grass and debris, asked that it be moved away from my door, waited 3 hrs nothing, I finally moved the bags myself... it took a couple of dayz to clean up the mess??? Other than that, I found the clerk not very friendly with customers, on the other hand Craig the other worker was very helpful!

This is probably the best motel/hotel value in North Bay... excellent service, good sized rooms, VERY clean, and with all of that, they have set a price point that is VERY hard to beat - Five Stars out of Five from this traveler!!!!!

Average motel with clean, comfortable rooms. The information for the motel states that they are across from Lake Nipissing, however there is no view of the waterfront so don't book it if that is what you want.

We were super impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom looked like it had been remodelled recently. Quite the gem at a reasonable price.

An overnight stay on our way to Ottawa. A really nice, updated Queen bed room. Very clean. Great value for the price. Would stay again for sure.

Clean & quiet

Very clean inside and out. Surprised our room had a microwave. Very convenient and a nice touch as this is not usually offered at other places we have stayed. Loved the jacuzzi tub. The tv mount conveniently swiveled enough so you can watch tv while in the jacuzzi.

Clean nice motel, very close to city center and highway. They let us check in even 2 hr before. Nice clean and comfortable bed, with additional pillows and warm duvet. Appliances in very good condition.

I always stay in this MOTEL when on our way to Hearst the Motel is Clean and Quiet, and next to New ! Great Service

Room not clean. Can see flies hanging on spider web. Could not confirm if the bedsheets were changed.

Wifi was very fast. It was very clean, staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have seen! The only negative was it was kind of a pain to ask for ice. We rode our motorcycles and we were so hot and we didnt want to bother them for multiple buckets of ice. Otherwise nice place. Will visit again.

Cute and convenient

the motel was in a convienant are for us for the two days that we were in northbay motel is very comfortable nicely rentivated,parking lot needs alot of attention.

Extremely clean unit! Shower pressure and temperature was great! Room was large, bed was very comfortable. No complaints! One suggestion would be for larger TV’s to make watching from the bed area a bit easier. All around great stay!

Enjoy North Bay while you stay at the Lincoln

Very clean and comfortable room...The staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurants and liquor store are within walking distance...Lake Nippissing is just across the road and to the right...

I made reservations a few months in advance for a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. We were going up to North Bay for my son's wedding. After a six hour drive, I was told that they had given my room to someone else! What is the point of taking reservations if they don't honor them? Frankly, it felt like an episode of Seinfeld.

Room smelled of smoke. Took a couple of hours of A/C to clear it. Comfortable beds. Early check in appreciated.

It was quiet and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I was stuck outside my door for about 15 mins because the door would not unlock. I continued turning the key with no success. Tried calling the main office number for help and there was no answer. After a few more desperate attempts the lock finally released and the door opened. I would seriously recommend the locks get upgraded.

Parking was good. Close to convenience store and laundromat but our room was Filthy. Toilet had alot of black mold. Carpet was filthy. Found food crumbs and debris all over the room. Base boards and floor edges are disgusting. Looks like they just vacuum the middle of the room. Also found a used qtip on the shelf in the open closet. This ruined my stay. If they can't even vacuum the edges, wash baseboard or clean the toilet properly, then I doubted every surface in the room. I refused to shower there, and used my own bedding. I travel a fair bit, and this was the dirtiest room I have ever seen.

Clean and tidy, quiet neighbourhood

Clean room, comfortable bed. Pillows a bit small. Shower was good. Fridge was quiet. Coffee pouches were almost impossible to open up.. lol... Cable was ok. I mean reception was good but and it's probably the cable company, but there were limited TV channels. I spent most time watching CNN. I'd stay there again.

The room was nice and basic. It was a nice quiet place. The staff were great. My problem was finding a place to eat in the area. I know that is not the falt of the Inn. They might consider adding a breakfast cafe .

A diamond in the rough

We were pleasantly surprised by this inn and will not hesitate to stay there again when we are coming through to North Bay. Clean, quiet, comfortable. What more can you ask for?

The motel was very quiet

Property was nice and clean. Room & bedding comfortable. Recently renovated bathroom. Wifi was unstable but in the scheme of things - this was an overall great place to rest your head.

Clean, quiet, nice set up for family stay

We had two bedrooms and a living room. It was nice to have that space at a reasonable price. Everything was very clean. It was very quiet at night. It was easy to travel around from here since it is on the main road. Nice and close to a number of accesses to the lake. The only things I didn't like is that the mattresses were firmer than I prefer and the pillows were small.

This is an older property that has had some updates but realistically needs a restoration. The carpet, walls and ceilings need work. The bathroom was acceptable except there was a noticeable transition at the threshold. The manager was pleasant and helpful upon arrival.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, quiet. We were a little late (10pm)getting there and place had the sign lights out(it was harder to find)and although it was an easy check in, it wasn’t the friendliest. Will stay here again.

A nice, quiet, simple stay, and it was so close to many beaches and everything else that you need. Easy check in, not many guests on the night I was there, so lots of space between everyone. Nice clean beds and washrooms. Definitely worth a stay for the price!

We were amazed at the cleanliness of our room. we got the jacuzzi suite and were not disappointed! We will definitely be coming back.

It was very quiet due to Covid, so I'm not sure how it would be during a typical June. Recently renovated.

stayed here before. Instruction on how to use their TV would be great as it is very hard to figure out how to use their system

Three night stay

Third time I’ve stayed here. Always super clean and comfortable. Love having a little fridge, microwave, coffee, wifi, etc. Excellent value.

We didnt stay do to not having credit card and without they wanted $500 deposit ive been in s lot of hotels and i havent payed more than $150

Good Price, strong internet. strange layout a 2 room unit yet bathroom only accessible through 1 of the rooms. The baseboard electric I think is controlled by 1 knob in the living room to Controle them all, took some time to figure out how to heat up the bedrooms. The knob is on the baseboard side move the living room side table to find it. The Jacuzzi I think is the bathtub heads up. Everything else was great.

The room is large and comfortable for 4 people. Enough room for us all to be comfortable.

This property is simply a motel that was clean and convenient. It met my expextations for what it was and as a place to sleep. Would stay there again.

This inn was comfortable and separated bedrooms was wonderful. My brother got to have his own room which made him very happy. Breakfast was supplied which was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great room, very clean and friendly staff. We would stay again. Breakfast was disappointing with a few tiny muffins, two over ripe bananas but lots of coffee, tea and juice.

Wasn't expecting much since the price was so low but we were pleasantly surprised. Property was very well maintained and rooms were clean and spacious. We were upgraded at no charge which was a very nice offer. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We had 3 nights to enjoy the great beds and quiet rooms. We'll be back and highly recommend. The only thing i would improve is larger coffee makers in suites and maybe a few more options for the continental breakfast ( there's only cereal and 1 type of muffin) overall extremely pleased!
