Wow, what a great B&B, we included the Dinner option and are so glad we did. Absolutely superb! Everything was delicious and breakfast was excellent as well from homemade jams to apple danishes. One of our best Newfoundland experiences.
I love it all. The view from the B&B is amazing and quiet.
Great hosts, amazing breakfast, loved the welcome gift and easy to get to room had ramp and walk out basement made it getting suitcases in and out a breeze. Only negative is they very hard water that looks yellow and is 10km from the main road on a pot hole filled road. Still very worth the drive.
Driving through the fog to reach this out-of the way place was an adventure, but once we were here, Michelle and Reidar made us feel right at home. We had an excellent room with all the comforts and were treated to a gourmet dinner and breakfast as part of our stay. it was well worth the detour!
Location is one of the best kept secrets in the area. The hosts are fantastic chefs who entertain you with stories and local folklore. Uniquely relaxing and welcoming
This place is worth the drive! The hosts are so welcoming and they have such a lovely place! So relaxing, with an amazing view. The room was really nice, comfortable and clean, same for the bed! We had a meal prepared by them and it was the best food We had on this whole trip. Great company and many stories shared by the owners. What a treat to have a glimpse of what life in rural Newfoundland was/is. Perfect stop to stay overnight when driving the Irish loop!
This is a B&B. The hostess and her husband were very friendly and served a five course dinner with a different wine for three of the corses. All of the food was hand prepared with some local ingredients. It was delicious, as was the big breakfast that included a dessert of a homemade multi crust pastry. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who likes fine food and hospitality.
Our hosts were amazing and the food was fantastic. The wines paired perfectly with each course of our dinner, and we were even treated to some entertainment after our meal. The perfect ending to our Newfoundland vacation.
Worth the stay
The hosts are second to none. Wonderfully prepared breakfast. A host that can sing and play guitar! The location is off the beat and path for sure but the stories are great! We are not normally communal travellers but they were great and welcoming
The most amazing hosts and delicious food. Just a magical place. So lucky we found it.
The dinner option is not to be missed.
The host and hostess were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!!
So nice to find such a jewel of a stay in a remote community. Michelle and Reidar were excellent hosts. Their evening dinner ($$$) was amazimg! Breakfast was another delicious event! What a start to our holiday!!
Stunning landscapes with phenomenal service. Michelle and Raidar are spectacular hosts. The food was beyond amazing, and I would highly recommended this stay as well as stay again myself.
Had a fantastic stay at this bnb. The owners were both incredibly friendly and accommodating to whatever was needed. The home was very inviting & comfortable!! The dining experience was second to none. The presentation was beautifully done & the explanation of each dish upon serving was delightful & so unique. The owners knowledge of the area & surrounding areas was quiet helpful in exploring the neighboring communities & the storytelling of both their lives were quiet interesting. Such a great experience in a short period of time. I highly reccomend!!
Hautement recommandable.

Hospitality, welcome, food, wine pairing, breakfast, accommodation, toiletries - I can’t think of one thing I would have differently. What an amazing team Michelle and Radair are. If only I could stay permanently, I would. What more can I say!
