Room was very attractive and comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint is the coffee was terrible. Try a different bean.

Excellent people, food and decor! Rooms and the entire Inn is stunning.

Everything was wonderful. However I was not able to book spa treatments as I was too late. Otherwise it was fantastic with excellent wine list. Staff was incredible as were the dining options.

The Inn is very peaceful!! If you need some relaxation this is perfect. The staff was wonderful. Food and drinks were great both here and the Christmas Farm Inn.

Quick one night getaway. We are repeat guests because of the inn itself, the staff and the beauty of Jackson NH

Lovely setting, well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Nice bar and sitting areas with fireplace. The restaurant was excellent. Great cooked-to- order breakfast included. Staff is very friendly.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and offered champagne. Liam was incredibly kind, energetic, and polite, making us feel right at home. We loved our room, the Jefferson, which featured stunning views. The in-room jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Cozy wintertime escape

We came here for a couple's getaway during winter. It was a very cozy place. The staff were very attentive. The shuttle to the other properties was extremely convenient. We appreciated the free wine and appetizers in the evening.

Ideal for a quiet getaway. Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. Staff are so friendly!

A lovely stay in Jackson!

We had a wonderful stay! We received a warm welcome followed by charcuterie by the fire in the evening. Our only downside is that we had to eat breakfast offsite due to construction. Even so, the meal was complimentary and tasty.

Absolutely beautiful property. Luxury rooms and accommodations. Restaurant and spa were closed during our stay.

Beautiful inn but kitchen was burnt back in August so we had to go to a sister property for breakfast. We were only notified 3 days before arrival so it was too late to make arrangements. Other than that staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a beautiful fruit tray in the library as the innkeeper graciously checked us in and gave us many dining and activities suggestions. Later on during our stay, we met more guests over a complimentary glass of wine and cheese / fruit tray to share our experiences in the area around the fireplace in the library. Although the hotel is under going renovations which the hotel owner informed me of prior to our stay, it was a very good experience. The workmen started early but kept noise and any disturbances to guests to a minimum. ( The innkeeper was quick to resolve an issue I had with our room as a result of the construction. Your comfort is their top priority). All guests were offered a complimentary breakfast at their sister inn, “Christmas Farm Inn and Spa” which was generous and order off the menu meal. Also, guests of the Inn at Thornhill are welcomed to use the indoor pool and exercise facilities at Christmas Farm Inn and Spa . (Not sure, if this will continue after the construction however.) I did partake in a relaxing massage there after skiing which was delightful.) I will come again and am very anxious to see the beautiful renovations to the bar and restaurant that are almost complete at the Inn at Thornhill on my next visit.

Great old inn beautiful renovation

We had a wonderful room. The hotel had just experienced a fire so dining was not at then hotel and that is one reason we chose this hotel. The chef was well-known. They did offer shuttle service to another hotel they owned for dining options. Food was fair.

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet and safe. Staff is terrific. We’ve stayed at this inn multiple times and it’s one of our favorites.

A great Christmas time get-away. Well appointed rooms and beautiful views. A recent kitchen fire limited dining options and shut down wine cellar, but hotel provided alternatives with transportation. Area restaurants were mediocre. Library was a cozy gathering spot to make new friends. Probably a good spot for hotel to provide some breakfast basics and consistent afternoon snacks. Overall, a very good experience- looking forward to returning when kitchen reopens.

Amazing mountain view and luxurious suite

We loved our accommodations of the Mt Washington suite at the Inn at Thorn Hill. It had a beautiful view of the mountains and the the room was so spacious and comfortable.

The only thing that was below grade was the kitchen being out of commission o/a/o a fire that happened shortly before our stay. Otherwise, everything else could not have been better.

A gem in the little town of Jackson, New Hampshire

This place is completely charming and the ladies at reception are exceptional. Their hospitality is beyond amazing with wine and appetizers in the afternoon for all guests, to a hand-written note with truffles when we arrived in our room. The double wide spa bathtub was a real plus and when I raved about it, I received a special little bag full of bubble bath and goodies for the second night of our stay. They include a full breakfast with the cost of the stay which is also very lovely. We will definitely come back to this enchanting get away.

Always great

We went to the hotel while renovations were being completed from a kitchen fire. We had to go to a sister hotel about 5 minutes away for breakfast. This was a little inconvenient, but was a great breakfast!

We love this property. Always greeted with such kindness and warmth. Definitely will be back! Hopefully the kitchen and dining will be open again soon.

Restaurants are closed even though they advertise 2 restaurants on property. No spa nothing. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. 2 stars - sure. Worst experience i’ve had on expedia.

This is our second stay here, first one was 3 years ago and its still our favorite place in New Hampshire

Such a quaint and inviting inn!! Nancy was super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Mt Adam’s room. Comfortable and cozy! The Inn had a recent fire which destroyed their spa and kitchen but they accommodated us with complimentary wine, coffee, tea and snack items, as well as, breakfast at their sister property, The Christmas Farm Inn. We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. And, kudos on having an elevator!

We arrived, not realizing and not received the message that they sent to us that the resort was closed due to a kitchen fire. We arrived, surprised and disappointed, but Nancy, the manager was very gracious and managed to accommodate us in one of the cottages. It was a nice brief stay , but unfortunately, the restaurant bar everything was closed that we were the only guests. I probably give it five stars if everything was working, so I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I probably will be back but beautiful resort and beautiful location close to the village of Jackson.

We loved The Inn At Thorn Hill. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was great. We had a terrific dinner at the restaurant. In the early morning they made us a takeaway breakfast which allowed us to keep to our schedule.

An excellent in close to many other local interests. Quite, comfortable. Restaurant and Ambiance were terrific.

This property is perfect for an adult only weekend. The restaurant on property was amazing and the service exceeded expectations!

Beautiful Inn

Beautiful, clean property, with lovely grounds. Friendly welcoming, professional staff. The included breakfast is amazing! Be sure to have dinner in the dining room as it is excellent. Lovely amenities will return.

Beautiful old inn. Rooms very beautiful. Property has period details. Service was superb. I would not recommend the dinner. Way too pricey for the quality, but breakfast very good. If you book spa treatments do it over the phone. Booking online didnt work, treatment and dates got messed up.

Clean property inside and out. Courteous and helpful service. Felt very safe. Fire alarm system up-to-date.

We would definitely stay here again. The staff is exceptionally attentive and they made our stay so enjoyable. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful property with a bar and restaurant that made it unnecessary to go anywhere else.

Have been here many times. Enjoy staying in the different rooms. All rooms are charming and comfortable. Plenty of character. Enjoy the breakfast as well as the afternoon and evening tea. Friendly staff.

This property and its staff are absolute perfection. From the moment my husband and I walked onto the property until the time we had to say our goodbyes it felt as though we were the main priority at all times. I highly recommend!!!

Warm Hospitality in the White Mountains

The Inn is a real gem, with warm hospitality, beautiful setting and wonderful property. The room was great, as was the breakfast eggs benedict (really, really good)!!! The area is fun to visit lots to do and enjoy.

This is a very nice property, although it isn't quite as nice as it was ten years ago. However, it is still a nice accommodation and I can recommend it.

This property is beautiful. Will return for fall leaf viewing or a winter get-away. Large king rooms, beautifully decorated and the entire property is as charming as shown in photos. Truly lovely.

Property is very old..but the surrounding and landscape is beautiful. However, property is old n found 2 live cockrouches in the cottage. They messed up our spa appointments.

Absolutely perfect for an extended stay.

We liked EVERYTHING about the property! It overlooked beautiful Mt. Washington, was within walking distance of Jackons, the town, it was beautifully furnished, and the rooms were just perfect.

This place is FANTASTIC! The staff was so nice and very accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. I would definately stay here again.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay at the inn! Nancy, the innkeeper, was incredibly helpful and gracious. The room was just lovely and comfortable. Hot tea delivered to our room each warmed my body and heart - their own chamomile blend! We were celebrating my birthday and the staff and guest were so sweet and made it all so very special. Best birthday ever! Highly recommend staying at this beautiful inn!

Beautiful, serene, and very comfortable stay. Dinners are delicious, tea is sweet—in your room each night, and the wine welcome was unexpected and lovely. Rooms are beautiful and the staff kind, thoughtful, and so helpful!

This is the second time I have stayed at the Inn and it was just as fantastic as the first time. Almost such that I hate to leave a review and have everyone find out about it. :-) Lovely hotel and cottages, above and beyond friendly and helpful staff. You feel like you are treating yourself to something really special.

Luggage is a real pain, getting in and out. The luggage dolly is old and does not function well. The old elevator is small and very hard to work with. I chose to ignore it on the way out. Dining was a joy; the real reason we come to Inn at Thorn Hill.

My wife and I consider ourselves "bed and breakfast" people. Bed and breakfast people like the ambiance of an old style building. They like chatting with others at breakfast. Sitting on the porch reading is not only acceptable, it's desired. And the Inn at Thorn Hill delivers this kind of atmosphere. I understand the original building burned several years back, so the owners used the opportunity to rebuild. It still has that old school charm, but has modern amenities. Wallpaper in the bathroom? Yes! But with a modern whirlpool tub? Also yes! This is my and my beloved's new romantic getaway space. Also, shouts out to Nancy and David and Terry for their great service. (Everyone was great!) Next time we stay, we will spend less time in North Conway on adventures, and more time relaxing in the Inn.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The interior was a bit dark and old fashioned for my taste but the porch was a lovely place to relax and have meals. The staff with a couple of exceptions were charming and very helpful.

What you imagine when you think of an upscale New England Inn.

Arriving later in the evening, the wonderful team in this beautiful, intimate inn is kind and welcoming. Room was comfortable, breakfast fantastic. What a fantastic stay we have had.

Spent a quick overnight stay on a warm Memorial day weekend. This Inn is so charming. We had a room with the most amazing view of Mt Washington. The room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

This place is beautiful. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is so good, I’d drive the hour from home just to go to dinner there! We have stayed here twice and will continue to frequent this beautiful Inn. Highly recommend

We loved this property! Will definitely come back! The staff were all amazing! The only negative thing which isn’t really bad is the check in process. There is only 1 person and she was excellent in providing us details about our stay. She spends a long time with each person checking in. It just took longer than we thought. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay! Loved it!
