My favorite hotel in Auburn. Top notch staff. We usually stay in the winter so don’t get to experience the pool. Walking distance to the most nostalgic areas of the beautiful campus. The breakfast bowl at brunch can’t be topped.

Lovely hotel with comfy, well appointed room in a pleasant smallish university town.

Staff was great and convenience was unbeatable. Longer hours in the lounge after a nighttime ball game would have been nice.

The hotel staff was very accommodating.

I felt like a rockstar! Evelyn at the front desk was jewel! She took really good care of me and my family for check in. I loved getting text messages from the hotel regarding specials like a late check out which was so helpful since I had my daughter and 2 small grandchildren with me.

Perfect location, great restaurant and rooms. Highly recommend.

This is so convenient to walk to dining shops campus. Great amenities and super friendly staff

Everything was great, but the prices were a bit high. Coffee in the front lobby should be complimentary. Continental breakfast was not available even though it said it was included.

We lived everything- it was clean, well appointed- friendly staff and wonderful amenities.

We had such a delightful stay we came back! The hotel is exceptional, such friendly staff and the amenities are wonderful!

This hotel was super convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and stadium. The price of $1500 a night was a little outrageous for the size of the room but it was game weekend.

Good stay—ate well!!

Great stay, would book again. The restaurant and cocktail bar were a great plus. The food was good and we mainly just ate right their on location. They also have a coffee bar, but we didn’t get a chance to order coffee during our stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a wonderful location and very nice inside. The staff were all very friendly, food in the restaurant was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Only thing that was a bummer is that the first night, the AC went off and when we got back from dinner around 9:30 pm it was 79 degrees and stayed that temp all night. In the morning, I told the desk and they sent a man up to work on it. Got it going and was wonderfully cool... until around 9:30 pm when it went off again. It wasn't a programmable thermostat but almost acted like one. The next day, front desk said "sorry", several people on your floor had problems. So other than warm nights, (I'm sure hotel will get AC fixed) I really enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Most comfortable beds ever!! Rooms had the fancy Nespresso machines and relaxing scented sleep oil. The hotel was beautiful, spacious, clean, and updated.

The property was well situated and well maintained. Everything about the property felt very good. The room was fine with one GLARING exception. There was only one "chincy" chair in the room to sit in. I would expect a recliner or a plush chair with an ottoman, not the cheap thing that was in the room. Overall, a good experience with a glaring execption.

As always, perfect. And the best coffee ever in the lobby cafe.

The bathroom toilet area was extremely small and difficult to even get the toilet paper

Absolutely loved this hotel and very pet friendly. Wonderful restaurant.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed was so soft. But my only complaint is i felt something crawling on me all night but i didnt see anything. I hope it wasnt bed bugs. I didnt sleep at all. I was up all night checking to see if something was crawling in the bed.

No need for deodorizer.

Stay was great. However, they pipe in some scent in the lobby and while it does smell good, it was overpowering to me. Lucky ly they didn’t pipe that into the rooms.

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the Auburn University campus and downtown area

Love this hotel. I would recommend you expand your in room dining menu and your breakfast offers some continental breakfast, oatmeal, fruits as the menu is a bit limited. Excellent rooms, service, just overall a lovely hotel and very well located. Highly recommended.

everything was great.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. I had to leave early because of storm Debby. They simply cancelled my second night with no further charges and also took care of my parking . I had paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night of parking so they made sure I only paid for one. It was very easy with no issues! Rooms and common areas were clean. Valet staff was also friendly and helpful.
