Easy access from on the main st. Front desk staff was very nice.

Super noisy. Hard to sleep

The hotel and everything was very nice, but the walls were very thin. I could hear the person in the room next to us shower, go to the bathroom, and everything. There were shutters that didn't close all the way, so the lights out front made it so the room was never dark. There were only 2 thin sheets and a thin blanket, and the heater only got slightly warm; it was 31 degrees outside, so I was freezing cold all night. Everything was really nice but it was so noisy outside, I barely slept. Parking was an issue as well. There are so many big trucks from men working near by and staying at the hotel, there wasn't anywhere to park. They almost all had huge trucks so it was impossible to get in and out of my small car since they all parked so close to the lines. Also there were people smoking right outside the rooms, so it came right in our room, and there were children playing on scooters, running and jumping and screaming right outside our door. People were coming and going all hours of the night.

Liked the 24 hour pool and gym, wish i had more time in the area to enjoy the hotel and the restaurants around the area.

Quiet and comfortable. Just wish there was a comfortable chair to sit in

Terrible customer service!

The rooms are clean but cold and unwelcoming. The beds are rock hard and customer service is terrible. I made the bad assumption that checkout was at noon when it was actually at 11. At 11:15 somone started pounding on the door nonstop untill i opeened it. They then proceeded to tell me if i didnt get out now they were going yo charge me more. I can honestly say i have never been treated like that at a hotel or motel in all my life. I promptly packed my things and moved to the quality in across the street where the service was excellent!

Mattress was stained with blood and urine, front desk was rude and disrespectful, the only nice thing about it was the check in area. I will not refer nor come back to this establishment. I’d rate the a 2/10 the worst stay ever!!!

We always stay here every time we come to Price Utah. We love this place.

The two rooms I reserved was very comfortable for us, I highly recommend this hotel to friend and family. One negative, both of us found it a little hard to get into the rooms because of the step up into the room. They might want to offer paver stones to put on the ground in front of the door to help with the step up for those of us with bad joints and arthritis.

Great cheaper hotel. They keep it clean and no smoking is definitely a plus. It's an older hotel/motel but they keep it better managed than I expected. I was greatful for the motel style rooms where you can park right outside and bring your stuff in, you don't have to go through a maze of hallways (at least for my first floor room(207)

Been staying there for 15 years every time I go to Price

We only spent one night but really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was a little dated but clean. The traffic outside was pretty noisy but after about 11pm it seemed to quiet down alot

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. We have stayed at the Greenwell numerous times due to their spacious rooms. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub as well.

Would be nice to have a better discount on the breakfast or at least a continental breakfast included

They charge to much for insidental deposit.

Great place to stay

It was cleaner this time than it was times before. Only downside is if you are down visiting family they can’t come swim with your family. Only reason I would stay there.

Time for a refresh.

I know it’s a small town but our room was so dated and the air was so loud every time it kicked on it woke everyone up. I definitely was a little worried about the beds being clean with the giant old comforters that seem impossible to wash. We stayed in the “suite” that was huge- and had the tiniest pull out couches I’ve seen in over 10 years for my teens.

We arrived at halftime, hoping to watch the second half of the college game, where our son goes to school and found the remote had dead batteries, And no way to change the channel manually. The staff at the hotel had no replacements and told me to Go buy my own if I want to use the TV. They said they would reimburse me but the next morning the Attendant at the desk said they didn’t have authority to tell me that, So sorry they have no way of reimbursing me. Honestly, a hotel that has no way to pay for anything, that sounds like a lie.. I know they were very busy but really They weren’t willing to go out of their way for anything, Tell the truth and figure out a solution. I gave my room number and never heard back.

If the staff accepts load trucks w/loud speakers Dogs etc, Perhaps give one side of bldg to others seaking rest.

Too much money for not even an okay room

Got a room last minute and it was not that great or clean..

Love the room. The size of it, everything other than it was not clean. There was stuff all over the floor like they'd never swept it. We were only there for a couple hours to sleep. We went to the races and were getting up early in the morning cuz, I had to be back home. So not even 8hrs. Otherwise i would have changed rooms

Great staff, great service, nice rooms

The Greenwell Inn was the perfect place to stay in Price! The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was so convenient. I wish we had had more time there so I could have used the pool and fitness area. Unlike many hotel pools, this one is big enough for laps! The front desk staff was kind enough to print our boarding passes for us, and make recommendations for local amenities. All in all, it's a great place to stay in Price!

Front staff was helpful. The pool is big but smells dirty. Our room was not cleaned and we did asked for it to be cleaned but we understand maybe the cleaning staff was busy. The floor was dirty and sticky. The room was hot, we did have to call front office to get the ac fixed.

Good spot for a night! Appreciated the laundry and the pool. Also, great Texas BBQ at Reuben's down the road!

The cost was very affordable, the pool and desk were open 24 hours, and the room was very clean. We needed a place to stay that was clean and cozy.

The Greenwell Inn has a very cool pool area. It was a nice way to unwind after a day of driving.

One of our favorite places to stay, nearby everything, and kind people who make you feel like family.

It wasn’t awful for the price. Rooms were decent but a little dusty with dirty floors and worn furniture. That’s not a big issue. Pool was awesome and open 24 hours. Overall, you get what you pay for!

Liked the large room. The furniture needs to be updated and/or the upholstery cleaned. Stains on the upholstered chairs. Employees at front desk not that friendly. Stupid rule about not being able to have a water bottle in the hot tub area...really? That is unhealthy! Pool water too cold.

Loved the pool!

The Greenwell Inn has a very nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The room was spacious and included a hairdryer, coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. If you get a room here, be sure and tell them you need one with no stairs because there is not an elevator, and most of the rooms are accessible by stairs.

We always stay here on our way through utah. It's priced well, clean and friendly staff, plus the nice pool!

Ladies at check in were amazing. Our toilet was leaking so they switched our room. Pool was awesome to. Will stay here in the future

The hotel was nice but my son spilled water and the bathroom for accident and we tried to clean with one towel and we looked a towel was so duty and the sheets was have a hair and the pillow was looking too yellow like duty.

We were so happy that the hot tub worked. The staff was awesome. Only one think, ti would be nice to have lights on both sides of the bed to read.

Clean, staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were good. Exercise equipment is pretty rusty and difficult to use. A little disappointed they don't have a free breakfast. Overall stay was good and I would stay there again.

Stay was fine. Pool area clean and well maintained. Towels tiny. Food at attached restaurant a little pricy, but good. Could be inflation and not the fault of the restaurant entirely.

Top 5 worst hotels we’ve stayed at

This was in the top five worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Beds were uncomfortable. That heater was so loud. It sounded like an diesel engine. The TV was terrible. The picture the sound everything about thd TV. The Faucet was drippy in the bathroom. The room was cold. I called and asked for a blanket to be brought to a room was told they would not bring a blanket. I had to come get it myself. We just got a blanket out of the trunk of our car. We were booked for two nights, but after the first night We checked out.

I stayed in the annexed old motel adjacent to the newer hotel building. The room was clean, new flooring, somewhat dated and worn but functional furniture and bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of street traffic noise on the busy street until maybe midnight then it got less noisy. Over all good for the price and my needs for a shower and good night's sleep.

Nice lobby and pool. Everything was clean. Staff was kind helpful. Rooms were fine. Nothing fancy, similar to an upgraded motel 6. Everything worked and was clean.

At one time..

This must’ve been a great hotel and conference center at one time. Now it’s a motel. The furniture is antique style and the new wood floors are nice. The heater ac unit is simply cool to warm.

Property needs updating badly.

Unacceptable cleanliness and customer service!

After unloading our vehicle into the room we noticed there was no blanket or bed spread on the bed. There was a thread bare spare blanket stored above the closet area that was not big enough for the bed. A pillow that was stored in the above location had nasty stains that had not been washed. The headboard of the bed was significantly dusty. It was late and we were tired so we dealt with it. We used a blanket that we had brought with us and did not use the nasty pillow. During the night the heater was so loud we could not sleep. Upon check out I asked for a receipt. I was told they do not print receipts for guests who used a third party (Hotels.com). I then attempted to tell the employee about the uncleanliness of the room so they could address it with their staff, but I was cut off mid sentence and was told that I should have told them about it when I checked into the room and they would have placed me in a different room. I had not asked for a refund or any type of remedy. I simply stated, "I think you should know I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room...."

Fabulous pool, hot tub and pool area. Rooms are basic but fine.

For a handicapped person it was difficult and inconvenient to try and use the pool and hot tub since it was in a building other than the rooms. Had to go outside in the freezing cold and up a hill. Not safe for wheelchair use.

Was not a bad place, we reserved a wheelchair accessable room only to find the bathroom was so small the wheelchair could not fit through the door and was not equipted for shower or toilet for someone in a wheelchair. We had to search all over town to find a place that met our needs

I have to say, for being kind of a random motel with the pool right in the lobby, haha, it was actually really great and perfect for what we needed. The rooms were definitely older and outdated, but it was very clean and that was really nice! It was really close to my daughters mountain biking race course, just about five minutes away! I also ate a couple of times at the Tangerine Eatery and it was pretty delicious. You can walk there from the hotel and you get a discount on your food if you use the hotel coupon. I would stay there again, but will probably only be in town for another mountai biking race. 😜

Clean rooms, hard beds

The check in process was great. Caasi helped me at the check in desk. She never smiled, but she did a great job. There were no problems with check in. The Room was EXTREMELY clean. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The bed was the only issue that I have with this hotel. Even though the bed was uncomfortable, the price was right and I definitely will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

It's was cool to see the pool inside. But the two girls running the front desk were honestly rude and for a better word stuck up I work in fast food and deal with people on a daily so I try to be understanding but when you don't smile or you like to roll your eyes or talk in a manner where you have better things to be doing with your time or just make people seem like they are just an inconvenience of your time that really brings the whole thing down also a 100 deposit fee that's not posted on the website made me upset which I still haven't gotten refunded yet

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at Greenwell Inn. It was a pleasant surprise. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and quiet. We will stay here again.

Find somewhere else to stay. Aside from being old and outdated, the bed was like sleeping on plywood, the toilet ran, the TV didn’t work and they simply didn’t care.

Good, easy stay at a clean small town motel. Restaurant on premises was just okay…I’d find somewhere else. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and workout facility.

What you'd expect from an older Motel.

Amenities were basic and took care of our basic needs. The beds were too firm for my liking and the TV took a lot of adjusting to get it to work. The input on the tv source was on the wrong setting and after I talked to the front desk there was no offered solution because the maintenance staff had already gone home for the day. I eventually found that the remote control could not change the input source on the TV itself and I had to use the tv adjustment nob to find the "tv" source. once I did that the TV started working. I have no idea why the source had been changed but it would have been nice if it had been fixed before we arrived as part of the room cleaning service. We also had a few different sets of people loitering around our room which made it slightly uncomfortable as we were unloading our vehicle. The pool was fun, the workout equipment is essentially unusable. The cable pully machine should probably be recycled or replaced. It is unusable and slightly dangerous as is. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay but a few minor adjustments could make it much better.

I've stayed here a few times and my room is always very clean and ready upon arrival. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities I need for spending the night while driving across state. The hot water is very HOT from the faucet so you have to be careful. The bed is comfortable and I love having my car right outside for easy loading/unloading. Having the Tangerine across the lot is great too!

The room was not clean, there were multiple hairs in the bathroom, the mattresses did not have covers to prevent bed bugs, there were people outside smoking in their cars that appeared to be staying there long term, noisy & run down

The rooms were clean and decent. The hot tub needed some attention but the pool was great! The bathrooms in the pool area were cleaned.

It says non smoking property, but smoking was everywhere to include outside our room. Room door would not open had to have key redone 3 time before I could get into my room.

Customer service was great. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good. The room had some things that suggested the cleaning was not great. There were food chunks on the switch for the lamp by the bed and the bathtub had a dirt ring in it and toilet had mold around the rim and mold around bathtub drain. Needs to be deep cleaned. Everything else was good.
