I got a 💩 apartment!! Nothing like in the pictures on Expedia!! I don’t recommend that place at all! Expedia should send a person to check that place and take them out from the directory!!!

Firstly the room and communication from the room owner was very good, BUT overall the experience was terrible, this is all due to Security and customer services. Security is just way over the top, most of them rude or arrogant. This goes most of the satff, not all but most. So really it just ruins the whole experience

The property don't look like the one advertised in the picture. Very run down and it really need a good change of furnitures. The cupboards & wardrobes are so hard to open, and the other one is broken. The bathrooms tile is coming off. There is cockroach in the kitchen. The futon is very old and so as the blankets. Don't be fooled from the outside view it's not that fancy.

They stole from me

They emailed me that the room above was flooding and I could no longer stay there. Ok, no problem it happens, I can find another place. But then they never refunded me. They made me pay for a room they would not let me stay in. Hotels.com tried to get a hold of them but they would not answer, I tried to get a hold of them but they would not answer. They stole from me.

My Gramercy Residence review

The residence could’ve had a tv package that offered sports. There was a slight insect problem within the apartment especially the bathroom. The check-in process should’ve been easier especially getting the elevator pass. Adding a linen service would be one of biggest recommendations. Also having a laundry service for guests personal laundry would be another recommendation. Overall my stay at the Gramercy Residence was average. The location of the residence was the best.

Communication with the agents of the Condotel wasn’t the best and I booked for 4 people with dog but ended up needing to ask permission for my dog, sister and mum to visit me for an hour or so. Better off getting a real hotel all in all location is alright but the hustle and for the price you pay isn’t worth it.

Over All Experienced

Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit.

This property is a good location, but need to update bedding and other furniture pieces. Too bad the old style a/c is located in the wrong place blowing directly on you while watching tv. More than likely not to stay here again. Thankfully I was there only for one night. No sleep at all. Comfort much lacking, dirty blinds, and I felt bad that we settl to stay.

This property had excessive rules that were not communicated before the reservation was made. The staff at check in was rude and the unit was sub par. The utilities in the bathroom were not working properly. I will never stay there again.

Nice pool

Multicolored towels, looks like it was taken from diff places. Extra bedsheet was overused, tear is visible. No communication by phone. Have to go to front desk. No face/handtowel. Instruction in checking out is not clear. Email for checkout not provided. Very difficult to communicate. Doesn’t answer a phone call. Laminate floor is peeling off. Don’t like the place all in all. Trusted Expedia on this place, but they failed. Security too strict. Two persons can’t sit in one chair for few minutes while waiting for someone. Not presentable place for renting. They should make it like hotel ready.

Linens not presentable. Towels are miss match. They used a towel taken from a resort in Boracay. Bedsheets are about to be ripped. Can’t communicate to the front desk. You have to talk to the agency, in which I can’t get hold of on the phone only email.

Good place to hanga around the area. Lots of resto and bars.

The 3 swimming pools were excellent. Security and cleanliness was exceptional. We had a few issues with the Wi-Fi in our last few days. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The agent GOTOPHI and staff, Dennisse, Janet and Jenny were very arrogant admitting their mistakes, not sincerely apologetic at all. We had too many complaints about the unit, bugs, smart tv & room phone not working, the linens smelled pretty bad and lastly, my green access card the day before my check out date. I was coming down from a massage appointment on 37th floor at almost 1 AM, got on the elevator, couldn’t get off on my floor because my access card expired! The concierge and security that night (Nov 28, 1aM) were courteous and apologetic. Dennise, Jenny and Janet especially Dennisse were blaming the mistakes on the Gramercy PMO, but Gramercy PMO it was Dennise fault. They were pointing fingers. My access card expired 11/27/2023 when my check out date is 11/28/2023, 2pm! So disappointed with those girls attitude. And they are still arrogant about it! I suggest - DO NOT use GOTOPHI when making reservations for Gramercy property. The Gramercy concierge and security were very accommodating to us!

good option of location, there were a grocery store shopping mall restaurants nearby, walkable and could be easy for you especialy your grocery needs. the unit is cleaned, very nice view outside on your terrace, if you would like to cook your own food, you can cook inside, there are available all utensils you need in cooking, rice cooker, cookware, plate etc.. over all it was great satesfied 4 days stayed in Gramercy Residence.

Not recommending these place

We arrived in the place and we found a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets, the place is very dusty and you can smell the musky of the area like its not been cleaned for a while. The towels are old amd beddings smells like old . I did communicate d it to the property mananagement assigned tru text and they responded appropriately. Too bad they said they have to spray the area with chemicals with our stuff and clothes inside so i refused. The first night was horrible. All of us were coughing and triggers all our allergy. The electrical wiring in the kitchen is bad. You cant used the fridge and microwave at the same time. The circuit breaker or main fuse kept resetting coz of the electricity. The bathroom vent is bad. U can smell how bad the sewer from the bathroom from your bed. It was a horrible experience.

The unit is clean and well maintained. It is safe with direct access to the Century mall. The grocery is nearby and there are a lot of restaurant around. The facilities are accessible and all staff are helpful and attentive .

Subpar or below average bath towel, no wash cloth for face. Only one fitted sheet, no other sheets, Just a comfort er on bed. Pillow cases were as rough as a burlap bag. Television only had Netflix.

They did a great job looking after my family.

Was a good stay, the staff are very helpful and accommodating!! Very safe feeling… security is on the job! The room was pretty okay, was basic for the type of suite, the pictures before booking overplayed the actual rooms!! But was comfortable… the only let down was many cockroaches within the bathroom, kitchen and dining area!

Amazing location. Right next to century mall. But I'd prefer to stay at a hotel. Just looks like a downgraded apartment. And I booked a deluxe one. Lobby is downright fancy and amazing but apartments are not at all like that

Pre-existing cockroach problems in unit. Staff was aware. Was not taken care of during stay. Found 6-7 cockroaches in bathroom amenities, sink, floor. The same for the bedroom. Only good thing about facility is the centralized location, gym and pool. Clueless staff. There's nothing about this place to write home about. Much better options available around the same area with equal or better prices.

This is property owned by a company that rents suites. What is advertised is absolutely NOT what you walk into & an immense amount of difficulties getting replies from these people. After a 14 hours travel day, arriving late evening with a senior (this was told to the property "manager"), prepaid for 3 people, we arrived to 1 double bed and no other sleeping surface besides a tiny chair on the floor, 1 towel & 2 pillows, no blankets. Exhausted, I tried to contact the ppl listed on the email, they are not available after 4:30pm. No replies via telephone or email for over an hour, finally replied insisting there is a bed in the closet(?). We checked everywhere, took and emailed pictures of empty cabinet as proof no beds/mattresses hiding. They did not respond. Also tried Wifi, splash screen said contact provider for reconnection, no wifi. Had to go to lobby and plead with the concierge for help in contacting property manager. They don't usually do this, but were able to & asked them to take care of the situation. After 2 hours of waiting, a guy in a bad mood brought a floor mat & mix-mash of home towels & satin sheet (I wouldn't let my dog sleep on) and a router that we could not wiggle or it would stop working. In the end there was no sleep. The most terrible experience in my life of travelling dealing with an accommodation. Our poor mother was exhausted, they did not care, even though this was detailed (a senior traveller). Beware of these. They are all over the Philippines.

Good., did enjoy the view from my unit. Walkable to storws and some malls.area Can be loud at night.

Easy access to the things I needed

A superb experience complemented by outstanding interaction with the staff. I would highly recommend it. Given my frequent travels to Manila, it's very likely I will be a returning customer.

The property’s well maintained. The room was on the 26th floor. Pet friendly easy access to all amenities, Makati business district. Room is a little bit small but was very clean

Location was great. We had to come in a day earlier than originally planned, the two bedroom unit that we booked wasn’t available so we booked a one bedroom unit instead. The Rental company agent was very nice to let us stay longer the next day while we wait to check in to the two bedroom unit that we originally booked. The one bedroom unit (5909) was great, unit was clean. View was awesome! The only downside was there was not enough pillows. I booked it for 4 people since it said there is a futton bed in the living room but they only have 2 pillows in the main bedroom and no extra ones for the futton.

Very secured and the support is very helpful. we forgot the key Inside the room and the assistance is very smooth Ms. Jenny was able to help me right away even the time is already at around10pm.

Property is too old, sofa bed is breaking, bathroom is filthy, not enough toiletries esp toilet paper, requested for extra towels didnt show up, not coming back here.

A quick getaway

I would give the unit I stayed 4 stars. There are a few suggestions I would give. The unit needs some renovation, there are paint chipping, the floors needs repair, a hole on the bathroom door. I would suggest the host to invest in a luxurious, hotel stylecomplete set of bath towels and beddings, provide shampoos/conditioner, there were cutleries missing from the kitchenette. I think the futon has to be replaced by something more easier to unfold and comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I am satisfied with the amenities, safety and good communication with the host. I don't recommend taking your car because parking fee will make you bankrupt. The cheapest I found was 500 pesos/might The area was walkable, a stone's throw from the Century mall and the skyline is breathtaking.

Neutral experience. however, the room is ok. It’s just that the bathroom / Toilet located at the loft. So inconvenient. Stairs too was scary we are on our 50’s we can’t handle going up and down. We stayed overnight only didn’t finished our 4nights stay and transfer to a better safe hotel.

Very rude hotel attendant I arrived at 10:00 he gave me the almost midnight because he can’t find my reservation in his computer. Very disappointing

I expected to have a futon in the room because there were 4 adults sleeping in the room but what we got is a love seat and because we checked in so late and too tired to transfer to another room, we just took down the love seat cushions and turned it into a bed. There was also a small cockroach who only came to visit the bathroom in the evening (must’ve be a vampire cockroach) and disappeared during the day. Other than that the staff we’re fine. If this place could’ve been within walking distance to MOA I would’ve liked it better.

The room wasn’t cool enough the first night because the bed was blocking it. We had to crank up the AC to get the room cooler the following night.
