Everything was perfect

This is not a 4 star resort (or even close).we checked in to the resort ok charged €60 for towels bedding and cleaning went to our room within minutes decided we had been mislead regarding the quality of the hotel and went back to receiption to inform them we wouldn’t be staying. Received or €60 euros back and book a lovely resort 4 star Chervo golf hotel resort for around the same price.(completely different hotel was worlds a part) will be contacting Expedia about our experience

The best thing in the village is 3 pools. No free wifi - if you want to use it you need to pay approx 15 eur/ day. They charge you a fee to get the bed sheets too.

Disappointing

Not clean as expected… you pay a cleaning fee but when received the room it was certainly not clean… shower clogged up. I think they should maintain it a bit better.

Great Garda

Wonderful holiday, we wanted to stay for longer. Lovely facilities and a great location. We will be returning next year.

Our Bungalow was clean and staff were always helpful however noise from adjoining bungalows at night was annoying and big groups of loud adult males didn’t make for the relaxing break we were looking for. No issues with families with children as expected that in a amping village

Beware the bedsheets and towels are not included in the price, we had to pay 35 Euros for a family of four in cash In 2023 the possibility of not having free Wifi did not cross my mind and it said internet access in the listing without the word free, its 1 Euro an hour

Charge for linens was not communicated. Pedestrian Access was limited. The on-site store was not impressive. The pool closed from 5pm and opened at 10am, and we only stayed on night, with an earliest check-in time of 5pm and latest checkout of 10am, we could not use the pools at all.

Good

The village is good to spend time with family especially with kids. The kids pool has a water slide which our son enjoyed so much. One has to buy towels and bed linen. The room is not cleaned , you have to do it yourself. We enjoyed evening on the terrace. No air conditioner in the main bedroom. Furniture it outdated. Shower is with curtain and a little bit small.

I like the staffs! There are so friendly!

Family Stay -Oct

We stayed in a 2 bed bungalow. We were disappointed that there wasnt any kettle or toaster or grill in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils weren't great. I fried an egg but there wasnt any flipper . There wasn't any cleaning supplies either. You had to go through the 2nd bedroom to get to the toilet.Only 1 of the bedrooms had a mirror. The air con in the bedroom didnt work. There wasnt any shower tray and the shower water leaked out the door. When we left after a week the reception staff never asked us about our stay. We stayed off season and there was a charge to book the tennis court and a charge for each racket even though the place was quiet. We felt there were alot of small improvements which would make a big difference to a guests experience at the property.

Lake Garda

Very relaxing place to stay, mobile home was good. Location once you get your bearings was perfect for a walk along the lakeside and into Sermione although you can get the shuttle bus from Columbare for 1 euro if the walk is too far. Swimming pools lovely and clean compulsary to wear a swimming cap. Great place for families lots of play areas and under 12's pool with slides etc. For a couple like us it is ideal out of season expect would be very busy in school holidays. No evening entertainment except mini disco for kids. Tips: buy your tickets for buses, ferry's etc in advance from ticket offices as is slightly cheaper and saves waiting in queue when you need to be somewhere. The ticket offices are very helpful and knowlegable and will help with travel for further away as we went from here to Lido di Jesole and the girl helped us to sort bus tickets for this journey too. There are so many places to see and visit in this area all are very scenic and clean but can get very busy.

It is a very safe place to take children with lifeguards by the pools and 24 hour security. It is reasonably well lit at night without being intrusive.

Great place to stay with families

The accommodation was basic. Like a bunker. A small bunker. The term 'comfort bungalow' was a little misleading but.....we spent little time there. The pools were great and immaculately clean, the location was brilliant and the views on to Lake Garda are brilliant. Loved it.

Overall security. The location on shore of Lake Garda with free and easy access to the lake shore and lake-side walking paths. The excellent on-site swimming pool.

NIce holiday village. Great Location.

Family break

Campsite was very clean and staff friendly. Only negative point was the bungalow could of done with a dusting and mopping. It was as though it had been cleaned and then not used for a while. Friendly staff and a great location for day trips out. It was out of season so the camp site was quiet. This was great as there was no queuing at bar, restaurant and so on. Plenty of sunbeds to pick from!

Compact but nice and clean

Cheap, compact and clean. Facilities on site are good if you have a family and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

Basic accomodation

We visited outside of peak season so limited activities for kids. The standard bungalow was very basic with very limited cooking utensils. Bedroom is small but satisfactory. Bathroom could be updated.

Never ever this resort... don't go!!!

Unfriendly staff in check in and out, too small an shabby rooms wirh stains in the bathroom, old and mukrky blankets ... just disgusting. They didn't even care why we left a day early.

The Stay was OK. Network connectivity was NOT so good. The Picture in the website needs some check. In Website it gives an impression that rooms are of sufficient size. But in reality cramped. For ex. one Bed can be avoided in small bedroom. This will be more comfortable than the current setup.

Check in only at 4pm, checkout only from 8am

We had to wait until after 3pm to check into our room as it was not available until this time. The village is moderately ok, you have to use a shower cap in order to use any of the pools. Very noisy at night as the walls are very thin. Extremely basic accomodation with the cheapest mattress you can find. You do all your linen and towel washing yourself otherwise its an extra fee. We had an early flight but couldnt check out until 8pm as reception doesnt open until then. The area the village is in does not do lake gada justice as there are so many fantastic areas to see but this bit seems a little trashy with annoying music being played at a maximum by the beach side. Not good when your here to just relax. Enjoyed my trip but would not stay here again.

Amazing value for money with excellent staff.

Hats off to the guy in the bar... remembered our order in day one and then kept the drinks flowing.

Overall great time at Garda Village

The caravans we've had was quite outdated but still ok. We love the location as our caravans were closest to the lake. Could be a bit noisy during the season thought as bar is just opposite. A few things we didn't like were: No electric cattle or oven. They give us a quite long list at reception with all the staff which supposed to be inside the caravan and asked us to check if there is anything missing. Wouldn't mind it so much if stayed there for at least a week, but we were there only 3 nights and looking through that list would take us half of our holiday time... Otherwise quite a pleasant experience.

poor value for money.

Long queue and long time to check in, and when checked in room not available for over 2 hours. Dirty linen from previous occupents left on table. Staff not very pleasant.

Unfriendly and uncaring

Worst experience ever. Restaurant staff were absolutely shocking and customer service didn't exist. Lied when wrong order received and tried to blame us despite waiter repeating order after taking it. Hotel staff couldn't care that I had my card skimmed for a considerable amount of money from their location.

Don't be fooled by the photos!! It is by no mean a 4-stars resort, I would give it maximum 2 stars. We book an apartment for 3 people, (state clearly since the booking was made), and got only 2 beds made. We need to ask for the third bedding and they don't even do the bedding for us, just leave it in front of the door. Moreover, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when we ask for it, the staff said guests should buy in themselves, but they give us anyway. The air-condition/heater did not function, so did the phone. They send us some staff to fix it but still it is not really work. Staffs speak Italian very well, speak some German, basic English, but almost no English at all when it comes to extra requests beyond check-in/check-out process. Restaurant is kind of crazy, the staffs are not well-trained and dont understand basic requests (which we tried to make it in simple Italian). Price is so-so, not expensive, still they can improve the service and room condition. Location is good but a bit hard if you don't drive. There is a bus-stop nearby. In conclusion, This place is for family holiday, suitable for kids and cars and close to the nature.

A piece of Garda

Pools very clean, comfort bungalows small for the price. Restaurant service is atrocious. ( need more staff) Pool bar and food really good with excellent service.

Good lakeside location

This was an economical way of staying on Lake Garda. A hotel holiday would have cost twice as much. When we arrived we were initially disappointed with the "Comfort Bungalow" which is very basic but the bed was comfortable and shower good. The location however is good. The kitchen is not very well equipped (no kettle or toaster so we had to boil water in saucepan to make tea/coffee). Mid-September seemed fairly quiet on the complex which had very good swimming pools and a lakeside bar and restaurant. This is a good base to explore from (we had a car).

good for families

Apartments are quite small and basic, however facilities are great for kids... Selection of pools, lake is right there and lots of activities to keep kids happy. Restaurant on site and also a spar for groceries etc.

Family friendly resort

The Garda Village is a great place to stay with younger children as there are facilities within walking distance on site eg restaurant, pool, play park and shop. The comfort bungalows are basic but adequate for self catering and eating out in combination and the shop was well stocked. Buses are a bit limited and Sirmione is a long walk so be prepared to eat on site. It is not somewhere I would take teenage children unless I had a car but under 12s would be happy to spend a week there.

terrible place

this was the worst place i have ever stayed at..we arrived to see this static caravan that move when you walked inside and smelt terrible.the staff were very unfriendly and was very expensive for what we got,we will never stay there again

Garda Village,Sirimieone,Italy

The general state of the room was disappointing as it was dirty with the kitchen cupboard not stocked with enough plates or bowls.Their was only 2 spoons in the draw,but their was enough t -spoons to make up for it.The draws were sticking and would not close properly. On a good note their were plenty of towels and sheets,but the shower was leaking and we had to use one of the towels for the floor. The shop on site was very expensive

NO SWIMMING POOL OPEN

WAS NO HAPPY THAT THE SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT OPEN FOR OUR WHOLE STAY AND WE HAD A YOUNG CHILD WITH US THAT WOULD HAVE ENJOYED THE BABY POOL .WHEN WE ENQUIRED ABOUT THE POOL WE WHERE TOLD THAT IT WAS ON THEIR WEB SIGHT THAT WAS NO GOOD TO ME AS WE HAD THIS BOOKED FROM FEBRUARY AND PAID IN FULL . ALSO THE MOBILE HOME WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AS THERE WAS PILES OF DUST UNDER THE BED AND SPIDERS AND WEBS ON THE CEILING AND UNDER THE STORAGE IN THE BEDROOMS OVER OUR HEADS

Willerby mobile home - DON'T BOOK!

Old, ugly, dirty, damp... not what they show you on the pictures. Overpriced for what you get,... bring things with you, if you want to do some cooking. Very disappointed - for the second time at Lake Garda, so be very careful before you book.

Basic Apartments near Sirmione

Pool was closed and it was the main reason I booked this place. Room was a little damp, cold and dusty.

Lovely location - shame about the facilities!!

Fab views of the lake, lots to do in the local area including Gardaland, a safari park/zoo and a sealife center. Local towns are very good for food and people watching. We were very disappointed to find that none of the swimming pools on site were in use (but weren't told beforehand) and the on-site 'restaurant' was terrible (and very expensive) - completely ruined day 1. The bungalow was adequate for our needs - very basic, so take your own kettle etc... We utilised the 'village' as a base/bed and spent each day exploring the lovely local towns and facilities. Gardaland is great for the kids - like Disney world, but slightly smaller!! Overall a lovely area - but we would not stay at Garda village again! Ciao!!

Mobile home holiday park on the shore of the lake

Very friendly and helpful staff - our family (including a toddler) received a free upgrade to an area closer to the shore to avoid the noise of a school group. The mobile home was as expected - fairly basic but comfortable enough with everything we needed. On the other hand, we travelled in early October when days were still relatively warm and were disappointed to find that the pools were all closed and the beach equipment was stored away. To be fair, there was virtually tumbleweed blowing through the place, but we were still paying guests and would have appreciated the facilities. Still, having hired a car we had no problem visiting the surrounding area, including Sirmione itself, which is just beautiful. If we were looking for a cheap option near the lake we would stay here again, though possibly earlier in the year when more of the facilities would be open.

Great resort, would definitely go again!

Great for children, right by the lake, fun and friendly staff, plenty to do onsite, clean and well maintained. The whole family loved it. My children were aged 7 years and 20 months old, and they both loved it. There were children of all ages (babies-teens). Will definitely visit The Garda Village again in the future!

Great for all ages

All our queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently making our stay on site more pleasant. It seem to be a well run organisation and would consider returning in the future.

A camping-minded hotel (in a good way)

We stayed for 6 nights. We ordered a Willerby room, but upgraded to Bustner room. We have been told that the upgraded room is slightly smaller but is newer and in a better state. In general, it was in a good shape, clean, but slightly small (2 people+2 year old boy). The hotel area is great - widespace, very green, pool, beach with ducks. It is clear that the hotel is well taken care off, for example, in our room/caravan the lower electricity sockets were covered with duct tape as children protection. The few drawbacks is that the road to the caravan from the parking lot is unpaved, which causes mud during rain and it is difficult to carry cases on it. Also, the room is not cleaned during the stay (only before and after), no change of sheets and towels, and in general, any service you expect in a hotel requires an additional charge (which is fine, considering the price). The staff is helpful but didn't know much about the attractions and sights in the area. Sirmione itself is a very nice area, but it is not the ideal base due to transportation issues (I would go for Pescheira or Desenzo instead). Overall, a great stay for people who loved camping when they were young but grow up and have a family.

Good location nice pool

Check in time of 4.00pm but check out at 10.00am is a little unreasonable and is enforced quite strictly even out of season when around 70% of the units are unoccupied, why?

a family trip

It was all we needed for a relaxing family vacation - a clean room (with AC) and a nice pool. The private lake beach was also nice. The room (caravan actually) itself was not a 5-star hotel, but was satisfactory. Notice there is no free housekeeping.

Garda Village is excellent location for visiting Sirmione. The shop, restaurants and the reception all work extremely well and are friendly. It is an ideal family location, but also good for couples. The internet was free and worked well. The evening entertainment was ideal for kids!!

Good for families

Excellent for a family holiday to a beautiful part of the world.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely area, well-equipped campsite with good animation team and lots to do during the day and at night. We stayed in a caravan which was very small for four people, by comparison with our experience of mobile homes on other campsites, this was the only negative point, however it was modern and clean, didn't spoil our stay.

Wounderful area and super program for children by Wintour animators. Good market and restaurant in the area. Difficult to go to Sirmione or train station if you don't have a car.

My experience with the hotel

The Garda village is good for families who comes for a vacation not for families who come to tour in the area. We orderd 3 room and they were not close to each other. One of the rooms was not clean and we asked the hotel to clean it again. When we checked in we have been told that the hotel is good for people that come for a week at least and we came for 3 nights. When we asked to change our towels it costed 5 euros each towel. The area is very nice but the hotel not so much.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen hier in der Unterkunft und waren von der gesamten Anlage begeistert. Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

God pool; Bungalow gamle og i dårlig stand

Vi boede i en bungalow. Den var gammel og slidt, og der var både fugt i væggene og voldsom meget edderkoppespind under fx spisebordet til trods for, at der var rengøring da vi ankom. Den eneste lampe i køkken-alrummet blinkede non-stop, og lyset i emhætten virkede ikke. Alt i alt bar bungalowen præg af alderdom og manglende rengøring. Poolområdet var meget fint og rent - vær obs. på, at man skal have badehætte på i poolen (kan købes på stedet). Stolene var virkelig gode. Poolbarens personale var meget søde og imødekommende. Personalet ved ankomst virkede irriterede over, at vi ville tjekke ind.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Kinderbetreuung war sehr herzlich. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar was man braucht. Uns hat’s sehr gefallen.

Unsrer Apartment war gut. Kurzer Weg zum Pool und Gardasee. Frühstück konnten wir Vorort dazu buchen. Mailand und Venedig sind auch mit Auto oder Bahn innerhalb von 90 min gut zu erreichen. An die Badekappenpflicht im Pool konnten wir uns auch gewöhnen. Strandschuhe sind für den Gardasee empfehlenswert. Ein Penny ist in der Nähe, ansonsten befindet sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt auf dem Gelände. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gern wieder : )

Schönes und modernes Mobilehome mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und einem Bad nur mit Toilette. Es gab eine Klimaanlage. Der Weg zum Pool und See war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer Parkplatz direkt beim Eingang der Anlage und ein Parkplatz bei dem Mobilehome. Check in konnte früher erfolgen, das war toll. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Am Pool gibt es liegen und Sonnenschirm. Leider muss man im Pool Badekappen tragen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Grote caravans, nieuw, goed onderhouden. Het is een gezellig dorp. Leuk animatieteam, mooie zwembaden. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Bar bij het zwembad top. Goed eten en goede koffie! Eigenaar van de zwembadbar zeer vriendelijk!!

En resa tillbaka i tiden..

Den sämsta stranden i Gardasjön och ett pool område som är från 70-talet. Badmössa tvång vilket jag aldrig sett innan. Smutsigt på området och AC-n lät så mycket att man inte kunde vara utanför stugan.

The Garda Village is een heel mooi park voor gezinnen. Het park is netjes onderhouden, personeel heel vriendelijk, fijne zwembaden, leuke mini club met grote speeltuin en een goed restaurant met schitterend uitzicht over het Gardameer. Wij hadden een Maxicaravan Prestige, een mooie, nette caravan met 3 slaapkamers, 1 douche en 2 wc's. Erg luxe voor ons met zijn drieën. Enige minpunt is dat de caravans echt veel te dicht op elkaar staan, dat gaat na 3 dagen wel storen.

Old and moldy rooms.

Very poor and old standard, mold in rooms, not cleaned or vacuumed. Receptionists rude and disrespectful. The hotel added hidden costs for linen and towels, not shown here at hotels.com. Price way too much for what you get, this is more like a 1-star hotel.

Prisvärt ställe med bra pool, god mat på restaurangen, fräscht boende och bra utgångsläge för att hitta på andra aktiviteter/utflykter runtomkring. Roligt minidisco för barnen på kvällen.

Not satisfied

Filthy and not properly cleaned. Doors not possible to lock properly and beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Ants invaded the apartment during the night.

Decepción

Te cobran por las sábanas y las toallas. Pagar 180 euros la noche por 1 camping me parece abusivo. Las fotos no se corresponden para nada. Es mucho más pequeño y todas las cadas están 100% pegadas.

Ottimo servizio

Llegamos por la noche y nos recibió la seguridad del recinto. No nos gustó la recepción por parte de la seguridad. El alojamiento en si es estupendo todo nuevo y limpio.En la recepción también muy bien trato.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce joli camping, qui est bien entretenu, seul petit bémol nous avions loué pour un 6 personnes et il été équipé en vaisselle pour 4 personnes, il manque d ustensiles pour cuisiner, c est dommage ! Sinon il est très bien situé et nous avons pu profiter d un magnifique couché de soleil

Personale disponibile e gentile. Villaggio ampio e organizzato con piscina, campo basket, passeggiata sul lago, bar , giochi.

Sehr teuer, alles muss man kaufen Bettwäsche auch. Keine gute Programme für Kinder.

Worst accommodation I ever experienced! Dirty, spiders everywhere, very uncomfortable bed, the door of the shower fell on my kid and I could go on like this with a very long list. I tried to talk to the reception about this and had the impression that they don’t care at all what kind of a horrible bungalow they put us in. DON‘T BOOK IT!!!

Wij zaten in 1 vd huisjes. Bij de andere 2 familie's was het huisje niet echt proper. Bij ons wel. Alles heel basic. Uitvouw stapelbed in de woonkamer/keuken. Badkamer en slaapkamer. Niet echt veel opbergruimte. De huisjes kunnen een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Op de camping zelf is alles aanwezig, mooi zwembad met een fantastische badmeesters, barreke aan het zwembad waar je ook take away kan halen. Vriendelijke mensen daar ook. Winkeltje voor brood alsook andere dingen maar op 2min rijden van de camping liggen 3 grote supermarkten. Dan nog een restaurant en nog een bar met uitzicht op het meer. Eten was lekker zonder meer en de prijs oke. Aan het meer kan je goed liggen op het gras en je kan veilig het water in maar vergeet geen strandschoenen. De camping heeft alles wat je nodig hebt maar ze is basic.

Gentilissimi, bisognerebbe informare gli ospiti prima della prenotazione, che nella vostra struttura le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono a pagamento, in quanto chi viene da molto lontano capisca che una volta arrivati li sopratutto se prenotato con non rimporsabile, dovrà affrontare questa ulteriore spesa e non trovare la sorpresina a fatto compiuto, capisco la mia ignoranza nel non sapere che in un camping questo tipo di servizio non esiste come invece in un hotel, ma non siamo nati tutti informati, specie se è la prima volta che ci vado, ed il tutto mi è sembrato una furbata, detto questo la struttura è bella e merita anche dire che sia le piscine il ristorante è il super market offrono tutti i confort per rilassarsi e godersi qualche giornata di relax com prezzi accettabili e attrazioni per tutte le età e famiglie

Struttura ricca di servizi, comoda ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Bungalow un po’ datato.

Super tolle ruhige Unterkunft. Am besten war es das wir einen Tagesausflug nach Venedig gemacht haben. Die Entfernung von dort aus 1,5 Std.

Sehr schmutzige Unterkunft die extrem Alt ist und absolut keinen guten Eindruck macht. Der Aufenthalt im Bungalow haben wir gemeidet. Diverse Tierchen haben uns in unseren Bungalow auch noch überrascht ( Kakerlaken) Sollten sie ein sauberes und schönes Bungalow suchen dann meiden Sie diese Anlage. Wer kurz und billig Urlaub machen will und wenig in der Unterkunft ist, ist hier richtig. Man hat es nicht weit nach Sirmione, Venedig, Verona. Die Unterkunft ist aber echt unter aller Sau. Man hat bei jeder Bewegung im Mobilheim Angst dass diese zusammenfällt. Alles alt, kaputt, ungepflegt. Die Badekappenpflicht ist sowas von veraltet! Männer mit mehr Haaren auf dem Rücken und Gesicht als aufm Kopf aber Badekappenpflicht.....

Bella struttura. Posizione comoda. Sirmione stupenda.

les bâtiments sont anciens et ne sont pas entretenus en réparations (salle de bains : robinets bloqués , fuite d'eau importante sur évacuation lavabo , douche inutilisable : minuscule ! ) tous les bas de murs sont abimés par l'humidité , etc

Nous avions un mobil-home prestige caravane. Prevu pour 6 personnes, 3 chaises seulement à l interieur. Très peu de vaisselle et d équipement dans le mobil-home Nous etions proche de la route et entendions la circulation.

Soggiorno molto problematico

Spazi strettissimi, appartamento molto vecchio, bagno senza piatto doccia, drenaggio del pavimento pessimo, non c'era il phone ... quindi acqua ovunque, climatizzatore diretto sul letto a castello dei bambini che hanno avuto problemi di respirazione, invece la camera da letto era fredda.. rumori di tubature tutta la notte ... il peggior soggiorno mai fatto... la prima notte non siamo riusciti a dormire e siamo partiti il giorno dopo con un giorno di anticipo e non ci hanno neanche rimborsato la notte che non abbiamo fatto.. PS non cera biancheria e asciugamani .. tutto extra ...

Pasqua in famiglia per completo relax. Struttura completa organizzazione villaggio-camping. Su spiaggia, ma maleodorante. Comoda per godersi il lago e le città vicine anche Venezia in un giorno. Unico neo, noi nel bungalow avevamo i fornelli elettrici che non cucinavano un pranzo ma solo caffè e un condizionatore che non funzionava così come le lampadine non facevano luce un po' di manutenzione in più. Però ci ritornerò

Si può fare meglio

Ho soggiornato in data 29.10.22 check in tutto ok. All'arrivo nel bungalow numero1224 lampadina ingresso/cucina bruciata ,in tutto il bungalow erano presenti polvere ragnatele ed oggetti degli ospiti precedenti .

Da vi ankom, opdagede vi, at der var indlogeret flere hundrede unge fodboldspillere. Dagen efter måtte vi forlade stedet grundet larm. Fedt for de unge mennesker, men vi havde ikke nogen interesse i den retning. Vi ville bare gerne have ferie. Garda Village havde ikke informeret os på forhånd. Garda Village ville heller ikke refundere vores manglende 4 overnatninger. Dette finder ikke acceptabelt.

Tutto ok Ritorneremo grazie

Non ero mai stato in quel villaggio, pur fermandomi una sola notte, ho avuto fin da subito un'idea di organizzazione e professionalità. Peccato per il brutto tempo che non mi ha fatto gustare completamente tutto, ma non è sicuramente dovuto al villaggio.

Location molto bella. Bungalow molto piccolo—siamo stati in quello più basic—ma funzionale. Nota negativa, la doccia solo con la tendina e che causa l’allagamento del bagno ogni volta.

Piscine fantastiche.

Sauberkeit des Bungalow ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wenig Küchenausstattung. Poolanlage war soweit okay. Leider gab es keine Kinderportionen im Restaurant, für eine Familienanlage wäre das wünschenswert...

Een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Mooie ruime stacaravan met terras. Het enige wat jammer was was dat we niet altijd warm water hadden. Bleek een boiler te zijn die naar onze mening zijn beste tijd gehad had.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Location incantevole a due passi dal lago,abitazioni immerse nel verde personale diponibile e cortese, animatori simpatici e coinvolgenti,unica pecca ma è proprio il classico pelo nell'uovo per quanto riguarda il bungalow a me assegnato avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war der Pool. Selbst der Pool für Kleinkinder ist sehr sehr kalt und es gibt eine Badekappenpflicht, selbst für ganz kleine Kinder/Babys.

Nel complesso positivo, posizione ottima

Allora partiamo dalle note postitive. Piscine belle, pulizia, parcheggio attaccato al bungalow. Minimarket a noi è sembrato ottimo. Certo non ha i prezzi del lidl, ma è ovvio. Cose secondo noi negative: Ristorante buono ma sicuramente caro e scelta non troppo ampia. A mio avviso animazione non all altezza. Coinvolgono poco i bambini. Per chi ha la possibilita portate biciclette. Consiglio al villaggio: Manca un punto per noleggiare biciclette e mancano rastrelliere per riporre le bici. Nemmeno una non è possibile. Manca nel minimarket parole crociate, giornali ecc.

Super fin plads med bjerg kik og fine & rene pools

En super fin plads. Der var fred og ro og masser af plads omkring os. Super lækkert og rent pool område med masser af pladser. Der blev fyldt godt op i løbet af dagen, men stort set altid til at få en solseng. Synes måske godt der kunne bruges lidt krudt på at lave et hyggeligt bar område. Bare små hyggelige borde med stearin lys på kunne gøre det. Ærgeligt at man har valgt at lægge alt børnetivoli gøglet lige foran Gardasøen, så det er det man kigger ud på fra baren og ikke søen. Supermarkedet på pladsen er meget sparsomt, men skyldes nok et utal af supermarkeder omkring pladsen. Vi boede i bungalow. Den fungerede super fint. Kølig, ren og pæn, med det sparsomme køkkengrej man kan forvente sydpå. Dog var fold ud køjesengen ikke lige vores smag. Så valgte at tage vores ene teenage datter ind på gulvet. Alt i alt en positiv oplevelse som blev bestilt "last minute" ❤️

Een “voldoende”

Super: vriendelijk personeel, schone huisjes, schoon park, goede parkeerplekken en mogelijkheid om afval te scheiden Balen: Verplicht een badmuts dragen in het zwembad is zo ouderwets en echt nergens voor nodig. Huisje had een bijeengeraapt setje borden en bestek en ook nog eens heel weinig (bv. Niet eens een kurketrekker). Huisje was oud, doucheslang was stuk en wc raakte snel verstopt. Winkeltje op het park had een enorm oppervlakte, maar heel weinig producten en superduur.
