Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was really good too.

A brilliant hotel, they went above and beyond to make the stay special for my husband’s birthday. They upgraded the room, let us check in early and gave us complimentary drinks in the bar. The room was amazing! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this hotel!

This property was beautiful, modern, clean and exactly as pictured. It’s vibrant with options for those that enjoy the lively atmosphere. The STK rooftop was amazing, and the music was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in London. However not for families with small children.

I enjoyed my stay at The Gantry. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. This was my first time in London and I enjoyed my stay for the duration of my trip. I would definitely book again.

Valentine night away

A little bit of a wait to check-in however I found out later you can do this remotely and get into your room with your phone. Room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable - great shower and very large bed and TV. Bar on 1st floor very good and I especially liked the machine in the lobby that lent you a brolly free of charge if you return within 48hrs. Breakfast had a great choice and the chef made eggs any way you wanted. 5stars

Lovely hotel, top customer service

Excellent staff. Top customer service, staff were so helpful. I wish I’d taken the name of the front desk guy that arranged our taxi. He then called our room to check we were happy. All very clean and comfortable. Bar staff were fantastic too. If I was being picky, I’d recommend wifi details to be in the room, I had to phone down to ask. And only one lot of regular tea bags, two lots woukd have been preferable. Other than that a fabulous hotel with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely thoughtful and professional employees.

Handy for London, if you're driving in there's a big car park at the Westfield next door, and the DLR/train station as well. Great location for the nearby ABBA show. Very easy to find. Nice style of rooms, big showers.

Lovely property! Gorgeous decor! Rooms were spacious and very modern. Clean and good attention to detail. Only criticism is it would have been nice to be welcomed to a bottle of water or two in the room, especially to be able to make some tea/coffee in the morning. WiFi was also a bit slow. Could search just fine but calls weren’t good quality if planning to work. Overall good would stay again.

Pleasant Stay

Attractive and spacious room with all that you could hope for. We didn't use any other facilities so can't comment on them.

Had a lovely stay at the Gantry. Khalid the concierge was a star, extremely professional and efficient as were all his colleagues. Would highly recommend!

The service was excellent especially from the breakfast the team and Sadek in particular. However the evening bar staff were not so good! Our group of 4 waited 30 minutes to be served and 1 of that team I think Spanish maybe gave poor and rude service. Still gave full marks as rest of stay was great.

Great hotel great staff

Spacious, well equipped room which had all the amenities you would expect. Close to Westfield shopping and good transport links. Breakfast was one of the better offerings I’ve had in London and ok priced at £20 if it isn’t included. Would need more closet space if staying for longer than a weekend

Great hospitality with an upgrade, one of the better gyms I have seen and just nice helpful Front desk.

Comfortable, spacious and well situated

I checked in late after a long day at a work event and the staff were so attentive. The room was so spacious, I wish I could have stayed longer. The 12pm checkout is so handy and appreciated also. The close proximity to both Stratford Westfield and the DLR/tube stations was a godsend.

Comfortable and well-appointed. A good location for our trip. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed room-service snacks which arrived piping hot. No hairdryer in the room; we didn’t check to see if there was one available to borrow. Hermanos coffee shop on the ground floor served great drinks, but limited food options and when we visited there were quite a few used cups and plates lying around. Otherwise the hotel and restaurant service were excellent. Overall it was a great place to stay for ABBA Voyage.

Good Location

Good hotel close to the station. Parking in NCP facing only £8 per day. West Gate shopping centre only a few minutes walk away . Trains into London only a few mins walk. Good location for ABBA Voyage event.

Ok, accept not even water in the room which was disappointing

Loved it! As a solo traveler I felt so comfortable in this hotel and loved that everything was close.

Nice size rooms and modern bathroom. Close to all Stratford shopping, Stadium and Abba Arena.

Wonderful team, wonderful stay

Stayed for NYE and I’m truly so grateful to the team for creating such a wonderful experience and stay, from check in to check out. I have no notes, the service, rooms and hotel itself, surrounding area were all ideal. I’ll be returning before the year is up

4/10 for a Hilton

Really average. Which isn’t a good indicator especially for a Hilton brand. Wi-Fi was rubbish difficult connect to Check In I had to ask questions about stuff I’d expect to be told about I wear the breakfast is what time the breakfast is from simple stuff. Although the hotel indicated dog friendly the team on Reception didn’t seem too happy with the fact that we turned up with a dog. I’d give this place a wide birth

Comfy & quiet

Really comfy bed, quiet and decent curtains so we slept really well! Room and shower were great as well. Bar is nice on the 1st floor.

The staff did what extra they could to make our stay enjoyable. The staff made areangements that were above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend.

The Gantry - Stratford London.

The hotel was unable to find the booking upon our arrival. I had to hand my phone to the receptionist to allow them to email the booking confirmation and evidence of payment to themselves. Refreshments weren’t re stocked in the room with sugar etc which was disappointing. The coffee bar/cafe was expensive with poor coffee served. When this was mentioned to the barista her reply was that they knew of this problem with the coffee and were in the process of changing it. She then went onto say a lot of people had complained and had queried whether or not the milk was off!

Exceptional, minor feedback but overall loved it

The room was exceptional, stylish hotel and convenient location. Fantastic bed and bathroom. Huge window too which is always nice, though the window was dirty. Some sort of club on ground floor which made it very loud in the lobby but couldn’t be heard from the rooms. No separation from lifts and rooms, my door was right opposite the lift doors so there was some disturbance in early hours. Check in seemed very slow.

We stay here regularly when in London and love the interior design and the staff friendliness. Our room was let down this time with poor cleaning and the coffee hadn’t been replenished. Also the breakfast wasn’t very hot. Normally five stars for everything this is the first time we’ve scored the place less!

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff are unfailingly friendly and efficient: the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Great locations for us staying to see Abba Voyage - also great location for using public transport easily and the Westfield centre having lots of food options. Our room was lovely and big / clean / quiet and cosy Breakfast is excellent Lucy at reception was very welcoming and helpful

Fantastic hotel Love the fact there's a club at the bottom and a rooftop bar. Not that we went to either but there is that option if not heading into the city. Will definitely come back.

Okay hotel but customer service was poor!

Booked for our wedding anniversary, a well deserved stay for my wife and I and the first time we have been able to get away for some time. When booking, the hotel messaged me and asked what time I would be checking in and also whether it was a special occasion, I replied letting them know the time and also that it was a special anniversary. When we arrived we had a 10 min check in as there were queues and finally checked in and went up to our room. Now maybe I’ve been fortunate with other hotels we have stayed for special birthdays or other anniversaries as they’ve usually done a little something extra to celebrate. Not here, not even a member of staff wishing us a happy anniversary. The hotel overall was presented ok, however the customer service was poor, the staff appeared to not want to be there and the hotel are really missing a trick as we certainly won’t return. The hospitality industry is tough and hotels win and lose clientele by how they deliver service and this hotel is unfortunately one of the losers.

A little bit of luxury! Fabulous hotel, gorgeous room, friendly and attentive staff. Great atmosphere and food. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice,clean hotel in a nice location. Breakfast was great. The gym is great except some people hogged the equipment for much longer.

Ok stay

It was an ok stay but nothing g more. Had to change due to smells in the first one, then a non working toilet and a heating system that overheated the room independent of set point of the thermostat. Reception was not that friendly and not really acknowledging the customers. Busy talking… and then not focusing.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Gantry. It's close to public transportation which made site seeing very easy. There is plenty of nearby shopping and food.

We had the most amazing time at the Gantry. I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my best friend and we had a lovely twin room on the 17 th floor. It was very quiet and luxurious with robes towels and toiletries. The staff were lovely and I was treated with a surprise call to the room by Khalib singing happy birthday , cake , chocolates and balloons! Lucy the manager could not do enough for us including booking us a taxi to ABBA voyage. Thankyou the Gantry from Sue and Shirley we had the best of times and hope to see you all again!

Best hotel for Stratford/ ABBA

Hotel in very good condition and decor very chic. Large walk in shower. Breakfasts were excellent lovely scrambled or poached eggs to order. Happy hour in the bar till 5 pm good value

The staff were friendly and professional. They were readily available to assist you with your needs. The hotel was clean and very secure. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was wonderful! Loved the almond croissants and cappuccinos in the mornings. We ate at the STK Rooftop Bar and it was a VIBE! But more importantly, the food was outstanding. Everything in the hotel was clean and environmentally-friendly. We will absolutely stay here again!

No good will or delight!

Second booking of two; a week apart. Couldn’t make the first due to a flight disruption and no good will shown at all. Even for a Hilton member. On arrival for the second booking, this one, no connection to the previous, and turning up at 1030pm still asked for a deposit for food and drink, even though highly likely to go straying to sleep. Lack of thought.

Really nice hotel, located across the street from the mall. Multiple restaurants located on site and a coffee station in the lobby. Oh I almost forgot the convenience of the train station within walking distance!

Khalid had great customer service! This place was a great stay. It’s very close to the Stratford international and the DLR to get around. This hotel did have a few restaurants and the mall was walking distance if you wanted to grab a quick bite but there isn’t a lot of places around to eat.

Absolutely stunning property and very friendly staff. It’s a little way away from Central London if that’s what you’re looking for but if you don’t mind using the tube then I’d definitely recommend staying here. The rates were very good for the quality of the hotel and it gives a nice escape from the chaos of the city. The only slight teething issues we had were the elevators often weren’t working or didn’t like the key card so we’d end up going up and down several times before getting it to work. We also had no hot water for one night (2 night stay) - it was fixed by the morning but a wim hof style shower wasn’t what we wanted after a day walking round London! Those were minor issues though, would definitely stay here again

Poor check, poor service and cold meal in STK, poor breakfast service with 15 mins waiting to be seated. Excellent service from Madeline (think they was her name ) in Union restaurant followed by great good.

Fabulous hotel!

Fabulous hotel, room was stunning with a double aspect looking over Stratford. The rooftop bar and restaurant was beautiful, such an amazing view, delicious food and great service. Highly recommend

Pleasant stay at The Gantry😊

2 night stay for a wedding in London. The room was modern and spacious. Beds big, very comfortable. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable were in the room. Bathroom had a big shower with all amenities needed. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Coffee machine stunning extra. We loved the bar seated area serving food as well during the evening. Coffee shop convenient in foyer. We will definitely return to this Hotel again.

The stay at the Gantry was excellent. The only thing that i woukd mention was there were only two breakfast tea bags and 4 milk sachets when we arrived, so didn't leave enough for a cup of tea in the morning. I did ask for more to be brought up and 5 minutes after a member of staff brought more to my room. Lovely staff and hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Gem of London Area

Wonderful hotel that is only about 20-25 minutes train ride from tourist area in Central London. Modern, safe and quiet area located 5 minute walk from train station. Beds and pillows were the best. Slept like a baby. A hotel like this in Central London area would cost at least double the price. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

I like the hotel, but the coffee shop not great.

Confinient location. Good amenities n restaurant on 18th top floor was very good foods.... Beds n view are good but no trashcan in the room...

Outstanding stay! Far from airports but right on Stratford Line

Excellent hotel, very modern and clean. Great location for all transport options. Great shopping centre nearby with lots of restaurants to eat there.

This hotel is pretty new, the biggest advantage is spacious room! Paying more than £300 per night for the location and spacious room, not bad. Most staff are friendly and smiling to clients. I think it’s a good choice to stay in this hotel if you are doing business in this area. But I do think hotel can do better at cleanness. That’s why I knock one star, in general it’s a very pleasant stay here!
