Amazing boutique hotel in the charming neighborhood of Monti. The staff were available for anything I needed help with from airport transfer to restaurant recommendations and reservations. The morning breakfast was divine as was the afternoon team from 5-6pm. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

A lovely boutique hotel with lots of special and unique touches - from the room to the lovely breakfast buffet and the effort made by concierge to recommend and book restaurants. It makes a real difference to stay at a small hotel where service is exceptional.

Fantastic hotel with lovely facilities and very friendly staff. Would love to return and would certainly recommend.

The hotel room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff seemed happy to work there, displaying a friendly attention to detail and my comfort. Breakfast was delightful, with house made pastries of the finest quality with excellent service. It's located on the edge of the lively Monti neighborhood. Just close enough to enjoy the vibrancy but without the all night noise. All together providing an excellent for my three day visit to Rome.

From the moment we arrived, the service at Fifteen Keys was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly special. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Don’t miss this hotel- a gem

What a great find. Every need satisfied. Lots of space, which was comfortably furnished, and an excellent breakfast which was continually replaced with freshly cooked hot food and great home cooked cakes. The welcome bottle of wine was very appreciated. The staff were friendly and very helpful from ordering cabs to recommending restaurants. The location of the hotel is convenient to lots of attractions but is on a side street and very quiet. Room 15, on the top floor, has a little balcony and is a great room. I recommend this hotel if you are in Rome.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every single detail was perfection!!! The staff was also the kindest I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely delicious breakfast!!!! I HIGHLY recommend 10/10!!!

Go ahead and stop looking at other hotels in Rome and book this one. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The “basic” room I stayed in was extremely welcoming and clean. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The have a complimentary breakfast with both hot breakfast items and bakery items that are actually baked from one of their staff members, and it is delicious! I stayed here one 2 separate night, once at the beginning of my Italy trip and on the night before my flight and the same excellent service was provided both times. I will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay and this property was wonderful. The staff was phenomenal and very helpful. The property and rooms were gorgeous and equipped with everything you might need! The breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip through Italy. We cannot wait to come back!

Best hotel in Rome! The staff were beyond wonderful. The rooms were spectacular. The breakfast can not be beat. We will stay here again. It is officially one of our favorite hotels ever!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast was superb. It is now my favorite hotel in Rome. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Room was nice but most importantly the staff was exceptional. Antonio went out of his way to find us transportation to our cruise ship. The breakfast was delicious and the chef came out to personal introduce herself. I will definitely stay at 15 Keys in the future. Oh, and how can I forget…a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Plus, their Happy Hour was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing!

This is a charming, boutique hotel in the Monti district of Rome. The staff were wonderful; kind, helpful and attentive. My room was nicely furnished, and very comfortable! When if I return to Rome, there is no doubt that I will stay here again!

It always feels like a welcome home here. Everyone is very kind, friendly, hospitable, and helpful. This is now my 5th return and speaks to how much I enjoy staying here.

We are so glad we chose this small hotel in Rome. The location was great and close to the main tourist attractions. Their attention to detail should be acknowledged. The front desk was always there and helpful, the room was cleaned efficiently and the breakfast was outstanding. Ionela is so talented and her dishes were very delicious. They made our anniversary very memorable and we will forever be grateful for it. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

The most accommodating and kind staff ever! Check in begins at 3pm but I had an early morning flight. They let me check in at 10:30am without extra costs. 24 hour concierge service, plus you have to be buzzed in when you come from outside. Made me feel safe and secure.

We just returned from a trip to Rome and we had a wonderful experience at the Fifteen Keys Hotel. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was incredible. The rooms were modern and clean. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Rome!

Perfect 3 days!

This is a wonderful place to stay with helpful and friendly staff! The breakfast is delicious and it is convenient to most of the major sites. It is an extremely small hotel and although they were fully booked, we rarely saw other guests. It is on a street that is a little less hectic so it was always nice to come back and relax in this lovely hotel!

Charming and well-appointed hotel with excellent design and service in a great location

We were celebrating our 19yr anniversary and my wife's birthday. The staff was amazing. Really took care of us and help celebrate our special day. Our flight came early so they helped us check in early. Loved the room. Breakfast was great. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there.

The hotel is really convenient for dining options and easily walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Plus complimentary afternoon tea every day was a lovely surprise! The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had a really lovely stay!

Wonderful service, excellent staff, room was great. Very helpful with questions about transportation and recommendations about where to eat. And made sure we got to the airport for our early flight home just in time. Excellent breakfast as well. Thanks for helping make our trip to Rome an excellent one.

This was our second time at this hotel and we would stay again next time in Rome. The Monti area is a terrific part of Rome.. hip, great restaurants but not the zoo Trastevere (sp?) is. My only little quibble is we stayed in the top suite ( which was very nice) but not worth the extra $. Breakfast was amazing! We love this small and intimate place!!

We enjoyed 3 nights at this tasteful and comfortable boutique hotel. Location was walkable from Rome Termini station and we rented a Vespa nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast to start the day too!

Fantastic hotel in great location

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had a lovely little balcony. Excellent breakfast, and lovely touches like the afternoon tea. It's a great location - as easy to walk to many of the key sites and also very close to public transport. There are also restaurants int he area.

My favorite hotel in Rome

I love staying at this hotel and always stay here. The staff are so kind and accommodating and the location is great for quick trips.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is small, charming and friendly. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The area around the hotel couldn’t be more convenient. It is a five minute walk to the Termini. Train station. I highly recommend 15Keys.

A Good Location

An excellent hotel in a good location. The personnel are all helpful and kind. The breakfast is very good with plenty to select from. Clean and tidy room. All in all a perfect place to stay while in Rome!

great stay

My stay was wonderful. I was in the cheapest and simplest room, but was comfy and had everything I needed. Breakfast is delicious and staff couldn't be any nicer. Lovely common spaces and afternoon tea time!

Great location

I stayed in the single light room, very clean, good lighting, very good shower, needed after a long day sightseeing. Hotel was very convenient for the train station for the airport train and also only 15 mins walk from the colosseum. I had breakfast one of the mornings, prosecco was a nice touch and the dining area was very cute. Good options for food near by, i ate at L'Angolo di Napoli. Hotel stored my bag post check out which is very handy when u have a late flight.

The hotel was very charming and the rooms airy, bright, and modern. We loved the breakfast provided by the hotel as well as the afternoon tea and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The 15 Keys was an amazingly serene stay in a bustling city. It is on a quiet street but very close to the train station (10 minute walk) and a great 20 min walk to the Colleseum. Amazing staff, beautiful large rooms and the daily breakfast was always great. My wife and I highly recommend this place and will return here anytime we come back. Also right around the corner from a great little Speakeasy type bar called Black Market Bar.

In the many hotels we have stayed at was likely the friendliest staff we have ever encountered.

This hotel is excellent. Staff were wonderful. Great location close to many shops and restaurants, but still in a quieter neighborhood. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's in a great neighborhood. The breakfast was really good. And the staff were welcoming and helpful -- they accommodated all my requests, both before my arrival and during my stay, which made it possible for me to do some things during my trip to Italy that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. It felt like a home away from home.

Great place six stars if possible

A group of us stayed at the Fifteen Keys last weekend and we all had a fantastic experience. It is located in a great location, is very clean, nicely decorated and has a great complimentary breakfast each morning. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff.They were extremely responsive leading up to our trip helping us with dinner recommendations and reservations and even while we were there. They go above and beyond and we will definitely be back next time in Rome!

My experience here was fine. No significant problems. Friendly and courteous staff. It's a fun neighborhood to stay in (Monti), convenient to historic sites without being right in the thick of tourist territory. Room was small (but not less than what I expected from the information provided at booking). Is it the best option for the money? Not sure. Rome is just expensive.

The Fifteen Keys epitomised a boutique hotel experience and is a great way to make your stay in Rome extra special. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the super friendly and helpful staff.

I cannot say enough about The Fifteen Keys Hotel. It was everything I hoped for and more. Situated in the Monti neighborhood and just a short walk to the Colosseum, the area just oozes charm and comfort (as a single woman, I felt safe no matter the hour). So convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants right out the door. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday and as soon as I got dropped off, just the vibe and decor (literally) took my breath away. I was excited to be in such an intimate setting (just 15 rooms) but what a surprise that with that came true first-class service from the staff. From day one, every single member made me feel special/valued and really got to know me throughout my stay. Even before I arrived, every email communication, from their warm welcome to answering my questions about what was open on Christmas Eve/Day and nearby Covid testing options, was graciously addressed by the staff. They even reached out to offer car service pickup from the airport. Everyone was so helpful; special shout out to Iulia. Thanks to her, I found the perfect spot to dine on Christmas Eve when I arrived solo that evening, as well as both of my last dinners, courtesy of her fantastic recommendations. This was an experience I will not soon forget. Grazie mille Fifteen Keys; I loved my 6 night stay so much because of all your personal touches, and will definitely be back!

Perfetto!

Cute place, exceedingly friendly staff. Able to upgrade to a terrace room day of arrival so we could check-in early and sleep off the jetlag. EXCELLENT breakfast and ideal location, short walk from train station. a little hard to find because there is no large marquee or signage, just make sure you have that correct address in your maps app and you’re good to go!

A local slice of Rome

This is a great place to stay if you want a small(ish) neighborhood in Rome to call your own. Close to Ancient Rome, but far enough from the Trevi fountain that you aren’t constantly in a throng of tourists snapping selfies. The staff are very friendly, the bathrooms and showers are large, and the breakfast was great. The bed is very firm (or maybe I’m just used to soft American beds). Hotel is super clean and well maintained.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel The staff is the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered in any hotel. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable! ! I loved the toiletries!! What a treat! The bed was comfy and the rooms spacious. The location was good. The block is charming with a more local, rather than a touristy feel! I can't say enough good about this hotel!

Boutique hotel, sparkling clean, stylish decor, charming helpful staff and fabulous breakfasts. Great location in non touristy area but close to Colosseum and forum, with lots of interesting shops and nice little restaurants and bars on doorstep.

Greta location in the beautiful neighbourhood of Rione Monti. Our room was a little plain but had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and is served in a beautiful setting. Service was excellent and when we had an early check out and wouldn't make it to breakfast they packed us a bag full of breakfast for our long train ride which was very much appreciated. Overall, a great little boutique hotel.

I liked the small intimate feel of the hotel. My room felt was warm and cozy and felt like home away from home. The room and hotel looked exactly as pictured. The hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. I loved my stay at 15 Keys!

This was my favorite hotel of the trip (we toured several cities). I was traveling with a group of friends staying at another hotel with their children and I was a single. The room was very comfortable and generous, and the bathroom and shower were huge compared to the other hotels we stayed in. The staff was wonderful. Simply wonderful. All very welcoming, helpful, upbeat and happy. I tried to practice my Italian, but they all speak perfect English. The hotel is in a good location that is about a 10 minute walk to a lot of sites (including the Colosseum). It has a great bar and they serve breakfast but that is the only meal you can get at the hotel. There are several superb restaurants on the same street and one street over. Also, if you are traveling during the hot summer, the air conditioning was fabulous.

Perfect place for first Rome trip and anniversary

My husband and I made our first trip to Rome and this hotel was perfect. Close enough to walk to many attractions and plenty of great restaurants nearby for everything from Gelato to every Italian dish. Every single staff member went well beyond the call of duty to take care of us and make our trip great. They gave directions recommendations umbrellas, called taxis for us and even made us a breakfast to go since our flight left so early on our last day. They were top notch. Big beds and good breakfast every morning. Would recommend this to anyone looking to be near the hustle and bustle of Rome but also in a quiet peaceful area. Fantastic all around.

The Fifteen Keys team could not have done more to make my wife, Julie's, big birthday a huge success. A great location, lovely room and great bar and breakfasts added up to a perfect stay in the eternal city. We shall return :)

Stayed 6 night at hotel. the staff were truly amazing and very nice. So hospitable, welcoming and friendly. the daily provided breakfast was delicious...coffee/latte, mimosa, juices, breads, egg/bacon, fruit/cheese/meats. free tea time in the afternoon. The room had great wifi, with nice furnishings, sheets and towels, high end bathroom products. the hotel is located in the best area. great restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend and would stay again. All the positive reviews for this hotel are fully warranted and true!

A home away from home. Stylish and comfortable room; really friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast and great coffee. Good neighbourhood to stay in as well, with several good restaurants a few minutes walk away, and a great gelataria around the corner as well.
