Beautiful resort, everything we needed was nearby and staff was accommodating to our needs
I really enjoyed my stay with my daughter. I do wish people in the restaurants woukd let you know tip is always included in all bills and leave it up to the customer to add extra tip or not. The place is ptetty amazing
Great service
Very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Lots of things to do especially for kids and adults too:).
To say my experience Feb 9-13, 2025 at Coral Atlantis was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room, which appears to be a connecting room. Unfortunately, every sound from the adjoining room including conversations, coughing, and other noises was clearly audible in my space, making it feel as though I was sharing my room with the other guests. As I was visiting on business, the constant disturbances severely impacted my ability to sleep, leaving me exhausted and with headaches throughout my stay. On February 11, I went to the front desk to express my concerns. The agent, however, responded with indifference, merely stating that my complaint would be recorded and instructing me to return after 7 AM to speak with the manager personally. Later that evening, at approximately 5:15 PM, I returned to my room and was shocked to find that it had been accessed despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign I had placed on the door. To this day, no one from the hotel has reached out to follow up on my experience or provide any feedback on the incident/investigations. This lack of basic customer service and accountability speaks volumes about the hotel's values and priorities. For this reason, I am sharing my experience in the hope that it highlights the need for improvement in your guest experience and security protocols.
Amazing property
Amazing stay at paradise
Our first time at Bahamas was incredible. We had an amazing time and experience at Coral Atlantis, great hotel and fabulous facilities with clean and spacious pools, the water park, beautiful turquoise beaches, spotless clean and spacious rooms with cosy bed and fluffy pillows and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back.

We love the Bahamas. Each time we visit, it just keeps getting better. Fantastic!
The property is nice definitely a little rundown and outdated. The staff in general, especially at the restaurant are very rude and nasty. I feel like they could be more accommodating, especially since their gratuity is automatically included. They had areas under construction, which really isn’t the most appealing when you’re on vacation
Just amazing!!
Amazing place. Lots to do.
Everything was great
Definitely I wouldn’t recommend it , rooms are over priced , nothing like the pictures the promote. Rooms smell like mold and sweat. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Not coming back!
Check-in was not good. Even though we were at the front of the check-in line where 4 staff were working, a woman supervisor took us to another location claiming that it would be quicker there, where we became the third in line, and with only 1 staff working who was very very slow. The supervisor never came back to see how our check-in was processing. After waiting there for about 10-15 minutes we returned to the original main check-in counter in order to complete our check-in. The hostess at the Logoon Bar and Grill on Feb. 12th for lunch was very rude and actually the rudest staff we had met at this facility. The rest of staff throughout our stay was very friendly and helpful.
Lots of entertainment avenues. Though the food choices are limited as only high end restaurants are available
Overall the trip was great. The only downsides is I found the Coral kind of a hike to get to most things in the water park but still all walkable. The staff overall was friendly however, I found it depended who you talked to that day, some were much more helpful than others. Food is expensive and the water, although potable is not very good, bring Mio or some water enhancer to be able to drink it. Other than that the rooms were cleaned well and the hotel was clean and safe. We had a great trip.
Overall, Atlantis is an extraordinary destination that caters to families, couples, and solo travelers alike. With its blend of adventure, relaxation, and luxury, it promises a memorable vacation experience. While it can be on the pricier side, you can still find the array of activities and amenities worth the investment. Whether you’re seeking thrill at the water park, relaxation on the beach, or culinary indulgence, Atlantis offers something for everyone.
The staff was the star of our entire experience. From the start we were treated like royalty.
The grounds are beautiful
Good
Excellent Food, great staff, extremely clean
Very calm and relaxing. I think the energy is more for family or older crowd; otherwise, all expectations met
Everything was satisfactory except the noise from workers and back up alarms from our room was high.
Very nice and family friendly
Everyone was friendly, loved the location.
While the coral hotel is easy to access the casino, water park and marina and the rooms were clean everything is incredible expensive. So many hidden resort fees and they add 25 percent to everything you buy like everything for taxes and gratuity. The water fill rooms were also dirty and the water had an odd taste. Bottled water 4 dollars a bottle on property. No staff overly excited to help
It was great
The Coral was great! The slides and pools are fantastic. Gym facility has been upgraded since our last visit 14 years ago. Only criticism is the cost of food - very expensive overall.
El lugar es increible, bello los paisajes, el personal muy amable, los restaurantes.tienen muchas opciones, y el hotel es muy agradable y divertido
I loved it jus a lot of walking
Way over priced, food, hotel. You have to pay on all purchases, to government and they ask for a tip on top of that. We didn’t eat at any of the fine dining as it was way too expensive. We are just 2 and eat out all the time here in FL. We own a business and can afford to go out and always tip -% for good food and service. But we paid fine dining prices for takeout $75 for 2 Cesar salads. And the resort itself was ok. We have stayed in nicer hotels in Mexico for less and all inclusive. We won’t be going back.
Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Coral Atlantis. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean. The waterpark was great, restaurants were delicious and the beaches were amazing! Thank you for everything!
Everything at your fingertips
Water park is amazing and so much to see and do with kids
Not being all inclusive was a bummer. And the resort is not stroller friendly. Either have to go very far out of your way to get a ramp or elevator which on a couple of occasions were not working and you’re left carrying a stroller down stairs.
You can hear what goes on in the other rooms too well. Throughout the night you can hear furniture being moved all around, and sliding deck doors being opened. The rooms AC also doesn’t get as cold as you’d like. Otherwise it’s a great location and the staff is very nice.
The hotel and surrounding area of the resort is very beautiful with friendly faces always greeting us wherever we go. The resort gets A . Our room gets a 5/5 points because it was very well kept and clean. The 3rd floor hallways could use a little upgrade because there was a smell of mold lingering when we stepped out of the elevator. The pools, water activities, and aquariums kept the 5 kids in our party very busy throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
It was very clean and our room was always clean and freshly made ready each night. Sophia was the cleaning person and she was fantastic
I found it has become very commercialized. There are charges for everything. Wasn't always as intense, and it diminishes the experience somewhat.
I had a great time! I wish the pools were opened longer and that they were warmer.
Atlantis is amazing, but The Coral is in dire need of updating. Very tired and worn. Disappointed.
We had a great time
A lot to do. Wish there were more evening activities for families. I wish there was a place that compared all accommodations and clearly laid out what each place has to offer.
Very fun time!
I loved the general feel of the property however, with the construction that was going on, i would have appreciated a better price per night.
Beautiful
My family and I stayed at The Coral at the Atlantis (one of the towers of the Atlantis Resort). After reading many reviews I had my doubts about this resort. But due to convenience, I decided to book. It was an amazing experience. It does have its flaws, but the beauty and many activities it provides, overcomes the small issues. Most employees of the resort were very nice. Willing to help. The price was convenient if you think how much you’ll have to pay for a “day pass” to enjoy the waterpark activities, slides, rapid river, aquarium, etc., if you come from another resort or hotel. Restaurants are not really good and they are pricey like most people say, but there are many other options around too. Our room wasn’t the newest, but it was in decent condition to us. The cleaning service was good too. The 3 beaches that we visited inside the resort were beautiful. Specially the one at the Cove Tower. There is no need to go outside looking for other beaches. I did, and they were the same to me. Or maybe in other seasons is different (I went on January 2025). So, if it’s your first time in Nassau, stay here. You won’t regret it.
Love Atlantis
I mean truly remarkable a must return.
Good waterpark
Liked the all inclusive.
This properly are family oriented
Amazing property to walk around and see an amazing diversity of marine life in the many outdoor pools. Food was pricey compared to other destinations we've been to, including St Marteen. A lot o activities require a pretty pricet cost to do.
enjoyed the sea life around the hotel.
Pools not usable! The water is so cold it’s not fun at all. Go stay at the Grand Hyatt they have pools that’s heated and amazing dining. Don’t waste your money at Atlantis. It’s dated and ratchet.
I give a 10 ouf of 10 to the consumer service. It was such a great experience for me
Outstanding. Service was friendly and hospitable. Room was impeccable and perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate. Go for it!
This was the perfect vacation spot while traveling with young children and the staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant from beginning to end. The accommodations were very comfortable with the exception of work they were performing for upgrades in the front entrance. Overall the stay was enjoyable.
Property conveniently located near Marina Village, eateries and casino. Easy access to pools and beaches. Nice lobby lounge and pastry/coffee. 2 minute walk through shops to get to Royal lobby.
It was outdated and smelled like mildew everywhere.
I love Atlantis. I've been going with my family for nearly 25 years. The vision, the idea is still as astonishing as it was when it opened. And each time we go back seeing for the first time through someone else's eyes is wonderful... but then reality. The food is the hardest part. It's so bad. And so inconsistent. And so eyewateringly expensive. Whatever plan you have, whatever your budget, whatever your hopes. It all gets destroyed in the food and activity fees. People say you can work around it, go off resort, bring snacks, all kinds of ideas... but why? You came for an experience, paid all the money, and then live like a starving student out partying. They just gotta clean the place up, motivate the staff, and show some mercy with the food and activities. No one in the world will go home happy from a $60 USD/person round of mini-golf.
the room was really small for 4 people, only one chair in the room and 2 on the patio
Enjoyed every minute. Found all the elevators and ramps for wheelchairs.
Food and amenities
The property close to my room is very noisy. Theres so much construction going on everywhere. The room lobby stinks. Theres one night the other room woke up in the middle of the night asking for help cause his room was leaking.
Pretty dated place. Think of a Hampton inn near a beach and a water park. Room fridge is a dorm fridge. In room coffee is awful. They chisel you at every turn for $30. Internet is $25 per day. Because I booked with Expedia and not them, they forced me into the Royal, no terrace, they made believe it was an upgrade. 3 stars because I enjoyed myself but if you don’t have kids, go elsewhere in the Bahamas. The restaurant mix is fun but will cost you $300 minimum for 2 unless you only order appetizers and no drinks.
$$$$$, says it all! You feel isolated from any bahamian culture. Basically it felt like an all linclusive with out food, water etc. So expect to pay at least 100 for every meal for 2 adults and 2 kids. FYI... there is a hotel a few steps away for 1/4 oof what u pay of the coral and, and it includes admittance to the park!
At night at the Coral the hotel room does make random noises. Not sure if it was the vent or what. The sheets and towels can smell better as well. The hotel is also freezing while walking in the halls. The water park at Atlantis has no hot tubs which I think was needed because it was chilly when I went in January. Theres not even a sauna anywhere. Overall I had so much fun and would for sure recommend. Nothing is inclusive besides the water park. The people are nice as well.
Beds are hard and meals are very expensive
Clean
great will be back
The Coral is definitely the lower class of the Atlantis fleet. It is dated and old. It had a permanent mildew smell regardless of where you are. The staff for the most part are not helpful. They will just point or tell you whatever to get you to go away. I had a suite and could not use my main TV. The remote was missing for 6 days. Would not recommend
Everything you need is on property and they make it super convenient by being able to charge everything to your room (even Starbucks!). They don't cheap out on alcohol, the pours are very fair for the price. The food options are great! There are so many places to get salads and vegetables, rather than just fried food or burgers. The water park is awesome and the conservation efforts are great. You can see so many different aquatic animals on the premises. The negative, it's costly. For a family of 4, you should budget about $200 usd per day that you're there for food and drinks. If you're going to the casinos, drinking more, or doing upscale dining of course add more.
Need a complete renovation and staff need some training in customer service.
Not so updated like the royal and the cove - Also far from all the activities. would have paid more to stay at royal or cove - had the description been clear.
This is family-friendly hotel.
Staff and employees are the nicest people i have been around. Excellent service
The property has a very strong odor related to age. Other parts of the property smell more clean and fresh
Dates and needs renovation
Beautiful and very well maintained resort, and the water adventure sports are just amazing, lines are not crazy long even in this peak holiday season, But the best part of Atlantis is all the aquatic life and the aquariums throughout the property, beautiful and so serene, you can watch them for hours. Also this is one of the best beaches I have visited with white sands and turquoise water. The Atlantis beach chairs are available for all guests which is really convenient. Loved everything about Atlantis and would love to come back soon!
Our family of 3 (2 adults and a 10 year old kid) stayed at Coral two times in 2024 (first time in July, second time in November) because of the very attractive price per stay that was offered both times. The Atlantis itself is amazing! The Coral is a bit outdated, the room was very clean, but outdated, the beds were very old, everythinng in the room was actually very old, it was a long time ago when it was updated. The Poseidon table-all inclusive buffet that is located in the main lobby of the Atlantis was really good, super clean, lots of food choices, such great staff. Highly recommend! The Cove beach that is located close to Coral hotel is such an amazing beach! Though requires some walk from Coral. Had such a great family time.
Good
Good, but old. Excellent service in the hotel, but not good in the restaurants. Tip are automatically added to the bill so the staff doesn’t go out of there way to be helpful. Nassau is run down but Paradise islands is beautiful. No real need to leave the facility. The place feels like a carnival cruise ship. But it is once in a life time experience for every family…from little babies up to teens.
Took my daughter here for her birthday weekend and it was fun for both us and her! There was sooo many things to do, and the restaurant options is immaculate. Would highly recommend!! And will definitely be back!
Nice hotel but the food options not really good and overpriced.
Everything is beautiful but food is very expensive
I didn't have to leave the resort everything was right there staff very friendly
The service was great but it was a bit noisy
Amazing place to be. We will miss it!
Upgrades are needed
Coral itself needs renovation, but the surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing at the bar. More active lifestyle supported as well. Dining options are diverse, but fine dining experiences vary significantly between establishments. Silon boasts exceptional cuisine and service, while Nobu, despite its reputation, exhibits a sense of mass production, particularly in the service department.
Construction drove me insane. It was in the front of the building and also above our room. There is also limited dining options for little kids/toddlers. The pool waters are freezing so be prepared. It was our first trip with our toddler and we probably will not come back.
The hotel is absolutely great and an amazing price to stay and be close to everything and have access to all. The Coral is overall a bit more outdated but the rooms are clean and not bad to be honest, yes the Royal is more fancy but how much time are you spending in a room with a beach steps away. For families and less busier it’s a great option. The staff are all friendly, kind and respectful, such great people! To anyone who gives Bahamas or the hard working staff bad reviews, perhaps you should just not visit this gorgeous island! Thank you to all at the Coral Atlantis, I have visited before however this was a first for our 4 year old and I truly believe that she will never forget this vacation! Til next time 😊
It was fun
Pretty clean, staff very friendly. Hotel could use some updating. Downside is that pool/private beach on property closes too early at 5pm.
The property its self is fine. I stayed in the royal tower a month prior to this stay at the Coral. I chose the coral based on the fact is was cheaper than the royal tower. My honest review is that I was a little disappointed in my room at the coral. I was on the third floor room 3305. We didn’t have a view of the ocean or resort. We had a view of some trees and the building. I didn’t like that. I had to get use to the room. Also the bed is different from the royal tower beds. Also the room had a weird smell kind of. I had to get use to the room, I had to suck it up and accept it. You get what you pay for. If anything I honestly think I would have been happier with the room if I chose an ocean or resort view. Even though I stayed in the royal towers before I will say I like the location of the coral tower better. This review is solely based on the room tier I choose.

Loved the trainers/guides at dolphin cay and ruins snorkeling
