Superior service

The hotel is excellent. The layout ensured our privacy. The very best part of our experience was the work of the hotel staff. We had forgotten a phone charger in our room and headed home to Melbourne. The hotel staff found it and contacted us. They then very quickly organised to post it to us in Melbourne. This was not only kind it was so efficient. We are very grateful for this extra service.

Had another excellent staff. This time we brought our pet and stayed in a suite with a small yard. The suite provided excellent space and was super comfy. We had a couple of small maintenance issues that were quickly rectified by the staff. The suite comes with a King bed and also a full sized fridge/freezer. One small thing - the suite only comes with two towels. We asked for a couple of extras and were provided these on request on the second day, but they were again removed on the following day. In my view, a suite should come with maybe 1-2 extra towels. The Hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything. We normally just park and walk everywhere once we’ve arrived. The onsite destination EV chargers are excellent and so convenient. We had in-room breakfast on Sunday. The food was of an excellent standard and presentation. Would definitely recommend! Can’t wait for our next stay.

Would have liked handtowels in the bathroom for that standard and price. Clean and comfortable. Was charged minibar which wasn't used which i only picked up by checking credit card statement after leaving property. It was rectified straight away.

The pillows are not great. I also had a garage allocated to me and someone parked me in. Asked for this to be actioned as Car was staying at apartments. lucky my colleague was with me to drive me to work. Also my toiletries shampoo etc weren't replenished. Had to go buy some at night.

It was a quiet room, great size and we found a fantastic place for breakfast just around the corner.

The room was very clean and well appointed. The only issue was a very squeaky bunk bed so the kids didnt sleep as well as we hoped.

Lovely all round

We chose this property because the advertisement promised a pool. The pool was the size of a spa and not at all appropriate for swimming. The room was clean but dark. GIven the number of properties within the immediate area and the higher price, we would not recommend this based on price per value.

A great location near the city centre. Easily walkable to a range of dining options and shopping. Plenty of on-site parking including 3 destination chargers for EVs. Rooms are a good size with nice options, including a large television with a range of streaming options. Really nice and helpful staff. A favourite place to stay in Wagga Wagga.

Only changed towels and didn’t empty room bins. The safe in the cupboard was locked shut (couldn’t use). Otherwise a good stay.

There were no toiletries in my room, not even a cake of soap for the washbasin. Additionally at the restaurant the staff missed the bread that was meant to come with our dinner and yet we were still charged the same amount. Also took a fair amount of time to take our drinks order and provide water. Disappointing for what was meant to be one of Wagga’s best restaurants.

My room was upgraded for 5 persons. It was clean, spacious, private and huge and close to everything.

Great stay. Wonderful clean rooms with great facilities, Very comfortable. The staff are excellent. Quiet, convenient and quality stay. Excellent EV overnight charging facilities too. So walkable to everything. We will definitely visit again!

Receptionist polite and helpful! The room was clean and a really good size. We ordered room service! The food was amazing.

Really disappointed. Very old and dated rooms. The reception and restaurant look gorgeous so you get excited for a lovely modern stay, but then you get into the room and it looks like you are back in the 90's. Tiny Bathroom, door wasn't even painted. Doona was filthy, the sheets were too small for the bed so kept coming undone, and then you ended up with the filthy doona. TV doesn't connect to the internet. No ice in the ice tray. Lounge was dirty. Needed to be aired out, room had a very stale smell.

Room was clean and comfortable. Late check in option suited us. Breakfast was excellent.

It was great for our family of 6 - little mix up with the room configurations which was immediately rectified on discovery and when we realised we left the towels in the first apartment at 9pm they were more then wonderful and bought some straight up - in all we had an enjoyable stay!

A pleasant one night stay, underwhelming pool

A one night stay. The room was comfortable with aircon and king bed, large flat screen TV. Welcomed pleasantly at reception. Quiet location but walkable distance to town centre. The on-site restaurant at front of property was already fully booked. Sadly, as it was very hot, maintenance of the small pool should be a higher priority.

We loved the excellent water pressure in the shower and the cleanliness of our room. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. It would be excellent if the shower had a hand-held shower head.

Paid a small fortune for 2 bedroom apartment. Cracks in walls, painted over mould and no AC in the bedrooms is not what you expect at this price point.

First time styed here and will be back again. Staff were excellent, food delicious and rooms more than comfortable.

Small but quality hotel with good sized rooms and all you could want for an overnight stay. Comfy bed and facilities first rate. Quality restaurant onsite.

The king bed was very spacious and comfortable. The room clean and quiet. I felt safe leaving the window open at night as the rooms open onto an enclosed parking area accessible only by driving past reception. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The mini bar in the room was well stocked. the shower clean and good water pressure. The venue is three blocks walk from the main street of Wagga, where there is an abundance of eateries. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there were quite a few people eating there. Nice spot for drinks downstairs too. We will definitely stay here next time we stay over in Wagga.

Room was not as clean as most of the reviews I read but the staff at the reception were exceptional. They are very helpful and friendly and do their best to meet any issues I had. Feel safe, very convenient and close to shops and eateries.

Great value and the best regional restaurant on site

Fabulous and comfy king size bed and very quiet room so slept well both nights. Clean and spacious room close to the centre of town with easy access to riverside walking trails. The pool area was not so inviting so didn’t make use of it. Otherwise great.

We were in unit 17 for two nights banging between wall bed end. Not sure if it was an animal ??? Was not told until we checked in that there was no chef for breakfast/restaurant so we had to turn around and go shopping for breakfast 😂😂

the beds felt very dusty and dead flies near the kitchen window, There were spiders on the bed, the bathroom shower was very small and it was too hard to move around. Overall the hotel was an 'OK' for us.

Our car broke down on the way to Victoria and we stayed at the apartment they were very helpful and friendly the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Highly recommend. My one improvement would be to add a clear sign out the front.
