TravellerThe hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

This is a freshly refurbished property, and they have knocked it out of the park. Service is off the scale. Sadly the steam room and hot tub were out of action, but apart from that they excelled in everything Special mentions to the staff that made the stay so special…Jonathan, Maria, Natalia and ash…these guys went above and beyond The personalised room keys are a nice touch
