Fantastic location

Overall the hotel was satisfactory, location was amazing as it is a stone thrown away. Too many food options which was too short a stay to try all food. Did bowling and 2 movie show btw 2 nights. Will come back again

The shower area had a blocked drain on the first day; but it was fixed within 15 minutes after calling front desk. Amazing fast. Would be even better if the problem was identified before check in; but overall still good.

FTJ 2-Night Stay with a 1-Night Extension

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at St Giles Boulevard Hotel. However, on the day of check-in, although we headed to Zone H for parking, there were no directional signs to guide us on where the hotel lobby was or which section we should be parking. Unlike The Gardens Hotel which we stayed on a few occasions, directional signs are there hence parking's not a problem. After making two rounds, we finally discovered where to park, then take the lift at Level 3A to Level G and proceed to reception for check-in. Good location as it's connected to the Mid Valley & Gardens Mall where you can find mostly everything under one roof. There's also a good mix of F&B eateries.

One stop shopping, hotel is link to mid valley shopping mall. The only confusion is the carpark for first time visitor to the hotel, sharing of carpark with shopping mall, you need to plan your arrival time to get a parking lot near the hotel..Non peak or weekend to get a good lot near hotel

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was amazing and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Bedding was fantastic.

Very prompt in the check-in. Rooms were generally clean and the aircon was working well. Housekeeping can be a bit more careful. They forgot to replenish items such as hand towels and toothbrush sets. However, they were very prompt in delivering the items when we requested for them. Thank you.

Nice Big Suite Room

Took the suite, spacious, clean and comfortable with complimentary fruits and cookies. Had a bit of ants on the table. Room service food order was quite fast and taste was ok, reasonable. Connected to mid valley mall and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

This hotel is well renovated and the rooms are clean and comfy and staff at reception are friendly, that’s why I’m back three times. Only feedback is to improve breakfast quality :)

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff service is pretty good. 24 hour room service. Connected to mid valley mega mall and nearby other places of attraction.

I travel to Malaysia from the US and always stay at the Boulevard hotel. Its location to the mall and food court is very convenient when there is down time. Also it is easy for a great selection of food if you get tired of the local food after a few day. A Wopper and salty fries is sometimes what is needed!!!

Great location and room is quiet and clean.

Room toilet got clogged for all days. Despite maintenance rectified , toilet was clogged again and again. Not a good experience

Staff was the highlight. They were most efficient and professional at all times. Our all time favorite St Giles Bolevard Kuala Lumpur.

Stayed at Rm 2417. A few things that might be overlooked. 1. Bath - strong urine stench. 2. Room - quite noisy for this facing 3. Bed - feels old and collapse in the middle. Time to refresh this room.

Short getaway

Overnight stay at Boulevard - very convenient since it's beside Midvalley. Room condition is good and sufficiently equipped.

The hotel is connected to 2 shopping malls making it very convenient for food, grocery and entertainment. As it was a short trip for me, I didn’t need to travel outside for those mentioned above.

Won't returb

Convenient access to food and shopping. Breakfast buffet had good array of local cuisine but for a 4-star hotel, I was surprised that I couldn’t just charge breakfast to my room and was asked to pay daily.

Very satisfied, felt welcomed on arrival. Very conveniently located for shopping and dining. Easy to get transport and generally a happy customer and highly recommended. Thank you.

Generally ok.

When I called to tell the reception desk the bathroom is leaking around the toilet area, I was questioned by someone from the reception whether or not I closed the shower room door when taking a shower. I was kind of pissed off by such impolite treatments over the phone. Moreover, the reception didn’t answer my calls in which I was going to request for towels which should have been placed well in the bathroom after housekeeping. I have tipped the hotel staff whenever housekeeping was required during my stay in the hotel even though I know tipping is not mandatory in Malaysia. This is by far not what I expected from a 4-star hotel!

Property is connected to a mall. Bags were promptly received and sent to room, front desk was super friendly and upgraded us to suites. Free breakfast was a plus. Parking was a little confusing but manageable after receiving guidance and connected to mall.

Great mid-budget choice in midvalley area (Cititel is too low budget; Gardens can be unnecessary expenditure). Spacious rooms, but maybe a small sofa can be added, as the room looks quite empty/sparse. The water dispensing machine is great eco friendly feature

Overall the stay very pleasant! Only minor thingy that the hairdryer not functioning and request to change and not done for the night .. I need to update again next day and we took 2 nights stay .. overall this hotel really perfect locations and the staffs very friendly and welcoming!

Overall stay was decent. Had breakfast only on 1 day as I felt the food quality wasn’t that great. I had the Roti Canai and it tasted very raw. The curry and other food are not hot. Long queue at the coffee machine (only 2 machines). Hope the hotel can improve on their breakfast quality

Good and Affordable Stay

My first time staying with St Giles. Very good service throughout my stay and considering to be staying here on my next trip. Love the concept of environmental friendly and sustainability by reducing waste.

Great location, as it is located in Mid Valley City and has direct access to the shopping mall. Staffs of the hotel are great. However, a little more attention could be focused in housekeeping, as some items such as tissue boxes were not replenished during housekeeping. If not, I would highly recommend this property.

Good but not great.

Overall good place to be. Only issue I had was I was in a high floor (22nd) with a decent view and because the door wasn't working, we got downgraded 11 floors with barely a view and was not offered any compensation for something that's not my doing. Felt they should have just upgraded us instead but when asked its MYR $50/night.

Everything is OK except the aircon in the room is too cold ! Especially in the shower room, it is almost unbearable to bathe inside !

The wash basin tap in the bathroom was leaking water onto the floor.

The room is comfortable. Ammenities like 5* hotel. Furnitures and fittings are very new. Love this hotel, will come again.

Smooth check in with friendly staff. Free water dispenser is a brilliant go green idea. Next to Mid Valley hence the location is superb.

Excellent Location

Excellent service from the staff especially from the check in counter. They called our room upon check in to ask if everything is fine with the room. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay at The Boulevard. I would have given them 5 star if the bed was more comfortable.. it was slightly on the hard side. The hotel has been recently renovated !

Totally enjoyed my stay here. Room was large and comfortable and staff were hospitable. Love it. Will be back.

Was a pleasant experience. Needed to swap the room that was a little in convenient. Overall satisfied!

Stone throw away from shops. Excellent.

FO & F&B team were all friendly, pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is very accessible by train and taxi; the mall and ample restaurants of diverse cuisine selection were all right next door. They granted my request for a mid-high room with a view of the city and I had an excellent view of their New Year fireworks, plus they had a good band performing by the pool side on New Year's eve which I enjoyed listening to from my room.

Dissapointing check-in process

Worst check-in experience in our past 8 hotel checkins. I booked 2 rooms and they could only find 1 because the other room was in my husband name. Took them half hour to figure this out n they kept asking me tge same questions. I had also booked 2 premier rooms and was told they didnt have them if it was interconnecting. So we took an upgrade and a downgrade. So after a total of 45mins waiting at reception, they said only 1 room clean n the other will be ready in 30mins. More than 2hrs later, the room still wasnt ready n they hadnt sent our luggage up!

Substandard hotel, not meeting expectation

Pro: Convenient location, adjacent to mall Cons: - Dated hotel, not well maintained. - Pay for car park, subsidize rate at RM5 per entry - Twin premier room - book for 4 pax, realize its super single and not queen bed. Very squeezy, not comfortable to sleep on.

Located at Mid Valley, it made shopping and meals very accessible.

Great for shopping and eating. The hotel is relatively new and connected to mid valley megamall, which is also connected to the gardens shopping centre. The malls cater for both designer brands as well as more down to earth shopping. With so many good dining options we didn't need to leave the area at all. The hotel is also conveniently located with the city centre only a stone's throw away.

Staff member not as courteous considered this is quite a luxurious hotel. But very convenient as it's attached to the mall with easy access.

I could hear the fireworks during my stay after 12 midnight. It was disturbing my sleep.

First time after newly renovated, comfortable, though central aircon always snuck into the room and it was a bit cold. Enjoyed the water dispenser on the floor level.

Very central location with good shopping, food and other services options. Staff have opportunities for improvement esp on the front desk. But Zhafir is an outstanding staff, who takes ownership and responsibilities. Room amenities are very basic but sufficient.

Great vicinity

Stayed here years ago.....impression was not good....dirty carpet in room, shower room was not tidy, all impression was 3 or lower class hotel. Nowadays is different. Trust the refurbishment work makes it good and great. Worth staying.

New and importantly room is clean. Would be better to have a lounge for guests to chill out in late evening and a cafe for snacks till mid-night.

Overall, it is clean, new, nice deco and beside a shopping mall. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Fantastic hotel stay

Love the blackout curtain. Its a great hotel to have a sleep in. Good connection to the mall. Will pick this hotel again when i visit KL.

Check in was fast and staffs friendly. Room was abit outdated and not really fit 4 stars billing. Maybe 3 stars atmost. The carpet of the room is horrendous, the worst i ever seen. Dirty, bad marks, stains everywhere !! Why cant you buy a machine that can carpet clean. Very turn off. Breakfast was average, nothing fantastic. Connecting to mid valley megamall which is good.

The room was old, tired, dirty, The supplied condiments and toiletries was normal.Nothing special. It was very noisy when some guests checked in at 2am! It was very expensive at RM369 for such poor facility.

I’m a Malaysian and my friend checked in on behalf of me, however at the end of the stay I was charged tourist tax.

Boulevard is undergoing renovation. Can hear slight drilling sound if you stay at level 15. Mine was a connecting room and I could hear clearly when the occupier still the opposite room was talking over the phone, the sound of his tv. Sound proofing is pretty bad.

Was upgraded to a Studio room (room 1616) which was surprising and happy to hear that. though was thankful for the upgrade, but the room wasnt that satisfying actually. condition of the room is not good: dirty carpet, table top is sticky, tile on the side of bathtub is on the verge of falling out. drawer of the cabinet that keeps the kettle / cups / tea under the TV is spoilt too. cleanliness of the bed is quite bad. when i pull out the blanket, there are hairs (very short & long) and dust on the bed which i have to try and dust them all off. please do refurnish this room soon so that it will be in a better condition when people stay in.

This hotel (Boulevard) is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Aeon & many restaurants and eateries. There are also a few hair salons in mid valley mall where i can go there to wash my hairs.

Location wise and staff hospitality was very good. but utilities in the room such as carpet was too old, bedsheet a bit smelly and wash room facility terrible . leaking.

Location is excellent with 2 great malls with lots of shopping n eateries but its time for upgrading as its very old. I have stayed in this hotel for more then 10years so i know best. And about time to give me upgrade of room.

Liked the cleanliness but just wondering why we still need to paid the car park for Rm5 while others hotel in Mid Valley can cover the car park fee.

Been staying here for multiple times. Good location.
