Beautiful, welcoming, cozy, historic

Absolutely beautiful, historic hotel. They did an incredible job restoring it and making it over the top welcoming! From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time.

I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night. Everything was so perfect, and the breakfast was so amazing and kept us fueled all day. We will absolutely be back.

The Armory Park Inn is an exceptional property.The Inn is extremely well-appointed and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our only regret is that we did not have enough time to enjoy all of amenities.

It is an amazing property. The staff are professional - but above all they're kind, friendly& helpful. I felt welcomed & cared for. It felt like being home.

Truly an Oasis in the Desert

The Armory Park Inn is gorgeous and immaculatly clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. There are several living areas for guests indoors and outdoors, including a screened-in room on the second floor. Breakfast is made fresh for each guest and is plentiful, healthy and delicious. We are already planning our next stay and bringing the family.

Our stay for the weekend was absolutely perfect! Beautiful grand house with all the luxury's, and the service was outstanding. Thank you to everyone who made our stay fantastic!

Charming bed and breakfast

What a beautiful boutique bed and breakfast! The owner and staff were so personable and went out of their way to make my stay a wonderful experience. My room was so comfortable and charming. I cannot wait to come back to Tucson and I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable hotel

Amazing place. Small boutique hotel. Formerly a home. Like staying at a super well appointed and managed friend’s house. Delicious breakfast. Lovely patio. Walking distance from downtown. We loved it.

Overnight stay

We did an overnight stay here in Tucson. This place is very cute, clean, quiet, and not too far from campus. Bed was comfy along with all the amenities.

Lovely inn near Congress St fun

The Amory is a beautiful property lovingly designed and updated with attention to modern lifestyle and vintage appeal. The staff - especially Dora - were attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty and attention was paid to dietary needs. In room amenities were top-notch. Every attempt was made to make our stay comfortable. The only word of warning is to note close proximity to a well used rail line that graced our stay with nightly train horns - many of them long and loud. It was the only disappointment of the stay.

Everything about Armory Park Inn was fantastic and inviting. The decor is lovely. It’s very clean, quiet, safe and incredibly comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax outside your room in the house as well as outside. Amy is very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. ‘Armory hour’ is a nice added bonus with drinks and an appetizer. They have a great coffee station set up in the morning as well. The rooms are stocked with pour over coffee and tea. They also have filtered water. Dora the general manager was a delight to talk to (a highlight for us). I can’t recommend staying here enough! We will for sure be back!

A B&B Historic Gem

AOI is a beautiful restoration and conversion of a historic house and grounds nestled in a charming neighborhood. The staff is exceptional in its friendliness and efficiency in accommodating our every need. The freshly prepared multi course breakfast was also excellent. This was our second visit as we were so impressed with our first last year. We look forward to staying at the API whenever we are in Tucson.

Located in a quiet historic district. Friendly neighborhood

Love love loved it. What a gem! Charming, lovely, clean, friendly, relaxed. Sheila made a delicious breakfast and was so kind and helpful. Spoke with Amy who happily set up for my late arrival. Looking forward to visiting again on a longer stay.

This charming B&B is located in an historic district of Tucson and is close to downtown. We stayed here in 2022 for two days and just knew that we had to come back for a longer visit this year. Everything about the Inn is delightful -- from the delicious breakfast to the lovely room to the courtyard where wine and snacks are served every late afternoon. I wish that I knew more people so that I could recommend it to more people.

This is a really relaxing place to stay. The service was outstanding and the property is beautiful. Rooms are somewhat small, but space inside and outside is plentiful. We strongly recommend it.

Lovely room, lovely staff.

Utterly superb!

From the moment we walked through the threshold, every detail was well thought out and utterly comfortable! The hosts were beyond hospitable! There are plenty of private places to relax both inside and outside. Safe walkable neighborhood to dining in the evening. We highly recommend this inn!

The inn is so comfortable, quiet rooms and lounging spaces. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Dora and Sheila were such welcoming hosts. Will definitely stay here again.

Best B&B Ever!

Excellent bed and breakfast in a quiet neighborhood but very near downtown. Amy and her staff are wonderful and oh so accommodating. It’s a beautiful property and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

GREAT place to stay.

The warmest of welcomes.

A beautiful property, very centrally located. The staff are second to none and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Everything is immaculate and every detail has been thought of. The breakfasts were fabulous (particularly the almond scones!). The nightly "social hour" with wine and nibbles is great and we spent hours chatting to some lovely people who were staying at the same time as us. Tucson was a very friendly place but The Armory Park was the icing on the cake.

Expensive but very good. Easy street parking, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean accomodations.

Dora was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the area and made sure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were great!

Family Trip

I cannot say enough good things about this B&B. Everything was amazing and the staff was incredible. Super cozy, quiet and food was equally incredible.

This B&B is located in a lovely historical area of Tucson. It is within easy walking distance of downtown. The inn was charming, the owners/staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was heavenly. Best scones we have ever eaten!

Very comfortable inn!

Really excellent service, fabulous breakfast, quiet neighborhood walkable to great restaurants Room very comfortable. Met very interesting fellow travelers at happy hour over a glass of wine. Wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Feel of luxury at check in, high security easy 24/7 access, very well appointed, courtyard very nice and breakfast perfection! The furniture floors and art on display was very thought out to fit the environment.

Spectacular long weekend

Spectacular stay from beginning to end. The excellent care started before our arrival with a personalized text message asking if we had any special dietary restrictions, or needs for our stay; followed by Dora's on-site greeting at check that included a brief history & tour of the property. The 5pm social hour included wine, or local craft beer choices, along with a small snack. The room was beautifully appointed with all the thoughtful amenities you could need during the weekend. Be sure to not miss the delicious breakfast Dora prepares for each guest. Absolutely decadent! The property is close enough to walk to downtown, and has easy access to I10 so it is a perfect homebase for daytrips. Be sure to save time in your schedule to just enjoy relaxing on the upstairs screened porch, by the fire pit, or in the courtyard. Whatever you choose to do, the personalized attention and beautiful accommodations at The Armory Park Inn will not disappoint.

A GEM! Please do yourself a favor and stay here

Where do I begin? This was my first time staying at the Armory Park Inn, and as a seasoned traveler, I have really high standards. All I can say is, WOW! I wish I had time to say more about just how much I loved my stay...except that I will be back again and again! First of all: the B&B is EXCEPTIONAL. Clean, quiet, safe, beautiful, everything you could want. I wish I lived there. They follow all COVID-19 precautions, and the cooked breakfast was truly upstanding. The bed was so comfortable and I adored just how much love went into creating a memorable stay. When you walk in and explore the property, you'll know. The WiFi is easy, A/C is perfect, you can refill your water, enjoy shaded outdoor space, and so much more. On one night, my boyfriend and I were planning to go out to dinner but a storm hit, so we decided to have our own picnic in the covered outdoor, second-floor (BEAUTIFUL) patio. I loved that we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. If the Armory Park Inn is available for your travel dates, PLEASE just book it. You won't regret it.

This place is amazing. I never do reviews, but this was such a great experience that I had too. They were warm and inviting. Very caring people. Such good service.

Loved the hominess of the Inn and the breakfasts were divine. Would have loved to spend some time outside/ but due to monsoon season, the mosquitoes were swarming!

The only Tucson place for me

I spend overnights in Tucson often. I can’t believe I only just found this place. It feels like home, but better. I felt spoiled and luxurious. Peaceful. Quiet. Safe. Don’t plan on being anywhere before 9 am so you can stay an enjoy the amazing food for breakfast.

A gem in Tucson

What a gem! The Armory Park Inn was a treasure to find conveniently located in Tucson. It is really a luxurious place with a relaxing, authentic, unique vibe. The historic and local decor, welcoming spaces indoor and out, and friendly care were just perfect. Accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Loved every minute!

Beautiful area and Inn. Enjoyed learning history of area. Dora was a wonderful host. All the extra touches were noticed and enjoyed. The food was well done and tasty. We will recommend to anyone staying in Tucson. We had a excellent experience.

This is a historic property recently done as a B&B. The decor is perfect for the architecture and the feel of the area. A taste of old Tucson with an easy walk to downtown. Great garden and patio area. If you want a great bed and breakfast, you will not be disappointed. The staff is thoughtful and attentive.

Perfect place

This was exactly what I needed this weekend. The inn was quiet, attractive, and comfortable. I have a lovely breakfast each morning out on the patio. I would stay here again, if I ever come this way.

Awesome boutique inn! My wife and I spent five nights in this lovely inn for the gem show. If you want a spa like experience, I highly recommend this place. It is very close to downtown Tucson so you can walk to great restaurants and our favorite coffee shop but yet it is set in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. You can tell the homeowners care about their neighborhood. The entire property is beautiful from the inside impeccable decor to the serenity of the outside lounging areas. The attention to detail is amazing; from the decor to the bedroom linens, to the breakfast; it's all thought through. Amy, the owner, and Dora the manager do an excellent job of tending to your needs. We eat keto and they made sure that the breakfasts fit our diet perfectly. They really want to make your stay as relaxing as possible and it shows.

Character, privacy and comfort! We loved our stay!

This place was incredible! My wife and I stayed here for our mini-moon the weekend after out wedding. We truly could not have chosen a better place to stay! Amy and her staff do a phenomenal job of making you feel comfortable, with great conversation, but they allow you to have all the space you need. The decor is second to none, this is a very historic building and they do such a tasteful job of calling back to Tucson's vibrant history. There are many sitting areas for you to enjoy company and privacy and sun or shade. We were huge fans of the beautiful outdoor gas fireplace that kept us warm on a cold night. Another thing that really set this place apart was the breakfast, you should not skip it! Amy and her staff prepare what I would consider a gourmet meal, and some really great coffee! Finally, the location sets you in a historic and quiet neighborhood. This is a fantastic location with tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within a couple minutes walk, as soon as you want to call it a night you can return to the quiet comfort of the inn. I am so glad we chose this place!

Beautiful decor --- high ceilings, art objects, large windows, beautiful outdoor dining area. Bed was comfortable and has great linens. Good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was very well-prepared and delicious. Would definitely return!
