Quiet, tranquil hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful room overlooking the Ionian Sea on an island which felt very safe. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the images online do not do it justice. It is quiet, and even in peak season was not super busy. The staff are lovely, and food and drinks are amazing. We were upgraded which was a suprise and the swim up rooms were incredible. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great hotel with lovely design features. Our initial rooms aircon unit had a fixed temperature so it was like an oven at night. In such hot conditions this wasn’t great - especially when they told us the technician had fixed it and it couldn’t be amended. Only to find out that other guests could control their desired temperature. After 2 nights we had to say something and they changed our room. Everyone comments on the lack of umbrellas by the pool and it’s true - it’s ridiculous and I dont understand why they don’t do anything to resolve it. The only other challenge he is there’s nowhere for guests to shower if you have a late flight. Other than that we had a great stay. Great staff and beautiful views etc

Beautiful gardens and swimming pools beaches nearby. Plenty of restaurants to eat out. Easy access to airport. Friendly staff always happy to assist. Highly recommended.

I liked the hotel and the layout, the pool area, is very good looking, the average age of the people staying there is probably late 50's to mid 60's so you can be pretty much be assured that you won't get a football or a frisbee flying across the pool area, there is a beach near the hotel where you can watch the sunset called Makris beach. The WiFi in the room was very temperamental, the actual rooms are very very good looking apart from the front door to each room, which is strange, if they were to be changed then that would be a great bonus. George at the bar by the pool is brilliant along with the staff there and the staff at the bar in the front by reception, I can't fault any of the staff and there are too many to mention, but they were all great!

Perfect stay

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Only issue which put a dampner on things at the start was a sea view room ( for which we prepaid ) was not available on arrival so wd had to settle for a different room for first night. This was happening a lot with new arrivals and some rooms are lovely but others very dated so not all as per lively pictures. Probably the most expensive hotel in the area but a little overpriced although staff were really nice Pool area bar really nice but a 10 min walk into Lassi and everything at least half the price

Absolutely amazing adults only hotel. All of the staff were excellent, providing quality service with a friendly and professional approach. Food at the pool was delicious as were all of the drinks and served by staff who looked after everyone very well and always with a smile.

Overbooked - room changed!

Check in was quite bad as the room I booked was not available so they gave us a room on first night and then had to switch the second night to another room which was inconvenient as was unable to unpack and had to live out of a case for over a day. Also couldn't check in as room wasn't available at 1500. This seemed very common, as on numerous days we watched people moving rooms so they seem to overbook and then make customers move rooms the next day.... Not a great service! Once all above resolved, hotel was nice, comfortable and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay there! We had a room with sea view just renovated. The staff is very friendly, kind and polite. The breakfast buffet is very rich and tasty. We also tried the food in the pool bar and it was delicious. The hotel is very close to both the airport and the capital of the island. It is also located close to the best beaches of the area of Argosyoli, so you can’t go wrong with this choice.

Kefalonia stay

All the staff made the stay extremely comfortable and safe. They would always go the extra mile for any request and even provided us with an upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Would certainly recommend for couples looking for a relaxing stay.

The location was fantastic for our 4 night break, just 10 minutes from the airport and 3 beaches within 1/3 mile. The hotel was very comfortable, calm and relaxing and the staff were very attentive.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights at the end of September and was blown away by the beautiful surroundings. The pool is a tranquil escape where you can take a dip and soak up the sun with the smell of olive trees and lavender in the air. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Me and my boyfriend have said we would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends. The al la carte menu had some great dishes; the happy hour was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful. The hotel is a short walk from bars and restaurants in Lassi and evener shorter walk to a beach. I had a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, lovely stay!

Great hotel in a perfect location. Close to airport, but no airport noise. Could walk into Lassi for lots of dinner options in 5 minutes or into Argostoli for even more restaurants, bars and sites. Hotel was very nice, 2 pools, good breakfast, decent prices on drinks at the pool bar and good lunch menu at the pool. Room was clean and comfortable, with recently updated decor and a nice balcony overlooking pool and out to the ocean. Could walk to 1 beach in 2 minutes, or a much larger, nicer beach in 10-15. Highly recommend!

Holiday was great! Kefalonia is beautiful and so was the hotel. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and convenient, would definitely recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, although I actually stayed in what was once Silo apartments at the back of the hotel, which was not as good as the main part of the hotel.My room was very nice, but it could have done with a few extra comforts. There was absolutely nothing in the room with any information on it, like how to call reception or even how to dial out. No information on any local places of interest. A simple thing, no do not disturb sign for the door, so consequently housekeeping were forever opening the door to come in when I wasn’t ready. Housekeeping came in every day but was very hit and miss. Sometimes the towels would be changed, sometimes not. Sometimes the bins would be emptied, sometimes not. The sink was not cleaned for several days in a row. The balcony was messy and the table was never cleaned. It was €3 for a pool towel which I was told I could exchange every three days. What they did not say was that I would have to pay €3 every time I did that. The pool bar was very nice, and what little food I had there was good, however, you could not buy a cocktail there. I wanted to buy a sandwich and a drink there one day to take to my room, I was told it would cost me €5 extra for room service, even if I took it there myself and brought the plate back afterwards. So although I enjoyed my stay, there is room for improvement, considering the cost of the accommodation.

Beautiful setting, stunning sea views, lovely and helpful staff

This boutique hotel is beautifully decorated and has a calm manner. The manager Angela and all her employees, especially Muhammed, were very welcoming and always happy to help. We stayed in a recently decorated standard room, with an amazing shower. A great proximity to both beaches and restaurants with a 20 min walk to the capital Argostoli. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.

The property is located in an out of the way place. While it’s a beautiful property, our room could have used a good bathroom cleaning. The shower smelled like mold and you can see some mold growing too. Probably because it was the end of the season and they were closing up soon.

Tolle Saubere Hotelanlage in schöner Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von Lassi. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Suiten um Haupthaus haben einen überragenden Blick auf die Bucht. Das Einzige was etwas störte war, dass es kein Abendessen gab.

Das Hotel kann man sich nicht schöner vorstellen. Die Zimmer sind gross und wunderschön modern gestaltet, Pool und Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Poolbar, Bar , Speisezimmer und Rezeptionsbereich sehr schön und ebenfalls modern gehalten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Entfernung zum kleinen, gemütlichen Strand ist gering. Zur Stadt mit den Tavernen ist es auch nicht weit. Alles in allem ausgezeichnet!

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege zum Strand und Restaurants. Leider hatten wir eins der alten Zimmer. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Der Frühstücksraum etwas eng.

Nur zu empfehlen

Ein unglaublich schönes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und wirken sehr entspannt. Die offene Lounge, der Blick aus Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut weil es auch typisch Griechisches zu essen gibt. Aber unser besondere Dank gilt Mohammed, ein zuvorkommender und höflicher Mitarbeiter. Ich werde mit meiner Familie auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel nochmal besuchen.

Eins der besten Hotels. In denen ich war. Das Personal super freundlich. Egal was für ein Wunsch/Problem man hätte es wurde nach einer Lösung gesucht. Werde aufjedenfall diese Jahr nochmal hin.
