Property is beautiful. The room we had was amazing. Jetted tub in the bathroom, jacuzzi in the terrace. We will definitely book again.
Had 2 showers, a jacuzzi and a brand new hot sauna! The bed was comfy and the room was really nice, the breakfast was really nice and staff was so helpful. As many others have stated, location was excellent for walking to Colosseum, Spanish stairs and Trevi fountains!!
Really pleased with TMA. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the moment we got there they were brilliant. They arranged transfers and even reserved a table at the Hostaria Romana restaurant. Room was very modern and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was great , much needed after a night in Rome . Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family. Regards Andrew Fitzgerald
Cozy, beautiful place, great location.
Love it!
Hard to Find Better
Fabulously located and excellently appointed apartments. Modern and new furnishings. Ours had a sauna and a spa bath. Breakfast in room was very generous.
This is the best location to be at in positano! Close to everything, the hotel was wonderful and you can’t beat the balcony views. Will return someday!
Wonderful hospitality and opportunity of having your own balcony Excellent location with easy access to metro Excellent if travelling as a group or family needing multiple rooms
Wonderful place to stay !!
The hotel was easily walkable to main areas, shopping, dining, historical. The patio was lovely to sit out and enjoy the city.
.
Wonderful 3 day post cruise in Rome
Wonderful stay. Helpful and friendly host Fulvio. Very clean room with a great view. Great breakfast brought to the room every morning. Close to many attractions as well as restaurants and shops. Fulvio also set up our transportation from the port after our cruise as well as to the airport and everything was perfect. Thank you.
Wonderful stay!!
We absolutely loved our stay here. It is so small, personable, and close to many areas that is a walkable distance. The owners are so nice, great communication, and their breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend a stay here!!
Very nice stay. Comfortable clean and hosts were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was perfect. Close to sites nice neighborhood.
Fantastic location, very close to all the main monuments. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were perfect!
An Excellent Stay
We had a really lovely time. The apartments are very comfortable, excellently located and an oasis of calm in the centre of Rome. The terrace is also most welcome for private outdoor space. We would heartily recommend and will stay again.
Wonderful suite in the heart of Rome! The owners are so friendly and helpful! Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and great patio!
Highly recommend
The hosts were amazing! So lovely and welcoming, I instantly knew I made the right choice in hotel. The room was very charming, good size and the terrace was the cherry in top. The morning breakfast delivery was such a nice touch. If ever in Rome again this is where I’d stay!
We loved this hotel. It is very safe and secure, the location was a very short walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and for any of the farther ones, like the football stadium, it was REALLY easy to call an Uber to the front door since it was on a road where cars could actually move. The hotel communicated well over WhatsApp and were reliable for organizing our ride to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
Flawless! An amazing apartment with an excellent location and terrace view. Staying here made our short time in Rome amazing. Communication from Fulvio and Virginia was fantastic. Breakfast was great The apartment was easy to get to and the night life located close to the apartment made the experience wonderful. Hosts provided us with top tips of the best places to eat and sights to see which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend for a truly Roman cultural experience.
Excellent host, comfortable bed, loved the terrace great coffee.
The owners were marvelous-very warm and helpful and always available
Booked this hotel for my parents and our expectations were exceeded! from the room itself to the staff. Communication and readiness to assist was great. Overall they had an excellent experience.
Lovely suite in Rome
5 fabulous nights in the Junior suite. The private terrace looked out to the Barbarini Gardens and Palace. Super big bed and spacious bathroom. Rooms are on 3rd floor with a lift!! Lovely Hosts are there in the morning and bring breakfast to your room at a time to suit and your choices. Just a couple of minutes walk to lots of shops and restaurants and just 5 minutes from Trevi Fountain or the top of Spanish Steps. We had the small room but enough for us but larger suites there and would love to return. Highly recommend for couples.
We only spent one night here before flying home but communication was good, staff helpful. A good location for proximity to walk and get around Rome.
First time I have ever had a sauna in my room & in central Rome!
Room was good but I do not think it was worth the money I paid for it. There are cheaper options near by. It was close to everything, clean and included good breakfast. But they do not serve it till 8.30 and we had an excursion at 8.45 am. WIFI did not work. The big tub outside needs an hour to get filled up with water. Other then this - it was great.
Great service, lovely location close to metro, taxis, and cafes. Would stay here again if we ever make it back to Rome.
The small boutique suites are clean and bright. We loved the convenient location to many major locations. Beautiful view from our deck. A continental breakfast is provided free so that is a great way to start the day. The staff was kind and helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation.
Great stay!
Great location and nice clean room with an amazing terrace.
My friend and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. The room was great and spacious and the staff was lovely. It was close to all the main attractions and food spots. We will love to stay here again !
Excellent apartment. Great location, very near the Trevi fountain and not far from other attractions. Friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great selection for breakfast delivered to the room which we could eat on the terrace with a view over the streets of Rome. Everything we wanted!
We loved this property it was super close to everything we wanted to see, the staff was amazing super friendly and had great breakfast every morning the room even had a sauna in it! Def will be back
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My sister and I felt as if we were welcomed by family. The suite, terrace and view were spectacular. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We may return to Rome, if only to stay at this fantastic place.
Amazing, warm, cozy. A true treasure. Excellent location. Very safe and clean.
It’s the little things that count.
Terrific little hotel with owners who care. The owners did everything to accommodate requests - I had wine delivered to the hotel and immediately was notified when the courier arrived. And they secured a van transport to the airport that we required for two parties. It’s the little things that count sometimes and they were about doing the little things to make our stay more enjoyable. The hop on hop off bus zone was just down the hill from the hotel. This may be useful information for future travellers.
The staff were all super nice and welcoming! The room itself was beautiful and clean. It was perfect for our last night of Italy.
Fantastic property and attentive staff. Provided clear instructions for after hours check in as well as delicious breakfast.
Great location, close to Trevi Fountain and many restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the sauna in the room, the hospitality of the staff and the breakfast spread was excellent as well. Although the suites are in an older building, the interior of the suite we stayed in is quite nice, spacious and modern. Would definitely stay here again
This is a great place to stay. Fantastic location, the staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful. I had a brilliant holiday.
Lovely, but not what I expected
This is a very nice quaint little hotel with six rooms and the bed is extremely comfortable. The check in was easy and the host was very responsive. The terrace was facing the garden next door and the swing was a nice touch. The only problem was that the Hotels.com explanation indicated that the junior suite terrace bathroom has a jetted bathtub- please see attached screenshot. Yet, it was only a shower. I specifically chose this hotel for the bathtub, so I was extremely disappointed. Even if the bed was comfortable, I did not sleep well. So for those looking at the junior suite, beware that the online information is wrong and the room only has a shower, albeit a very clean, nice one....
The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast brought to the room every morning was delicious, with many choices. The room itself was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. A nice touch we never saw anywhere else was a free cellphone for use, but we didn’t use it since we had an international plan on ours already. Our balcony was nice, with a beautiful view to sip a glass of wine. We have absolutely no complaints.
Super easy
Super easy check in as we had a late arrival o the front desk emailed the gate codes and left the key at the front desk. Upon checking out they let us leave our bags in the room while we toured the Vatican. Only one night stay but I would come back!
We stayed here for one night in Rome and the room itself was excellent. Very spacious, had a very nice seating area and the room we booked even had a sauna in it which was a very unique touch to the room. It was chic and stylish and definitely a comfortable room. Finding the hotel was not very difficult as my wife and myself are good with directions, but be aware the hotel does not have a sign and might be challenging to find at first. Overall I would definitely recommend this suite for someone looking for a place to stay in Rome with modern amenities.
We can't say enough great things about our stay at Terrazza Marco Antonio Luxury Suites! We stayed in the presidential suite and it was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable! Great location too! I highly recommend checking this little gem out!
perfecto
Very good customer service room was clean and hospitality Of the staff was amazing I would recommend to anyone to stay here for unforgettable experience in heart of rome.
We loved everything! Breakfast served in our room was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent.
A really special hotel in the heart of Rome. The staff were so helpful, the room impeccably clean, and you can get anywhere with just a short walk. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Perfect for a couples mini break!
Great location for exploring Rome
We stayed 2 nights in a spacious deluxe suite. Our room was stylish, the king bed so comfortable and the hotel was in an excellent location for visiting the sights in Rome, within walking distance of many. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and making dinner bookings. However there were a couple of negatives. The advertised free cooked to order breakfast is not available and apparently never has been, and when we asked about it we were told that it was a hotels.com mistake and that the Marco Antonio management would be informed. The free cooked to order breakfast is still being advertised on hotels.com so this information hasn't been conveyed. Tea and coffee were not replaced when our room was cleaned, we had to ask for some. Used bathroom products were not replaced either. The bathroom products did not look like the luxury ones in the room photos, they weren't particularly nice. And bathrobes only appeared on our second day. These may seem like small negatives but if advertising oneself as a luxury boutique hotel these details are expected to be taken care of. Breakfast was delivered to our room on a trolley at a time of our choosing and consisted of toast, croissants, cereal, yoghurt, jams, honey, tea, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. Fresh fruit, cheese and meat were available for an extra 5€ which was a little surprising. Overall the room was fine and the location was very good with many places to eat nearby.
The room was very beautiful. Very nice view and at a very central place. Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi are at a walking distance.
The hotel is a floor in a building that was completely renovated. It is on a quieter street-about a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Pretty street. A few stores, gelato, but not a shopping area. The room was beautiful. A large room with a king bed-very modern. On one wall was a full sized sauna & a shower next to it. The bathroom was large with a big jacuzzi tub. Wonderful shower. Bed was super comfortable. The owners were so sweet and accomodating. They arranged for an airport pickup, a driver to the port for our cruise. So sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!
The suite is nicely decorated & roomy. The entrance to the hotel is not your average American hotel. It’s like an apartment or condomiums. Tiny elevators, Eleanor who greeted us at the entrance downstairs is very nice & accomodating. Ten minute walk to Trevi fountain, restaurants & shops which is very vibrant.
Unexpected hotel in the great way
Great hotel, just a little challenge to find the hotel. It’s unexpected place to find the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Location of this Rupert’s was fantastic. Staff very attentive.
Our stay was fabulous. The suite is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with generous bathroom and balcony areas. Staff are very welcoming and attentive to requests. We can't wait to return!
Staff was very lovely! However, the sheets don’t fit the bed properly so they kept coming off the edges.
The room size was way above average and clean. The hostess were very knowledgeable about the area and offered a lot of great suggestions that we needed. The all inclusive breakfast was delivered to your room at a time of your choice. Nice stay.
The room boasts a beautiful view and terrace in a convenient location to view several major sights of Rome including the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (especially for Italy where you normally get a hard bed and flat pillows). There was a swinging seat on the terrace, which was lovely. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful man upon check in but had a very different experience later with a woman on the desk. With just a little more love, care and professionalism our experience could have been outstanding but unfortunately fell short. The large spa bath had more than 5 strands of hair in it, the bidet also had hair and stains and even the sink had hair in it. The floors were dusty and it seemed they had not been cleaned for a while. We notified the lady at the front desk and she had the bath and bidet cleaned within 2 hours but not the floor. We felt we were troubling her as she wasn't very apologetic or concerned. We also realised that the slippers and shower robe promised in the booking were missing and were told it was for longer stays. However after showing the lady at the front desk the listing which included them she arranged only shower robes. We wanted a special experience as we were celebrating our anniversary but felt we couldn't even receive the basics promised in the listing. The wifi also didn't work and the free breakfast offered was less than other hotels (just croissants and coffee)- if you want c
Excellent service
This hotel service was excellent. The owner of the hotel really care for their customer. I would highly recommend. I would say 10 out of 10 💥💥💥💥
Great location. Staff super friendly. Suites really nice and the beds are so comfy
The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and contained many amenities. This was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we truly felt at home. I strongly recommend this centrally located hotel. We enjoyed luxury accommodations at a reasonable cost which included breakfast. We had a beautiful 2 level terrace and a small garden which added to the ambiance.
Wonderful stay in the Presidental Suite.
Lovely room and the jacuzzi on the terrace was wonderful. Bed was huge and very comfy. Breakfast was good and delivered to our room at our chosen time so we sat out on the terrace eating in the morning sunshine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, assisted with airport transfers & restaurant reservation etc. Good location, only a 5 minute walk to Trevi fountain. Would love to stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommended. The staff were very attentive and the location was great. Breakfast delivered at a time of your choice and the ability to eat it on your own private balcony is a very nice touch. The room was spacious and had all the mod cons.
Checks every block.
Unforgettable. Beautiful, spacious room with park-like view from terrace, excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, convenient location. Could not have been happier.
Great place to stay
The room here was huge and it had a sauna and steam room. The memory foam mattress and pillows were pretty comfortable. The staff is incredible and they accommodated every request we had. Extremely helpful to us when we needed to book a car. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast the mornkings we left the hotel earlier than they served breakfast. You cant fo wrong with such a friendly staff.
Excellent location
These suites were ina great location to visit all of Rome, either on foot or via metro( close to the stop). The rooms were very comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. There were many restaurants in the neighbourhood around the hotel. Definitely recommended.

Excellent location and friendly hosts made our short stay in Rome a special one.
Small bed and breakfast in a convenient location -- walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Short ride to Vatican and Colosseum. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is yummy and delivered to your room at your requested time. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend!
Good location, no hotel service
We had three nights in a nice sized suite. It was quiet and the lift to the third floor, while small and old, worked fine. But note that this is not a hotel - it is a managed block of suites. The upside is more space for your money. The downside is that if things go wrong - and they did for is - the problems aren’t fixed with the urgency or concern that one would expect of a hotel, even 2*, and certainly not 3*+. In our case the in-room sauna didn’t work - we were assured this would be fixed on our first day, but it wasn’t - the bathroom sink looked nice but was almost completely blocked, and the sliding mirrored door to the wardrobe was flimsy and kept coming off its rails. But the worst thing was that the heavy, metal folding mechanism of the sofa bed didn’t work, which resulted in the mechanism being ‘stuck’ half closed, and so exposed and posing a hazard for our young boys (aged 3 and 5). Unbelievably, we were accused of having broken it ourselves in attempting to fold he bed away - generally a simple task. As we left to go out for the day after our first night we reported the problem and were told that it would be fixed while we were out. But this didn’t happen, and we were informed that it couldn’t be fixed for another 24 hours. We asked for the bed to be removed from the room as it was potentially dangerous for young children wishing to play; but we were told this couldn’t be done. Perhaps we were unlucky, but we could not recommend for young families.
Lovely boutique hotel close to everything
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Rome at Terrazza Marco Antonio. All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was spacious with an American size king bed that was very comfortable. We slept great, the hotel is quiet. A tasty continental breakfast was served to our room every day that was included in the rate. Internet service was good and the room had a lovely terrace to sit outside as well as a hot tub to soak in. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance or a short metro or taxi ride away. The hotel arranged for our pick up at the airport, the price for the driver was the same as getting a taxi. This made getting to the hotel extremely easy. It is a very small boutique hotel - only 6 guest rooms, it doesn't have the amenities available at a full service hotel. That being said, we were extremely comfortable and well looked after and i will definitely return again.
Staff extremely helpful!! My early morning taxi was easily set up. Good a/c and an elevator!!
Hotel was very close to Trevi fountain (about a 5 minutes walk) but not directly in the square which was nice because it was a little less noises and crowded. The room was modern, clean and comfy with a nice view. The tub was amazing! Took a jacuzzi bath every night. The pillows were the best I’ve had at any hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and basic but did the job and served on your balcony. The only thing I worried about was the water from the shower created a puddle on the floor and the Air conditioner didn’t get that cold. Other than that the hotel was perfect! Side note- birds in the area make crazy noises starting at 4am. We noticed They’re all over Rome amd it’s not the hotels fault. Just bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Stay at this hotel!!!

Close to Piazza Barbarini. Good job
